Výhody: Quick flight, on time, easy birding
Výhody: The crew was horrendous on the red eye. Talking the whole time. Left some of the cabin lights on. Didn’t encourage customers to respect those that may want to sleep.
Nevýhody: When we got to Dublin, we found out they oversold the connection to Edinburgh and we were bumped from our connecting flight. Horrendous after traveling for 6 hours.
Výhody: Nothing - at least we got to Manchester
Nevýhody: Propeller plane and scary.
Nevýhody: Flight very late—also, no smoking facilities behind security in the airport, and with the constant delays it was very difficult to tell if I had time to go outside and then go through security again so that was very frustrating

Výhody: The crew was good both ways, Toronto to Dublin
Nevýhody: There was no option to order food before the flight, my daughter is allergic to a few firsts and required a gluten free meal, however there wasn’t any available on both ways as there was no way to order it on your partner site, really disappointed.
Výhody: Smooth ride, great food- snack, dinner and ice cream.
Nevýhody: Crew could be a little bit less bossy

Nevýhody: Our flight was an 8 hour flight and I would liked to have had beverage service come through a few more times.
Nevýhody: I missed my flight and no other options available.
Výhody: Crew was great, and everything was done efficiently.
Nevýhody: The plane was old and the seat cushions were so worn out that they were very uncomfortable

Nevýhody: Unfortunately a 25min delay, held on bus next to the aircraft for 15mins of that, we saw ground crew load baggage on plane. The manner in which they abused the bags at Dublin airport in comparison to the much more civilized manner the same baggage was handled in Glasgow was staggering.
Výhody: Attendant on our side was incredibly rude and unaccomodating for my dietary needs. Just told me they don’t have anything gluten free. Didn’t try to help find me anything for a 7 hour flight. Asked for water, never brought it, then when they came around we asked again and she was snippy. Rude!
Dirty toilets & dirty seats!!!
Výhody: Lovely crew
Nevýhody: The toilets were not cleaned!!! And the seats were sticky!
Výhody: The people of the organization are fine.
Nevýhody: The operations of stink. Each of our flights was screwed up. We arrived 10 hours late and returned 24 hours late. They also lost our baggage for five days.
Výhody: Got to Glasgow on time.
Nevýhody: It was a small ATR but overall adequate Loading was delayed by other aircraft.
Nevýhody: They lost our luggage and we can't reach anyone who can help us find it. The customer service people are very unhelpful

Výhody: It wasn’t a full flight so there was space to stretch out. The pilot got us to our destination 30 minutes early.

Dublin Airport needs updating
Výhody: All the people working there were very nice and helpful. I liked the dessert, which was very good.
Nevýhody: I really disliked the use of the tiny steps to get off the small plane. I also found it torturous and extremely stressful for me to have to stand in the bus. I saw an elderly couple having to stand in the bus as well.
Nevýhody: No one bothered to alert us that our flight's departure had been moved up 1 hr the day of the flight. That is unacceptable.
Výhody: Comfortable flight, friendly staff, quick into Southend. So easy. Thank you!

Nevýhody: Flight Delays both ways for up to 5 Hours each way. No Flybe staffs to assist or update. They never updated the screen about the delays which they already knew about until everyone had checked in making it difficult for people to seek alternative route. Old planes and did not care about the delayed passenger and how they will get them home.
Výhody: Flight on time and easy booking and check in online.
Nevýhody: Got to gate at 25 mins before departure was told roper late to fly
Charged for a lost bag
Výhody: It was a quick flight.
Nevýhody: When we got to the airport, tried to check a bag at the automated machine and they were going to charge me €75 even though I was supposed to get a free checked bag. Went to customer service desk and they informed me that I was correct in that it was supposed to be free and told me to go to the agent at the desk. After waiting in a long line, they agent told me that it was going to cost €50. I tried to explain to her that she’s was incorrect. After going back and forth a few minutes, I paid the €50. When we landed in Edinburgh, mtn bag was not there. After a long conversation with the customer service lady, they saw that my bag was sent to Portugal because irbid was mismarked with the wrong passenger’s name. The lady told me that I should not have been charged the €50. Now I’m in Edinburgh without my bag of clothes.

Nevýhody: Delayed flight by one hour, no idea why. No priority boarding. Left standing for ages in very hot bus on tarmac waiting for late arrivals at gate in Bristol. Terribly hot when finally on plane, but had to wait to get water and buy a bottle. Tatty, torn magazine.
Delayed for 3.30hrs
Výhody: Crew and airport staff were friendly.
Nevýhody: No information given about why we were delayed. We are not on this holiday very long and had a tour booked which we then missed due to the 3hrs plus delay.

Easy, simple and straightforward
Výhody: Smooth flight, easy airport and check in process and loved traveling through a small, hassle-free airport.
Nevýhody: Delays but not the airline fault.

Výhody: went through departures in plenty of time to have a comfort break and sit down before boarding
Nevýhody: as soon as we entered the departures lounge, we were net with - you are boarding NOW - we both needed to go to the bathroom which was frowned upon - my husband asked if there was a toilet downstairs _ NO - so had to go before going through the gate - the man on the gate was asked if he could wait answer was - suppose I'll have to crew on plane excellent and boarded first
Unfriendly crew-charge for water? Coffee?
Výhody: Last minute gate change created huge confusion for the airline personnel on the ground which caused great confusion and consternation for the passengers. Flight left late. All beverages and snacks were available for a price only. Crew didn’t acknowledge passengers as they debarked the plane
Good flight once we took off
Výhody: The crew and how the 1st officer blamed the Edinburgh Airport for the delay. Great accent, could barely understand him.
Nevýhody: The long delay in boarding and being an hour late to meet our family in Dublin.
Nevýhody: our flight should have taken off at 11.11.30. no sign of delay, then we had a boarding gate, then it all went wrong. we had delay after delay after assurances that did not materialise and we stayed there until 4pm. we finally got told there might be a plane at 5 but they were still looking for a relief crew. my daughter and I were going to isle of Man to work and had to be there at 7.30 am to work on pit lane. we had to make the heart breaking decision to finally leave as all previous assurances had turned out the be lies. to say we were devasted is an understatement.

Nevýhody: Flight was delayed by 70 mins. This delay caused us to miss connecting flight, which in turn caused us to missed our sons graduation
Nevýhody: Flight late. No bus readily available to move passengers from tarmac to terminal (ATR flight.). Waited 20 min on landed plane for bus.
Výhody: Crew was friendly, helpful, and tried to get everyone boarded in an orderly and timely fashion without rushing anyone.

Late taking off and landing but otherwise ok
Výhody: Crew were good both on departure and during the flight. Southend airport was surprisingly ok although it needs a decent chemist.
Nevýhody: Flight was late taking off and then seemed to spend a lot of time in a holding pattern on arrival. Not the fault of the crew or pilots etc but still late.
Very late flight
Výhody: Plane was very clean
Nevýhody: Late and no jetway boarding. A lot of turbulence
Výhody: Everything was on schedule , very good service .
Aer Lingus not great
Nevýhody: We flew Aer Lingus twice during our trip and not impressed. Late, disorganized, in Edinburgh very confusing check in - they posted the check in gate on the monitor very late and when we went to check in they yelled at us for checking in so late and that it was almost closed. Seriously? At boarding we got into the general boarding line. After letting a few people on the gentleman taking the boarding passes started yelling at everryone they were in the wrong line and went and turned the sign around. Many other things but will definitely try to fly Ryan next time
Very bad experince
Nevýhody: Online check-in did not allow to select seats. I was trying to check in 12 hours earlier and no seats. And it kept forcing me to pay for premium seats. Plus pay extra for each baggage. I had to abandon the online check-in. At the Airport, they oversold our tickets. And charged 33 pounds extra per bag whereas online it is 20 pounds. The staff at the reservation counter said please go talk to Air Lengus staff as he was just a handler. Very bad coordination. Horrible experience.
Got stuck on the tarmac for 1 hour on arrival

Nevýhody: got stuck sat for over an hour on the tarmac, not great when you have been traveling for over 17 hours
