First class was terrible! It began with the customer service agent at the boarding gate taking being completely rude to the first class customers waiting to board. She/he (it was difficult to tell if it was a man or woman) yelled at everyone and said “it doesn’t take a genius to understand that only military or people with special needs may board, my god!!!” I’ve never seen such unprofessionalism from Delta. Then my husband and I went to our seats in first class and the flight attendant had left their paperwork and folders on our seats. I waited for a while to see if he would pick it up. He did not, so I picked it up and handed it to him. He then replied “oh we’re going to put you to work and pass out the agriculture forms”. When it came time for the meal he stated “we only have kale salad so do you want it or not?” My husband replied,” no I don’t like kale”. The flight attendant then replies “okay you don’t want it because that’s all we have”. My husband was seated in 1A, how do they have only one choice remaining out of the 3 when he’s in the first seat?? The flight attendant was very rude! As a loyal Delta customer, I was absolutely appalled at the unprofessional behavior from both customer service agents and first class flight attendant! I have to say that I will think twice before booking my next flight (next month) on Delta due to this experience.

Love the leg room and entertainment in comfort plus. Crew members were also excellent. However, serving gold fish and cookies twice on a 6hr flight is embarrassing. Delta should offer a better variety of snacks during a long flight.

Delta is my new favorite airlines. I have no complaints. Even if they don't serve meals the snacks were ok.

Výhody: "Delta is the airline to fly if you have to fly (like I did) during a pandemic. They made sure at every turn we felt as safe as possible. They had passengers distanced from each other the whole time, handed out sanitizing wipes as we walked on the plane, made sure folks kept their masks on, gave us individual little baggies with snacks and water bottles that also had individual hand sanitizer packets. I felt so much more safe flying Delta on my way home to Hawaii in July than I did when I flew American Airlines on my way to the mainland in June."

Nevýhody: "The security process in the Prague airport is so ridiculous. There are security agents who screen you in the baggage drop off line that makes the line take a very long time. Once you finally get your sticker from them it’s a quick trip through customs. Then the pain really begins with a security scan st each individual gate to enter a boarding area for the plane. Then I was pulled for extra security where a male agent touched my but with some sort of swab with no warning. He then claimed to not speak English (with zero accent when I asked him a question). It was a humiliating and very long process all run by delta!"

But this is par for the course flying to Hawaii for some reason, no matter the carrier. Hawaiian Airlines is usually better but that’s to be expected."

Deplaning by row groups due to covid was a joke - we were then crammed into a bus to the Munich intl terminal. Wifi did not work at all on the 9 hr flight.

When I asked her if there was anything else she said that was the soonest flight she could find. When I checked my self I found and booked a flight for the 23rd. When I called back they refused to give me a refund."

The crew ended up gate checking one for me in Frankfurt which was nice. But I would have paid not to carry that dumb thing around with me through the giant Frankfurt airport. Other than the one desk woman in Prague, everything else was good."

Over 3 hours of delay without any assistance from klm

being a flight attendant and using spécial fare I apreciate being treated equally to the other pax, the fact that the crew, when I informed them of my status, went to check if I had a good seat ( no one beside me, to be able to get good rest.) Those are important gestures towards the person. I look to more flights with KLM

KLM blamed the fog at Manchester but to be honest most other flights seemed unaffected. Put up in an IBIS hotel and fed substandard food and shitty hotel room with an Aircon unit that clunks into action every 30 seconds keeping me awake. It's external so I can't switch it off. Being given a 10 Euro voucher for food at the airport when most food and a drink will cost you 12 to 15 euros."

Seating was not very comfortable as there was a box attached to the leg of the seat in front of me, making it necessary to keep my feet at an uncomfortable angle through the long flight. Nevýhody: "Since we had two extra bags (paid for in Chicago), they demanded to see my receipt before we could board in Amsterdam to Nairobi. We had trouble locating the receipt and we were not given an explanation as to why we needed it again. We were traveling with 5 kids including an infant and we were not allowed to board until we found the receipt. I thought surely they would have record that I had paid, but I guess not. We were the last to board and all very stressed out. The staff seemed not to care the least in our troubles."
Nevýhody: "Taking off late caused me stress because I had transferring flight within less than two hours in transit originally. So we arrived later about 50 minutes so I had to manage my situation and find my next gate and be on time. And an other thing that I disliked was that I was allowed to have only one baggage which was very unusual for international flight between two countenances. And the crew was not polite enough so she made fun of my Cary-on. In short, I expected more from KLM which is famous for them being "Royal" but not acting as one of them."

Business class and first have been upgraded with new features."

Crew is horrible

The food on the flight wasn’t great. In a ten hour flight, we basically only ate once, and the meal didn’t offer much. Everything was fine, though.

I waited 45 minutes, having to turn on the light 3 separate time because it automatically must have timed out. I couldn't get out of my seat due to seat belt sign. I looked back into the rear galley and 5 attendants were back there talking. Tried to get their attention. Nothing. Finally, I got up and went to get my own drinks. Being a server at hotel in waikiki, I understand that customer service is very important. And though I understand that they may have been busy and unable to answer my call, I could see that clearly was not the problem. They were just standing there and chatting. Very frustrating. Though they were friendly, they just simply weren't paying attention. I have to say in all honesty, I will not be recommending nor flying United airlines again."

Back to the guy who puked, an hour after that he started shaking and grabbing his head and asking me why am I hurting his heart. Then incoherent blathering and then his last episode 20 minutes before we land in which he started hitting himself in the head saying he would die right now for his wife and how he's made mistakes. It was three separate incidents from this one passenger and not one flt attendant noticed? Yeah it was bad piled on worse stacked on top of never United ever again."

I don't even want to blame the employees as it was very obvious that they hated their jobs and just wanted the shift to be done with; something needs to be addressed about how they can accommodate both employees and paying customers alike. Let's just say I can't wait until Hawaiian Airlines expands to Denver flights so we never have to deal with United again, as this is the only reason we used this airline."

As for the landing, that was perfect. We eased onto the tarmac so gently it barely felt as though we had landed."
