And I paid $400 for extra weight . But when I received it was like 20 kilograms. Plus I paid $350 for Qater airline for shipping 3 luggage . That's means I paid $750 for shipping 3 luggages and I received it looks empty . I need refund for all shipping and $5000 for damages items , or I will complain this airlines through the American court . Thank you"

I managed to get to the seat offered to find someone sitting in it. To top it off the individual was wearing a surgical mask and carrying a large immigration bag. I requested a seat forward but I was denied and I later saw other passengers moved forward to seats that I was denied. If I had known that the flight would have been full of possibility sick immigrants I would have chosen another flight or airline. At certain times the smells were very bad. I felt as a ff member I should have been treated better or been made aware of possible health risks."

The reason that it hurts so much is that there was a post through the right half of the leg room under my seat, which was already super limited to begin with. DO NOT GET A WINDOW SEAT, WHATEVER YOU DO. It was a 7 hour flight and I was SO MUCH PAIN. Horrific. The flight staff was rude. I will never fly Qatar again under ANY circumstances. I would rather travel months by boat, or even walk for years on end then go through that 7 hour experience. Qatar's cheapness lost them a customer!"

On the top of that, her and the supervisor were very rude to my mom as they told her she had an extra carry-on which wasn’t the case. She traveled w/ a small briefcase where her mask for sleep apnea was. This is not considered an additional carry-on. The boarding agent (Czech lady and her supervisor) were not only rude but obviously lacked knowledge as well. My carry-on suitcase would easily fit in the overhead bin plus there was plenty of space inside the plane as it the flight wasn’t completely full."

In Paris, but ONLY after I located my receipt on my phone, they moved us to the seats we had paid for."

Having frequently flown coach class on these overseas flights, I have a hard time folding my long legs into the cramped seats and arriving rested and in good humor. I can say unequivocally that the flight attendants give you much more personalized attention in business class. I didn't have to, but I preordered my meals and that info was registered, and that way I got what I wanted. I also made use of the Admirals Clubs during layovers."

Nothing but a run-around and not once did the agents apologise, even after admitting that my problems on this journey were due to a mistake made by one of their agents."

Nevýhody: "Flight was canceled due to mechanical failure. Spent all day trying to find another flight out to remain on schedule. Awful experience."
Výhody: "Liked all the little amenities - actual meals, USB plugs for charging, free movies and games to entertain my kids, enough leg room that I can bend down and get stuff from my bag under the seat and that I could lean back a little without causing the person behind me to need knee surgery, tilt feature on screens to make video viewing easier when the person ahead of you tips their seat back. Seats were wide enough that I didn't fear jabbing my neighbor in the ribs every time I moved. Ice Cream!"
Nevýhody: "I paid hard-earned money for an expensive flight to Madrid. Not only were we very delayed on the way there, we were also delayed on the way back. We spent 3 hours back and forth on the tarmac stuck on an old bus in 100+ degree weather being delivered conflicting information, summed up to the seats being "broken". We got a "bathroom break" during which was talked to very rudely by the flight attendant at the gate, and then was almost left behind by the bus on the tarmac. Additionally, once we got onto the plane, it was extremely old (I'm talking no TV's, ashtrays on seats, filthy tables, dirty seats). To top it off, when I went to the restroom in the middle on the flight, I saw flight attendants drinking Tito's and soda in the back in the plane and talking loudly. I am not usually one to complain- but this was a particularly bad experience and terrible ending to my vacation."

Nevýhody: "Incompetente of Ground agent. Uninterested flight attendants in business class. Luckily it was a n In revenue ticket. Would never pay for that level of service."
Výhody: "Seats were better padded than that of the previous flight. There was sufficient leg room for a short flight. Seats actually allowed for passengers to adjust back of seats."

Nevýhody: "- This was an older Boeing 738 plane that American Airlines refurbished. It still has the old style overhead bins and just feels old, - Like on many on these older planes, the power outlets don't work. - No food offered, even for Executive Platinum member. Unpleasant crew."

Nevýhody: "We sat behind a 3 year old child. Very loud screaming jumping. Parent did not have control over child. The stewardess did not seem bothered. The longest most miserable flight EVER!!!!"
Nevýhody: "Didn't like the way the flight attendant attitude was to me. No politeness what so ever. Turbulence was scary, from the hurricane coming in. And they no complimentary drinks or snack because we landed go quickly. It makes no sense to even have an in service flight with it only being 45 min fight."

Nevýhody: "The crew as in every AA flight could not care less about clients. Business class seats on dreamliner get shaked when adjacent passenger moves Got stolen a pen when being reviewed for liquids just before boarding"

Nevýhody: "There was no tvs- extremely old plane. Which makes for a very long 9hr flight. No wifi and no outlets to charge devices. Had to go to back of plane and ask for water and come- staff didn't come round regularly enough offering beverages."
