Nevýhody: "To start off with there was only ONE person checking people in before the flight, so it took forever. Then the guy at check-in told us we were already supposed to have our boarding passes printed out and that he was not able to print them for us. Basically, it was a "figure it out for yourself" sort of situation. We went to another counter, not even directly associated with Ryan, and a very nice gentleman there printed our passes for us. He also seemed really confused as to why the Ryan Air employee wouldn't print them for us. Then, we weren't given a gate assignment until 20 mintues before the time we were supposed to board. How do you expect your customers to be prepared if you can't even tell them where they are supposed to go until the last minute? Then they made us board a bus to take us to the plane on the tarmac which was not a big deal. But they made us stand on the bus for 20+ mintues before they took us over to the plan. The bus was completely full, so it's not like they were waiting to load more passengers. The doors to the bus were open, so it was freezing cold (our flight was late at night) and we were forced to breath in exhaust fumes from the bus the entire time! The flight was also an hour delayed!!! I know it's a super cheap ticket, but do yourself a favor and spend a little more money to fly on an airline that actually knows what they're doing. This is my first and most definitely LAST time flying on Ryan Air. If I could give zero stars, I would."

Nevýhody: "Last time we flew Ryanair, we did not check-in ahead of time, so we had to pay 53 Euros at the airport. We learned our lesson, so for this flight we checked in ahead of time and had our boarding passes ready on our mobile devices. When we arrived at the airport, we were told we needed a printed ticked so they could stamp it that they had checked our passport. It would be 53 Euros for them to print the ticket. The lady at the ticket counter directed us to the business center to print, but the Ryanair website wasn't working. I eventually printed a poor quality screenshot and hoped for the best. The lady stamped when she checked my passport. Nobody ever checked the stamped ticket beyond that point. What a waste. Ryanair is cheap, of course I'll fly with them again the next time I'm in Europe. My advice to travelers is to do your research and know all the loop holes they use to make money off of you."

Nevýhody: "I was told I could not use my pillow for take-off, landing and the majority of the in flight. I broke my neck years ago and I need the pillow for neck support especially for takeoff and landings which are always the most painful part. ( Didn't help that the pilot had rough decent and a violent touchdow on landing). I just truly am baffled as to why I was not allowed to use a pillow? We are not talking about some large bed pillow we are talking about a small pillow that takes up no room and is specifically made for flying. I tried using my water bottle as neck support but it was no luck. Flying is already painful enough and to not be allowed to use a pillow which helps to support the neck is truly agregious. I really don't know what to say on why this wasn't allowed but I hope this issue is solved with upper management so the next person with such a problem will Never have to go through this. As for I, I will never use Ryanair again. Truly disappointing."
Nevýhody: "*Extreme delay: - Our flight was supposed to take off at 5:35pm but was delayed to 12:10am due to technical issues. - There was a plane in RAK that could've have been used, but Ryan Air decided to use it for the flight to Paris instead despite the fact our flight was earlier. *Terrible customer service: - No one answered the phone, and we could only chat with them online. - We had a connecting flight out of MAD to JFK which we were nervous about missing, and was hoping customer service could help us with an alternative options to get to MAD. - Instead, the only answer they could give me was to take the RAK > MAD flight 2 days later and that was our only option. They did not seem to listen and understand our issue. *Poor and inconsistent communication: - RA sent out emails saying check-in would close 1 hour before our flight, but when we arrived at the airport, the screens displayed check-in to close 40min before scheduled departure. - After the delay, emails were sent to call customer service, but when you dialed the number they provided, you get a message saying their offices were closed."

Nevýhody: "The phone app doesn't work. If you can't print out your boarding pass from the hotel then you need to pay 12 Euro to get it printed at the airport. They are constantly selling you stuff on the plane - food, perfume, lottery tickets. So annoying. The interior colors of the plane are obnoxious. Dark blue and bright yellow. It's really an affront to the senses."

Not only did I have to pay this ridiculous fee but I had to go to a separate counter to wait in another line to make the payment. While I understand fees for "additional" services, charging for a boarding pass is beyond preposterous."

Výhody: "As long as you are aware of a few things, flying on Ryan Air was great. You must check in a certain number of hours before your flight to aviod an additional check-in fee. I checked-in from the hotel computer the day before my flight. You should pre-pay for checked baggage and seat selection with priority boarding when you book the flight if you want those 2 items when flying on Ryan Air. If you dont want to pay for a checked bag, ensure you check the airline website to make sure your carry on bag meets the size requirements for carry on baggage. My flight was on time, they offered a selection of food and drinks for purchase during the flight. The staff was friendly. Everything was great."
