Výhody: Great service! Great seat!
Výhody: Crew and c/i were kind
Nevýhody: Boarding was disorganized and poorly managed. No sections no organization of luggage and storage etc
Nevýhody: The flight was booked round trip and the experience coming back was terrible. The same standards were not applied. Serval passengers weren’t allowed to take small carryons that would fit under the seat. I paid for a seat and bag with my flight and was charged again leaving Prague. The online booking kept freezing and wouldn’t allow me to check in for my flight. So frustrating.
Výhody: Nice crew
Nevýhody: The plane should be heated before the passengers are boarded. Everybody stayed in all their layers until leaving the plane as it was very cold onboard the whole flight.
Nevýhody: The seating place are really small. If you're tall it's painfully. The seats are short, no forehead. The boarding wasn’t well organized like with British Airways.
Výhody: Staff was nice and welcoming. Flight was smooth.
Nevýhody: Snacks should be included in the price.
Nevýhody: Flight was delayed for about an hour with apologies but without explanation.
They tried to get us to check our baggage and we had to prove to them that the suitcases were the right size for the overhead bins even though others with similar bags didn’t have to

Nevýhody: This my second flight with this shit agency, i paid for baggage for both flight but the airline inform me that my agency didn’t buy ticket with baggage. I tried to contact with them but impossible. And I paid more in the airport just for fucking 16kg bag. If kayak didn’t fix this problem it will be last time with you.
Nevýhody: The flight was delayed by 1.5 hours, I think it was a bit too much for the flight that it is itself less than two hours

Nevýhody: The loading process could have been clearer, there were lines for zones 1 and 2 but none for 3 till I pointed it out. By the time I got on board a cranky old man was in my seat and there was limited overhead storage availability.

Nevýhody: Flew 5x times with CSA this summer , never on time
Nevýhody: Plane was smaller than what I thought it would be.
Nevýhody: The fly had a 3 hours delay where they had us sit inside the airport , and only was offered an amall cup of water
Výhody: The airline was fine, excellent crew and plane. The Bucharest airport was OK. It was quite warm, not great AC and limited seating. Different system for check in as you had a time window in which to do it so if your ride brought you early then you had to wait to check in. Prague was problem free.
Nevýhody: The boarding process. Had to sit on a bus on the tarmac for a long time before getting shuttled to the plane.
Výhody: Everything on this leg of my trip was infinitely better
Nevýhody: Not delete 50 minutes!
Výhody: Nothing yet. We missed the flight due to delay on our connecting flight.
Nevýhody: Flight was delayed for no apparent reason, very delayed.
Výhody: The flight was quite delayed and staff were unfriendly; e.g. asked for a glass of water and kept being told later
Výhody: I asked for preferred seating up front to disembark the plane because the flight was late and I could’ve missed my connecting flight. The manager was more than happy to assist me

Nevýhody: Luggage was left in the rain before loading. Re river wet! Flight was warm and little air circulation Flight was delayed Sat on tarmac for an hour
Výhody: Not much. HORRIBLE airline. Would never fly you again.
Nevýhody: Seat rows are TOO CLOSE. I'm 5'10" & my knees were rubbing against the row in front of me (21F). HORRIBLE. Will never fly you again. Also, there was a gate change from C3 to D3 that was NOT announced at C3. There were 20+ of us sitting there then we checked sign to see change. BAD SERVICE.
Nevýhody: Very little leg room
Výhody: Crew was nice.
Nevýhody: So uncomfortable. No space to sit comfortably on a long flight. Really unreasonable. Headphone jack didn’t work. Power outlet did not work. You have to rent VR goggles for entertainment. Just the most uncomfortable trip I’ve ever taken.
Výhody: An hour late
Nevýhody: Could have been on time.
Nevýhody: Customer service representative at desk was extremely rude and dismissive of people trying to ask questions about rescheduled gate assignments, I did not have any contact with gate rep, but I was able to observe multiple discussions or attempted discussions by customers. Very poor communication serv
Výhody: NO HELP WITH WHEEL CHAIR
Nevýhody: NO HELP WITH GETTING WHEEL CHAIR
Výhody: FRIENDLY BUT NO HELP WITH WHEEL CHAIR.
Nevýhody: COULD OF HELPED GETTING ME MY WHEELCHAIR. NEVER DID GET ONE, EITHER BEFORE OR AFTER THE FLIGHT, EVEN THOUGH IT WAS REQUESTED WHEN TICKET WAS PURCHASED.
Výhody: Prague airport
Nevýhody: Uncomfortable seats do not recline, no refreshments, barely civil staff. Impossible to add checked baggage online. Checkin staff gave incorrect boarding information.
Nevýhody: Did we leave on time? ...No
Was there enough overhead space? ...No
Was the landing smooth? ...Oh gosh, heck no
Did I arrive at my destination alive and with my bags? Yup!
Was it cheap? You bet it was!
Výhody: Not much. Below is just #1 on a list of avoidable problems and obvious oversights.
Nevýhody: They took my check-in, told me I would be able to board. However, no one made a phone call to the gate! So I was left at the airport but my bag was sent to Prague. I spent 6 hours of Iberia/Czech airlines employees/dept's telling me I needed to talk to someone else. Worst booking ever.
Nevýhody: Old plane, not terribly comfortable. Everything else was fine.
Nevýhody: Flight was delayed due to mechanical issues so do a better job at maintaining the planes
Výhody: Seats were "old style" - still had some cushioning.
The flight indeed reached it's destination in Prague.
Nevýhody: Flight was 20 minutes late to get in to Rome. Boarding was a zoo. First a huge single line crawling through the gate. Then, overloaded buses taking squeezed passengers to the plane. Another 35 minute delay to taxi. While not a budget carrier, food and even water is only for sale. Terrible landing.
Výhody: Seat was comfortable.
Nevýhody: Crew was pushy and unfriendly. Baggage policy is a rip off. Flight was delayed but we were not told until boarding time. No information was available at gate prior to departure.
Nevýhody: Never again with Czech Airlines
Nevýhody: Those ATR72 aircrafts are totally inconvenient
Výhody: Quick flight.
Nevýhody: No priority boarding for families, at least from Prague-AMS.
Výhody: Quick boarding, nice crew.
Nevýhody: No fun for kids. It could be better.
Výhody: This was a very bad experience. We did not have any idea when the flight was going to take off and could not get any information on what was the problem. We ultimately boarded over 7 hours late which was an exhausting and horrible experience. We also boarding a bus twice, once only to get off.
Nevýhody: The staff should have been better informed on what was going on. We never had any direct information. I would have liked a monetary compensation for this mixup as well because my plans really had to change due to the EXTENSIVE delay.
