It is simply that you get same seats and spacing as in the other torture chamber known as "economy" which I call cattle class (I suspect they would not let them fly cattle in those conditions). This lie is based on leaving the middle seat empty. Otherwise teh torture is the same. In short I hope someone will sue the SOB that invented this concept and that was allowed to call this 'business class'. It is nothing short of a fraud."

Výhody: "I am not sure where to start from but each lot employee I talk with had poor English and not the tinyest willing to help just to move , I had a flight back from cezh republic to JFK with a stop in Warsaw When I got to the front desk in the air port to print my ticket the Liady ( work at Sation 236 ) was very rude and anti costumer service she print me only my first fly ticket and when I ask why she " I don't know " I said ok so when u get there you know which get I go or where I will print the other ticket she say I don't know Ok and then I ask her can u check if it a room I. My flight from Warsaw to JFK in business it this moment she tell me I can switch sit and ask me to go I was shocked but this was only the bigining when I got to Warsaw I ask in the gate counter where should I go to print my ticket after I try to explain him 10 times what I mean ( he didn't speak English at all ) he told me to go pass the passport check and in gate 21 they will print it to me I fly a lot so I ask him if he sure becuse I am petty sure I will need my ticket the guy at the desk repeat imhim self so I want and waited 25-30 min in the line so the police officer in the passport check will tell me I need to go print my ticket So after the officer from the passport desk call someone he direct me to go to hate 26 and there they will print my ticket I want them and again wait for 15 min to print my ticket ( it was only me this is the sad thing I don't know what tool 15 min to print a ticket ) and it amazing how unsocial and 0 in customer service the lot polish employees I meet And this is without talking about the delay in my coming flight for 2-3 hrs ( a delay it something that happen a lot yes but the way they handled it again 0 in costumer service )"

On my return flight from Warsaw there was a large, disruptive group with a number of unruly children & airline staff did nothing to address the children running across seats, screaming and wreaking havoc for over 8 hours. Only positive on this flight was the friendly crew members. False advertising all around otherwise."

Usually we buy 3 to 5 tickets and this year we try LOT again because of price. NEWER AGAIN WE WILL SPEND ANY MONEY WITH LOT. Yes, they have new planes but they still operate under old habits. This time we got stock in Warsaw for more than 7 hours because our connecting flight was once again canceled and the next available flight vas late. NEVER AGAIN, WE ARE DONE WITH LOT FOR GOOD."

But some other airline companies, when you miss your flight they find a next one for you and you just pay the fee, but not to cancel your ticket. This last case can happen only if the traveller does not show up and doesn't call."

Finally I told her that she is certainly looking for a way to get me off the flight to which she answered "I can certainly find something!!!" Cultural sensitivity is needed with these stewardesses who are racist like I don't understand and I was certainly polite!"

Also, there were no ports to charge phones or tablets which made it near impossible to watch entertainment on a phone or tablet due to low battery levels. The wi-fi was not strong. I typically like food on an airplane, but this food was not something to be enjoyed. I hope to not fly Brussels Airlines/United again. I'll stick with British Airways and American."

This additional step should have been more clearly communicated to passengers so we could have taken care of it before we stood in the boarding line. We were sitting in the terminal for 90 minutes prior to the flight and never heard an announcement to go to the transfer counter prior to boarding. We already had boarding passes issued when we embarked on our connecting flight from Ljublana to Brussels. I was hammered by surprise with a 90 Euro extra bag fee but did not pay a fee for this extra bag on my trip to Europe from Dulles. This bag was a small athletic bag that was just over the carry on size limit and did not weigh that much because it only had clothing and shoes. Ryan Air pulled a similar stunt on me earlier this year and I've decided never to use Ryan Air ever again. I'm adding Brussels Airlines to my list of airlines never to fly again because of these ridiculous baggage fee policies. Really shortsighted business practice on their part. Lufthansa all the way for me!!!!"

We did have to book a new flight but we did so with another airline. I don’t want EasyJet getting any more of my money and won’t book with them again."

The ground crew told us that all rows after 26 did not exist. At first, this was characterized as an overbooking, which probably made me more angry than the subsequent explanation that the plane from Geneva had maintenance problems, and that passengers from Geneva to Reykjavik had suffered the same fate. The real problem here is that Easy Jet lacks problem solvers. We watched a bag jam-up the conveyer from the check in to wherever it goes from there. Ticket agent after ticket agent tried to fix it until one got lucky. Where was the person with a toolbox who knew about these things? Likewise, with our situation, there should have been a customer service specialist who had seen this type of problem and knew just what to do. Instead, the ground crew, friendly as they were, really just made a lot of phone calls for us and tried to be empathetic. We'll be filing a claim for compensation and hopefully Easy Jet can make some improvements."

On this particular trip, I flew with a friend from Barcelona to Tel Aviv. Our flight was delayed because the pilot decided to change aircrafts at the last minute and about 25-30 ppl did not get seat assignments,including my friend. There were enough seats on the plane. It was disorganization plain and simple. They told these 30 passengers that they may not be able to fly and were about to separate family members, leaving some in Barcelona and flying some to Tel Aviv, causing unnecessary stress. When we arrived in Tel aviv, our luggage did not. Approximately 30 people had to file reports with lost and found. It took days to find the luggage which was flown out to Moscow and then to Tel Aviv. Some people still didn't receive theirs. The aircraft was old, all the food and beverages had to be purchased. The crew was all right. Overall, I will not fly with them again. I have spent hours and hours of my trip trying to locate my luggage. Hopefully it will arrive as I'm writing this review. I think Kayak should cease working with this airline and not list it on it's search engine."
