If you want to do it for security reason do it ( I want to be safe) but don’t do it for the check mark , it doesn’t make any sense and doesn’t protect us."
Výhody: "I was late ( I had to drive 230 Km ) and I managed to call in advance the company that was doing the check-in on behalf of SWISS - I asked them the Check-in time closing time and by almost flying ( speeding like crazy ) I arrived before that moment."
Nevýhody: "I did not check the terms and conditions of the ticket. I am a Star Alliance Gold member and I was expecting SWISS to have a similar booking system like the others I fly with. I found out that the ticket fare did not contain checked luggage ( so I had to pay a hefty fee for it ) and also my 20" wheeled case that was ok in all the other flights I took it with me, this time was oversized and overweight . My wife took out the 2 laptops so it became within weight limits but still oversized - My wife paid for the fee ( I wasn't there at the time and she is not a such experienced flyier as I am ) . When I found out about the fee, I checked their rules and I found out that the hand luggage is allowed to be 22" . I saw in the airplane a lot of people with cases having the same size as mine, that went as checked luggage at a cost fo around 40 . I want to see how can I get my money back . . ."

My flight from Warsaw to JFK in business it this moment she tell me I can switch sit and ask me to go I was shocked but this was only the bigining when I got to Warsaw I ask in the gate counter where should I go to print my ticket after I try to explain him 10 times what I mean ( he didn't speak English at all ) he told me to go pass the passport check and in gate 21 they will print it to me I fly a lot so I ask him if he sure becuse I am petty sure I will need my ticket the guy at the desk repeat imhim self so I want and waited 25-30 min in the line so the police officer in the passport check will tell me I need to go print my ticket So after the officer from the passport desk call someone he direct me to go to hate 26 and there they will print my ticket I want them and again wait for 15 min to print my ticket ( it was only me this is the sad thing I don't know what tool 15 min to print a ticket ) and it amazing how unsocial and 0 in customer service the lot polish employees I meet And this is without talking about the delay in my coming flight for 2-3 hrs ( a delay it something that happen a lot yes but the way they handled it again 0 in costumer service )"

They charged me twice for the same exact tickets and then would not refund me the entire fare. The deducted $300 to process back the credit. Personnel, at both the airport and in flight, were curt, uncommodating and lacked customer service. On my return flight from Warsaw there was a large, disruptive group with a number of unruly children & airline staff did nothing to address the children running across seats, screaming and wreaking havoc for over 8 hours. Passengers could not sleep & the noise was unbearable."

Third round, they give out a complimentary snack. It takes ages (more than half way through the flight) for free snack to come around! I would rather eat my bar before getting my drink. If you could reverse the order I think it would work better. That is, give out the free snack, then the free drink, and then lastly sell drinks and snacks to those still hungry."

I almost had a heart attack when Anna Aleksandrovna Esina (agent at registration counter #131) informed me that my ticket has been cancelled and she does not see me on the passenger list. I was in shock when I heard that and ready to cry as I was so anxious to get back home. Then she added that it is not her job to look for my ticket and there is nothing she can do for me. She did not want to make any effort and do something to resolve the issue. With the help of another agent it was determined that I WAS on the passenger list and I finally (after some agonizing time) was given my two boarding passes. It is amazing how just one unprofessional agent can spoil your trip... Thankfully the rest of my journey went really well!"

Nevýhody: "The plane was still in Warsaw (didn't make it to Prague) but we weren't told the flight was cancled or even delayed until after we were supposed to board the rebooking took forever so long that one in our group was put on an earlier flight than other because his plane left by the time we could have been rebooked."

Nevýhody: "This is what I noticed while checking in the last gate before we board. We were singled out with a few other people to be additional screened in questions. When we were done, there were about more than 10 individuals who were waiting to pass the gate and about over 50 waiting in line. We noticed that the European descent individuals with bigger bags were not question and allowed to pass through. We were stop and was informed we have to pay for our luggage. The rep took our credit card and scanned it and when we asked how much she informed us the amount will be appeared in our next statement. How did she not even know?? Lastly, the individual in front of us had the same luggage (if not bigger) and didn’t even have to beck his in!"

Nevýhody: "Passengers are the key to make everything bad, they can't queue or simply don't know what is a queue for. Some wear a suit and think that they can just cut the queue to the front, and all the staff just allow that happen. They did not have priority boarding."

Nevýhody: "Flight was delayed, then they de boarded at the wrong terminal and for 1hr didn't let us leave the terminal, then we had to go through security to leave the airport. Collosal fail!"
Nevýhody: "The crew were very rude, there was no more overheard space in the cabin so two people in our party had to check their luggage, the washrooms at the rear of the plane were out of order and the they were out of three quarters of the food on the menu - effectively nothing to order!"

Nevýhody: "Awful leg room. I'm tall, but not too far above average, and it was a completely uncomfortable experience. Crew would not allow us to put bags in overhead bin, so on top of that, had to sit with my bag on my lap the entire flight."
Výhody: "With 1.88m I do not consider myself as very tall. But it was almost impossible to fit into those tiny seats. I therefore wanted to book for my flight back a seat in the emergency exit row for an additional > 15 Euro. But after my the Vueling Android app crashed twice while trying to do so, I gave up."

Nevýhody: "The issues started when I tried to do my on-line check-in 24 hours before (as is normal with other airlines), only to be told that there were no more seats available for on-line check-in (but would magically become available if I paid a fee). As my company was paying for the flights, getting the fee reimbursed would be a pain in the neck and I decided to just check in at the airport as the system suggested. Only to find out that they could not assign me a seat until I could talk to an agent at the gate, and that the aircraft was overbooked and I may not end up flying at all that day. I make my way quickly through security and rush to the gate and stand at the counter for a long time to make sure I get a seat (thankfully). Only to find out that the aircraft is delayed. In the end, I made it to my destination OK albeit a bit late, but I think Vueling has set the bar really low if the passengers should feel thankful about just getting there safe but late."
Výhody: "It was a quick flight from Rome to Munich at a good price. I loved that my checked bag was free. Very pleasant and helpful person at the check-in counter. I will use Vueling again when I'm in Europe."

The flight from San Sebastián was late, the connecting flight from Barcelona was over booked so I was told I had to wait 12 hours for the next available flight to Rome. That replacement flight was again late, and I arrived in Rome too late to catch one of the busses into town so I had to pay $60 euro to get to my hostel! Not only that, but despite being told my baggage had been changed to this later flight I arrived to find out it has not arrived and was likely left in Barcelona! Shocking services, I intend to actively recommend to others never to fly with this company! I am still yet to receive my baggage and the number provided for contact does not work."
