The crew should have anticipated better that the technical problem would at least take one hour and give everyone a drink at least."

Nevýhody: "They didn't give the yellow cards that every traveller need to fill out. So when everyone got off in Shanghai we had all the booths busy with people trying to fill in the papers. All other airlines just give those papers while people are still in the airplane."

Nevýhody: "We missed THE connecting fligh. They provide us really low quality hotel not clean at all. Also it took us 5 hours to go to the hotel from the airport. They made us wait 5 hours. I felt like I’m an illegal immigrant. In the hotel there was no slipper no toothbrushes. They should’ve provided us a kit"

The agent was anything but friendly and said she was not able to send my carry-on directly to Bilbao (she gave me no reason) and that I would have to re-check my bags, go through customs and security in Prague. She knew I had 1.5 hrs between flights, and the risk of losing my flight was pretty high. He agent could only said “sorry” and she would not offer me a solution. The agent next to her could care less about my situation. I asked her who should I contact if lose my flight (i.e. Aeroflot, Czech Airlines, etc) she kept saying “I don’t know, I’m sorry). I asked for my carry-on, but she would not return it. I called Aeroflot customer service, but they were not helpful and a bit rude. To make things worst, the agent placed me in the very last seat in the airplane, so I had to wait a good 20min to de board- time that I didn’t have. I paid so much for his flight and this was not the service that I expected. The only reason I made it to my second flight (Prague-Bilbao) was because the flight was delayed."
Výhody: "Everything about this direct flight from JFK to Moscow was excellent. Boarding went very smoothly as they were strict about loading from the back to the front of the plane. Anyone who tried to circumvent this was sent back to their line. The food was not memorable but perfectly fine and we got 2 full meals— dinner and breakfast— plus several beverage services and a snack. The entertainment interface works well, although they could offer more movies and tv series for sure. The seats are very comfortable and have decent leg room—although I am only 5’2. The crew was exceptionally professional and pleasant. The bathrooms are larger than standard and they offer disposable toothbrushes. Some of my friends made jokes about our flying Aeroflot, but their perceptions are clearly outdated. This is a very good airline from this flight experience. I hope it holds up on our return."

Nevýhody: "This time food wasn’t organized well, because in the menu was two dishes, beef stroganoff or some fish, when came our turn to choose, we didn’t have choice, because only the fish was left. Second time was fish(again) and chicken, and also the salad was made from fish too... this time we got lucky, there was a choice because the serving started from our side. The chicken wasn’t good though, And still it is too much fish, and it didn’t taste good. I can compare , because I had other Aeroflot flights, and the food was really good, compare to this one."

Nevýhody: "I was on that plane for 11 hours from boarding to getting deiced to a 10 hour flight to JFK. I sat between to big guys in coach. Very little room to function. The inflight entertainment system didn't work so no movies, music, or anything to make the time go by. Normally I would bring something but the inflight entertainment was so good on the flight from JFK to SVO that it didn't occur to me to bring anything. That was a brutally long flight. Other than that snafu, I love Aeroflot."

Nevýhody: "המזוודה של מרים נשארה במוסקבה! כבר שלושה ימים היא מסתובבת ללא החפצים האישיים שלה-ללא הציוד, איפור, הלבשה אישית, פיז'מה, נעלי-בית ובגדים להחלפה. נכון שאמרו לה במשרדי איירפלוט שהיא יכולה לרכוש ציוד נחוץ וישלמו לה בהצגת קבלות, אבל עכשיו יש לה הוצאות לא מתוכננות והכסף הולך למינימום דברים שאי אפשר להסתדר בלעדיהם ושווים כסף, זמן ונוחות. המזוודה בינתיים איננה! איפה מזומן להוצאה הלא צפויה הזאת? איפה פיצוי על עגמת נפש? ומתי כבר תגיע המזוודה??!"

(1) Navigation not intuitive - couldn't tell when to use on-screen buttons vs physical buttons (2) Unresponsive navigation would have to press buttons multiple times (3) When rewinding, I could not stop it to get it to Play, resulting in a lot of wasted time trying to get back to where I was (4) No option of selecting subtitles. I'm a native English speaker but due to white noise of plane, would really help to have English subtitles. This was the main reason I needed to rewind so much - because I couldn't make out the dialog. These problems, plus poor food, would make me think twice about using Aeroflot again."

The transit employee assured me my seat was empty in front but I think she didn't give a sh... She said I could get an exit but that I'd have to pay more. Something tells me that the bumpkins that were in the exit rows probably didn't pay extra... Informed Anastasia the hostess twice the obese guy on my right was literally sitting on me and she did nothing to assist with my comfort--why do they say to tell them and they'll do all they can when they don't? For most of the flight my arm was crushed by Igor's (that was his name, really!) obese arm and fat pannus. It was awful and though there were seats just ahead of me, i was refused. I said "so I just have him sit on me and be uncomfortable" she responds "uhh yes". Thanks Anastasia, you're a keeper (of uselessness). Ektarina was a clueless hoot too. She served the Russians to my left and right first and me last (I was in the middle seat), how do you just go from the window guy to the aisle guy then the guy in the middle? I've NEVER seen that ever. She's like "what would you like?" I'm like "what do you have?" She responds "you don't have menu? Uhh..." No genius, you nimwit, you didn't give me one, had you i wouldn't be asking. She came back and asked in russian something about drinks, I said "what?" And she looked at me then turned away. Are you serious? What a rude twit. An Olga comes by at the end, speaks to the two russian guys on either side of me with a smile, says nothing to me, and walks off. Wtf? I think she was asking if they were happy with the service, no wonder she avoided me. The food was horrendous. The worst plane food since 1989. Think of the most disgusting russian dishes and turn it into plane food from the 80s and voila, cuisine a la Chernobyl. I mean how does any carrier manage to serve 80s quality food?! Then they take forever to get the trays so you're stuck looking at the disgusting slop still in your kennel area. Air circulation system is non existent, you don't have any individual vents and they kept the plane a roasting temperature with me being even more hot thanks to the guy sitting on my right arm. No wonder there's an odor of armpit, beet, and onions. I had the honor of leaving my ethnic goat scent to the BO stew. Circa 2001, I Flew to India with them, got stuck in Moscow for 3/4 day with no hotel space, the worst cafeteria meal, & a bunch of grumpy employees who didn't care. It was cool in that this-is-what-the-ussr-must-have-been-like way. The plane I swear was a former army plane and cigarette smoke emanated from the cockpit. I vowed that my family nor I would ever fly them again, I stuck to that until this flight only to learn vows should not be broken. I'm a frequent traveler and have been on the poorest countries national airlines and without hesitation Aeroflot is the absolute worst."

Nevýhody: "I couldn't select my seat.. I was in a row where I couldn't move my back, and airplane changed... I was expected to flight in a a321 sharklets, and I finally flight in a a320 who is not so comfortable like the flight from Moscow to novosibirsk"
Výhody: "The crew was professional. The flights were smooth. The entertainment was very good. The plains were clean and well maintained."
Nevýhody: "But the planes were understaffed that was clear especially during the meals. No drinks of any kind were provided during the meals because there was no crew to deliver them."
Nevýhody: "I've flown on Aeroflot planes 4 times in the last month and a half and none of them boarded on time. In fact, only one of them boarded within 15 minutes of the scheduled time.This flight boarded an hour late and no explanation why."
