Nevýhody: "Before I start my complaint I would like to say that my family and I had 6 emirates flights this year and 5 of those flights were very good and we thoroughly enjoyed our traveling with emirates but this 1 flight came out to be the worse flight of my life. I made online check-in and chose our seats and all was successful but when we reached the airport and I opened my app, it displayed that online boarding pass was not available. After moving slowly in a long queue, when I reached near boarding counters, an official checked my name in a list and informed that there was some new tax applied on us and thus I had to visit counter 5 or 6 to pay that tax. We joined the queue of counter 5 but it was not moving at all and I noticed some people being served at counter 5 who were not in the queue, thinking that counter 5 might take longer, I joined counter 6 queue where there were only 1 family and 1 passenger ahead of me, for next half hour we stood there but that queue didn't move. Finally after some time another counter called me, he confirmed that I had made online check-in. We were given boarding passes and were asked to wait for tax processing, After another 15min, we were given all papers and were requested to move to the immigration counter. After immigration when we were going through final security check, the emirates official asked me to hurry up, I showed him that the security process was going on in front of him, upon that he asked why I was late to airport, I informed him that I made online check-in and I was required to be there 90min before the flight but I was there 150min before the flight and it was in front of him how long the tax processing took, upon that he said that I should have been at the boarding counter 240min before the flight and that I should be aware of the facilities at the airport (although it was my 1st time there). I had not made any complaint on what had happened so far to anyone and I was not rude to anyone although I was with my wife and 1.5 years old son who was crying coz of warn weather and thirst, we couldn't provide him with water coz we were standing in queues all the time. But hearing such comments from Emirates official were quite unbearable but still I stayed calm and reached at the gate. When I handed over the boarding passes, I was told that my boarding pass was missing and I was quickly blamed by emirates officials that either I reached there without a boarding pass or I had lost it. When they checked in their system it showed that I was already boarded, I understood that they gave my boarding pass to someone else but they kept on saying that I had lost it and also informed the same to plane crew, then they made a manual boarding pass for me and let me pass the gate. We were the last passengers to enter the plane. When I reached at my seat, there was someone else sitting there, upon taking attendant's help, it was discovered that the passenger sitting there had my boarding pass."

This was the connector out of Dubai and back to Johannesburg. I've flown with them many times and I've picked up one or two small cut backs they've made like no hot towel when you get onboard, only before your arrival, and the meal seems a little more slimmed down (but still pretty tasty), They used have one or two extras which they've now taken away. Not sure why?"

I had to ring the assistance bell any every 1-2 hours in order to stay hydrated the meals Consisted of a reheated TV dinner and 5 plastic wrapped versions of bread or processeed foods (bread sticks, cracked, cheese stick) normal you just overlook this stuff but when it's 18 hour flight you need actual food and water or else you'll risk dehydration."

I strongly suggest if someone is bigger than a certain size then they should book 2 seats as 17 hours it wasn't easy for me to ask him to sit in a correct manner or have the handle half up so he uses my seat too Overall u satisfied and painful experience Net was slower on outbound too"

Nevýhody: "This whole flight experience was a nightmare. I understand that there were very serious unforseen circumstances that day, with the Emirates flight from Trivandrum crash landing at the airport. As such the 4 hour delay that was announced was not a problem. The problem came after the airport resumed operations. We were told repeatedly that we would board any moment from 5:30pm onwards. As such, we did not go very far from the gate. We were even invited to go into the gate area no less than 3 times, before we were forced to leave. No one provided information. All we knew was that we were waiting for the crew to arrive. It took another SIX hours (in addition to the 4 hour delay) before we actually boarded. If we had even slightly better information, we could have at least found a comfortable chair a ways away from the gate and gotten a few hours of sleep. But it felt as if the ground staff constantly toyed with us, making us stay within a close radius of the gate but not providing any accurate or reliable information. I have come to expect the best from Emirates. But their actions were pitiful on this day."

The space between the rows of seats was much to tight, so I had to turn my legs to the side to fit into the space. I am 6'. However, I noticed that the row across from me had about 4" inches of additional space so I am thinking that the row I was on was set in error. This needs to be fixed. Also, they were much to late in turning on the air conditioning as we loaded and waited for takeoff."

Nevýhody: "You need to buy a visa if you want to enter the country and they only accept USD, Euros or GBP. The only currency exchange is on the other side of passport control so you have to use one of the ATMs and they only give you $100. The staff is unprofessional and seems clueless when you ask them for help. The kiosks are a nightmare and working with them is worse than working with the people. They freeze, and glitch and many of them just flat out don't work. Probably one of the worst airports I've ever been to."

Turkish Air employees made the extra effort to print out a new one, but I was asked for "gifts" or "rhum" by 3 different Ivato police, baggage boys, etc."

Nevýhody: "Food was awful. Flight attendants were unfriendly. They would talk to you while you were wearing headphones and then get irritated when you asked them to repeat what they said. They were always in such a rush even though the plane was mostly empty. Strange"
Výhody: "Friendly and polite crew."

Nevýhody: "Flew with a bunch of Jewish people who don’t know how to act in public, with at least 10 crying kids of different ages with no manners. People would stand in the isle during take off and touch down, absolutely no regards to the flight crew. Disgusting"

For connecting flight from international to domestic you required to leave clean zone and go through security check again, then airport is very noisy and gates always changes! There are zero chance that the gate will be the same as printed in boarding pass. The flight itself was good"
Nevýhody: "My tough plastic carry-on didnt fit into their newly applied strict rules and had to checked in. Arrived Broken into pieces:("
Nevýhody: "Very poor customer service. Not much smile on the host, food was bad, skip service for the people on window seats, slow plate collection that made people returning the plates on their own. Totally mess."

Nevýhody: "For whatever reason we got bused to the plane. The bus went for couple of miles around the airport before we got to the plane. Then we had to walk to the plane in the rain. This is very unusual event, as I fly often this route and this is the first time it occured."
Výhody: "Good entertainment selection, even in economy. USB chargers are handy."
Nevýhody: "The boarding in SVO was a zoo. The location of a gate, with a huge pole in the middle; the way boarding was announced and handled, it was pretty much every man for themselves. Agents at the gate were rude. On the plane, it was hot most of the time on the plane. We had to actually ask to turn up the air."
Výhody: "Nothing about OneTravel.com, it should be removed from Kayak. Nothing about Aeroflot, very bad service in the airport."
Nevýhody: "I bought the flight via OneTravel.com and never got it ticketed, when I arrived they wanted to charge me double the price, and it took so long that we didn't had time to catch the flight, we had to buy a new ticket from another airline, it was really a SCAM, they said ticket was booked but not ticketed, how can that be my fault?"
Výhody: "Liked very little of this flight."
Nevýhody: "Tight legroom. I'm. It that tall (5'10") but seems like they squish you in. Food was frozen still, left late from wash D.C. Crew was somber. My connection was delayed an extra four hours on top of my 2 hour layover! Moscow airport has NO AC and was crazy hot in aug! No place to sit. I wouldn't fly Aeroflot again if you paid me."
Nevýhody: "The wait at the gate was very disorganized, the information didn't show up until after our boarding time. The entrainment system didn't work so we didn't have anything to watch for a 10 hour flight. Also, baggage took the longest ever to show up. I would never fly Aeroflot ever again."

Nevýhody: "The bus from the gate to the plane did not leave for 25 min after filling up with people, and we were just standing there tired and hot. It is a wonder no one fainted. When we finally made it to the plane, the doors did not open for what felt like an eternity (another 5-7 min), then the drive announced "the plane is not ready and we are going back to the airport." I thought he was joking.. The bus took off again and after 10 min or so ended up pulling up to the plane. Once on board, the pilot was apologetic. But I almost missed my connecting flight."

Nevýhody: "The 2nd flight was terrible - the plane was not clean, seats too small, no entertainment and the food was disgusting (My salmon had brown spots). You should list what the food is in English as well. You could barely hear the announcements from the stewardess"

Nevýhody: "Food can be improved. Other then that, all was fine."
Nevýhody: "Boarding by bus with -16C temperature took long time . Some passengers were not warmly dressed and they were freezing. I suppose it was necessary for defreezing the airplane but it could have been better organized"

Nevýhody: "The flight was good overall, but the boarding crew in Moscow (that was after a transit) didn't let me take my guitars up on the airplane, different from what I agreed on at the first flight, where I paid 200 USD to take it with me on the plane. The flight attendant was very nice and agreed to help me and take it on the plane."
Výhody: "Boarding in time, good good because it cooked in Japan, it was better than flight from Moscow to Tokyo"

Nevýhody: "Две проблемы - отсутствие вентиляции из ТА в Москву (обратно была центральная), индивидуальной вентиляции нет в принципе, я нахватался вируса и приехал в Вильнюс больной. Обратно задержка рейса на почти семь часов, причем кое-кто из пассажиров знал о ней заранее и приехал часа через четыре после запланированного отлета."

Výhody: "Excellent entertainment system. Very new planes. Good food (for airline food). Very efficient staff (not warm and fuzzy, and definitely not a comedy team, but efficient and friendly). Loved the view from the front camera that I could get through the entertainment system. Wonderful selection of entertainment options. No bull* about charging people for the headphones or the movies. And everyone got a pillow, a blanket, slippers and a sleep mask. Lovely!"
Nevýhody: "Well, I wasn't too fond of having to sit on the runway at Dulles for three hours while the thunderstorms raged. But taking off wouldn't have been a viable option. :) Actually, it wasn't that long for the thunderstorms, but something very heavy fell on the top of the plane while we were waiting. Maybe a bowling ball? I was torn between wanting to get off the ground, and being terrified that they would take off without checking out whatever the heck that sound was. Apparently, they did check it out. We pulled over to a maintenance spot and sat there for a while before we took off. If there was anything I didn't like about the flight, it was that there was no announcement about what had happened and what they were doing about it. But I'm nosey."
Výhody: "I did like everything, but last year they let us to have 2 luggage's for free, this year it was only 1. That's the main thing we did love on Aeroflot."
Nevýhody: "My friends mother was flying with us, she did not received her luggage"
