Way too small plane to handle hand luggage from full flight.

The dinner was a buffet that was limited and less than mediocre. A chicken option was not even provided, no soup"

Nevýhody: "Not only the first flight got delayed for over 2 hours. I had to re-book the second - connecting - flight because of that. Now it made my layover instead of 1 h 45 m - 5 hours! Then the second flight got delayed!! So instead of 5 hours layover it was over 7 hours!!! Very inconvenient and upsetting experience. The only reason I booked these particular flights is because they were advertized as "the shortest trip" time on your website..."

The WiFi was offered only limited time , which was very shorter than I expected but overall status with cosy mood made me as if I were at home . On the other hand , the finnair check in counter had only two , one of which was business and the other was economy it took about 40mins to send my luggage and check in ."

All understandable until the announced that the flight was reinstated only to be followed by an hour of the clerks unable to put people back on the flight which caused it to be cancelled. Sent to another airport except the free shuttle wasn't running, 50 dollar taxi ride later I got to sleep on the floor until the gates finally opened 5 hours later"
Výhody: "The flight to and from Los Angeles was operated by British Airways and was on one of their Airbus fleet. Boarding was completed efficiently and with ease. I sat on the upper deck and was very comfortable in comparison to other major airlines previously used for this particular flight. The plane was very clean and the crew were outstanding. Nothing appeared to be too much trouble for crew, and they were ready with beverages, including tea and coffee, and snacks throughout the flight. In flight entertainment was good. All in all very pleasant flight to and from the U K."

The process is not organized, nor did I (along with other passengers) understand why another checkpoint was being unexpectedly required.. 2. The food onboard (main meal - beef and snack - calzone) were not good; although they were served hot, they were bland and unappetizing. Contrary to popular belief, not all airplane food is "bad". 3. And finally, the restrooms were not kept clean during the flight - I had never seen that on any of the nternational airlines I've taken over several years."

Dinner of either fish or chicken was delicious, and included bread, cheese, salad, and dessert. Followed by additional beverage services, a mushroom calzone and finally Belgium chocolates. The crew was friendly and entertainment on personal monitors was very good. This was the best overseas flight I have had in several years."

This was literally done bin by bin by a crew member shouting down the aisle, "Who's is this brown bag? Who has a grey Longchamp!!!???" This is not something I have ever seen before and it took ages. The cabin also became very hot during the layover, which cause a 40 minute delayed arrival in Kinshasa."

Finally I told her that she is certainly looking for a way to get me off the flight to which she answered "I can certainly find something!!!" Cultural sensitivity is needed with these stewardesses who are racist like I don't understand and I was certainly polite!"

As a Star Alliance Gold member, I chose Brussels Airlines out of loyalty. But the cheap approach to customer care means I will have to reconsider flying with you in the future."

Having blankets was very nice, since it was very cold in some sections near the toilets. I was selected for supplementary search but the attendants were very efficient and courteous."
Nevýhody: "No one explained why one needed to go through the Brussels Airlines pre-check gate (at gate #40) and have our passports reviewed again and a sticker added. It was a mess. At the gate, it wasn't clear where the boarding lines were compared to the lines to see a desk clerk and no one was around to explain what was going on. We didn't know if there was another check going on or it was a boarding line."

The first row in coach has 3 seats and be row behind has 4 meaning that you are 4 people sharing 3 screens and seat pockets. No room to put your legs under the seat in front of you because they are not aligned with the seats in front. I fly all the time and have never seen this. I am short and has absolutely no room for myself or even my iPad and headphones. Horrible experience. Never flying with Brussels airlines on a transatlantic again!"

Nevýhody: "Boarding from a connecting flight is a disaster. For some reason brussel's air didn't validate our passports at the first international flight. Everyone was expected to do it at the Brussels airport. This would be fine if they had a sign up explaining what to do, or even a basic queue set up. There were passengers for 3 flights mobbed around the check point in front of our gate with nothing resembling a line. Everyone was completely confused and crawling over each other. Add that to our delayed landing that put us on the tarmac, forcing us back through security and a huge walk away from the gate... We very nearly missed our flight! Please please please figure out a way to communicate to your passengers and get people into a proper queue!!!"

Nevýhody: "First time on Brussels Airline - flying from IAD to Budapest and back via Brussels. On the long haul to/from Europe, the seats in coach did not have any type of individual air flow control above the seat. I was sitting by a window which must have been directly facing the sun. I have never been so hot and uncomfortable on a plane. Some kind of air conditioning did kick on for a short duration, but it was not enough."

Nevýhody: "Inbound connection from Tokyo was late (1 hour) but this flight BRU-MAN was also 1 hour late, so got to the gate easily in time for boarding only to find my seat and boarding pass had been cancelled! Poor management of the situation - they don't check whether the connection is *actually* OK, just use the timetable. Poor real-time handling of the situation. This flight is sometimes subcontracted out to WDL who fly various other flights for SN throughout the day, and so any delay elsewhere in Europe can delay this flight. Baggage priority ignored for Star Gold. Missed train connection on arrival in UK. Due to the above problems. In-flight staff OK but ground crew seem disorganised."
