Nevýhody: Don't ever fly Flybe. Their representative directed us to the wrong check-in line. After waiting for 45 minutes we were directed to another line, where we waited another 30 minutes. We ended up missing our flight and Flybe refused to help us rebook, so we had to take a train at our cost. Nightmare!
Výhody: Food and entertainment
Nevýhody: Flight delayed 2 1/2 hours
Výhody: Flight was on time.
Nevýhody: Denied to use international sized carry on “because flight was full” yet people before and after we’re allowed with carry one larger then mine.
Výhody: The flights were on time and everything went smoothly.
Nevýhody: The change of terminals in Paris were a bit challenging.
Nevýhody: The transfer in Paris took too long because of several security checks.
Nevýhody: They lost my luggage :(
Výhody: Staff and services was very good
Nevýhody: Everything was brilliant
Výhody: Not too crammed. Quite flight. Welcoming flight attendants.
Nevýhody: Terrible check in. Kept on bothering me about the weight of my stuff when it didn’t weigh too much over required. Never had this happen to me before. Also, when I asked the flight attendant to take back my UNUSED and SEALED cutlery because I had my own she was very rude and said ‘no keep it with u’.
Výhody: EXCELLENT SERVICE ,KIND CREW ,
Air France is not a good airline
Výhody: Finally got on plane 7 hours late
Nevýhody: Was promised $400 euro per person and never got anything credited to my credit card as promised, had regular full fare ticket and got placed on standby twice then finally boarded 3rd plane 7 hours late from original flight boarding
Výhody: Good service. Decent food.
Nevýhody: Very uncomfortable seat. Seat cushion very worn out, lack of padding. Back of the plane wags back and forth for most of the flight.
Výhody: Trendy sporty appropriate way staff dressed and performed their tasks. Enough room. Clean. Ample in flight entertainment.
Nevýhody: It felt cold. Put my duvet jacket on.
Výhody: Wonderful service, roomy seats, great food, lots of movies. My family will fly Air France/ Delta when possible.
Lost in space
Nevýhody: Missed connection, horribly slow boarding
Nevýhody: The cabin temperature before take off
Výhody: 1. I liked the semi-casual look of the staff on Joon. I would rather have gentle giants who smile rather than perfect looking people who will not smile at you
Nevýhody: 2. Comfort - Seats are too tiny. When you choose the window seat, it is a twin seater. There was not enough space, especially hand rest for 2 people.
Rushing through airport.
Výhody: Crew was friendly. Comfortable seat.
Nevýhody: Boarding was not pleasant. Connecting in Paris was very difficult. A very long customs line made this 3 hour lay over a very rushed and stressful experience. There also was a very long checkin line in a very cramped space. Unnecessary. Should be using the zone approach rather than have entire passenger list form a line that mixes with the next gate.
Check-in is a disaster
Nevýhody: All passengers required to check in using only 3 confusing machines. No employees available to help passengers with limited computer skills or speakers of less common languages so we waited a half hour just to print boarding pass. No information was available about where to go or what to do.
Changed flight time and flight number without telling us
Výhody: Flight was fine
Nevýhody: Flight number and time was changed without any confirmation. We almost missed the flight. Not happy
Never ever try Joon for your travels
Nevýhody: There are a lot of negatives with this airline with food being the most pathetic one. 1. The central air conditioning in this aircraft was blowing super cold air. It was so cold that you would still shiver if you had 2 layers on blankets on. Even after repeated requests, the crew was clueless on how to increase the temp. 2. Food service in Joon (CDG-BOM) was pathetic. We specifically called up AF customer care service and requested for a Hindu Veg meal and all we were told that they only had Hindu non-veg meal. They requested that they will serve everyone else and then check if they had any extra. we waited for 2-3 hours before we got any food and that too European style Pasta that was just Pasta, cheese, chicken and mashed potatoes served cold. 3. Add to the top of it, we were asked to come to the back of the plane to get any water/juice/coffee. Had we been just a couple, would have been ok, but getting up everytime we needed water when we had a kid sitting on our lap is just very bad customer service. 4. One of the steward spilled a whole cup of apple juice on my wife's dress and it took him 5 mins to realize what he had done and had no remorse to ask sorry

Good flight, but tight legroom
Výhody: On time, easy flying
Nevýhody: I’m 6’2” and the legroom was very tight. If you’re my height pay for the extra legroom in the exit seats.
