Мы с двухлетней дочерью стоя ждали в набитом автобусе 20 мин пока не пришел один опаздывающий пассажир. Учитывая, что потом еще пришлось долго ехать через весь аэропорт и водитель неожиданно резко затормозил два раза (всё пассажиры буквально падали при торможении) это стало самой неприятной частью посадки."

Výhody: "The Entertainment system on long haul flights essential. I also liked the slippers and eye mask, although I rarely can sleep on the flight."
Nevýhody: "The food service really isn't very good. On two of my Aero flights they offered drink service (wine is complimentary beer is not) and hour before the meal. That's fine, but there is nothing offered during the meal(s). Not even water. Several passengers had to contact the attendents to bring coffee because we were offered none. This happened twice. Also, for breakfast there was no egg option, just oatmeal and pancakes. The attendents' English is not that great for international flights--you have to wonder how they are assigned these flights."

I never had that ever happen to me and during the flight from LA to Moscow, the guy's body for 12 hrs was all over me and sweaty. Most disgusting. It was an invasion of my private space and taking the right to my seat because his body was on my seat. No human being should suffer through that experience I ordered special meal and it was all plain and vegitarian even though I am not vegiterian"

Výhody: "Excellent entertainment system. Very new planes. Good food (for airline food). Very efficient staff (not warm and fuzzy, and definitely not a comedy team, but efficient and friendly). Loved the view from the front camera that I could get through the entertainment system. Wonderful selection of entertainment options. No bull* about charging people for the headphones or the movies. And everyone got a pillow, a blanket, slippers and a sleep mask. Lovely!"
Nevýhody: "Well, I wasn't too fond of having to sit on the runway at Dulles for three hours while the thunderstorms raged. But taking off wouldn't have been a viable option. :) Actually, it wasn't that long for the thunderstorms, but something very heavy fell on the top of the plane while we were waiting. Maybe a bowling ball? I was torn between wanting to get off the ground, and being terrified that they would take off without checking out whatever the heck that sound was. Apparently, they did check it out. We pulled over to a maintenance spot and sat there for a while before we took off. If there was anything I didn't like about the flight, it was that there was no announcement about what had happened and what they were doing about it. But I'm nosey."

Nevýhody: "The food was mediocre; probably about the worst airplane food I ever had. Can't be sure, but I had GI problems the day after, possibly due to asking for ice in my drink. (the rest of my family did not get sick and we ate the same food but no ice) Also, annoyed that seats cannot be selected until 24 hours before flight. An added stess, esp while you're touring. Fortunately, our hotel concierge was able to book our seats. Overall tho, I'd fly Aeroflot again."

Whenever I reached this problem on different airlines the crew ALWAYS helps me find someone to switch with for a window seat. I asked several crew members on aeroflot to help me find someone to switch with and not one of them was helpful or comforting."
Nevýhody: "Aeroflot combined the flight with China Eastern, this was my worst experience on a flight. The flight was delayed by over 4 hours and I missed my connecting flight. The ground staff was no help in terms of informing the passengers, the meal given on account of delay was mediocre at best. There was no entertainment on a 10 and half hour flight! Yes, its low cost, BUT the return flight (which was an Airbus Aeroflot) has good food, easy check in, tons of entertainment and smiling staff! so, YES to Aeroflot Airbus, NO to Boeing China Eastern or Aeroflot"

On the way to Malaga only one toilet was working, on the way back to Leeds I was told I'd only paid for my luggage one way and had to pay another 50 euros go get it back to Leeds. There was no food or cold drinks on the flight and we were delayed by an hour and half which meant my partner who came to pick me up had to pay £27 for parking. Ridiculous! So no, never again."
Nevýhody: "Was one of the worst flights I’ve ever taken. No information, no updates, no announcements until 15 minutes after flight was supposed to leave. No ground staff apart from one lady who worked for the airport who was incredibly rude and unhelpful. They loaded the Dublin flight through the same gate we were supposed to be flying from and we’re putting them on buses keeping them there 10 minutes pulling them off the buses, putting them back on the buses. It was an absolute joke. On the flight the cabin crew were slow, again no information at all. Just stood there looking useless and chatting ignoring passenger call lights. We landed in Stansted and they couldn’t open the gate as the ground staff “couldn’t find the key” keeping us on the plane for an extra 10-15 minutes with no AC. Terrible experience would never book Ryanair ever again."

Výhody: "Flew from Dublin to Leeds and then back a week later. It's only a 1 hour flight and the price was unbeatable. For a short jump like this, it was great, but I don't think I'd recommend Ryan Air for a long flight. Seats are cramped and uncomfortable and the whole experience is akin to a flying cattle car. But for a very short flight it was fine."
Nevýhody: "Base price is great, but be forewarned! If you don't jump through all the Ryan Air hoops they will charge you dearly for every transgression of their many, many rules re: bag size, weight, check-in, boarding passes, etc. Screw up and there goes your bargain fair! We were careful, so it worked out fine for us."

I broke my neck years ago and I need the pillow for neck support especially for takeoff and landings which are always the most painful part. ( Didn't help that the pilot had rough decent and a violent touchdow on landing). I just truly am baffled as to why I was not allowed to use a pillow? We are not talking about some large bed pillow we are talking about a small pillow that takes up no room and is specifically made for flying. I tried using my water bottle as neck support but it was no luck. Flying is already painful enough and to not be allowed to use a pillow which helps to support the neck is truly agregious. I really don't know what to say on why this wasn't allowed but I hope this issue is solved with upper management so the next person with such a problem will Never have to go through this. As for I, I will never use Ryanair again. Truly disappointing."
