Výhody: "I flew in economy. 9+ hours from ORD to HEL. The seat was average size. We were provided with a pillow, blanket and headphones. I did not use the in-flight entertainment, which was on an LCD screen. It was warm, so i didn't use the blanket. I also brought a neck-pillow, which is vital on overnight flights. They served a full dinner shortly after takeoff: I had meat lasagna which wasn't that bad, along with corn, a roll w/ butter, two saltine crackers with decent cheese and a chocolate pudding. Upon waking, I ate the breakfast, which was scrambled eggs and two sausages and a roasted tomato, a roll with butter, fruit cup and orange juice, coffee on the side. All pretty good, it was nice to have a meal before deplaning in Helsinki and waiting to get through passport control. Attendants on this flight were quite friendly. Check-in was run very efficiently. No problems with luggage. All in all, a real bargain price, and I got more than I bargained for."
Nevýhody: "As for the downside, I had no significant disappointments on the long leg of my flight on Finnair. I hope my return flights will be just as good."

Výhody: "I loved the colors of the flight.light blue and green. Gave a peaceful ambience. The flight attendants were very courteous and smiling. Especially the women flight attendants. The food was excellent. It was interesting that the flight from Helsinki to Chicago served a Indian style dinner comprising of lentils, rice and chickpeas. I liked that too, though I prefer the meditarranean fare. I liked the boarding as they were very strict about families with children and gave them priority before other passengers."
Nevýhody: "I did not find too many indian films which I would have liked, especially in a flight because Indian movies are 3 hours long and help to pass the time quickly :). I would have liked more variety in the Hollywood movies as well. They mostly had much older films and hardly any of the new releases while Emirates flight had lot many more new releases and oscar winning movies. They served the Indian amul cheese which is not worthy of serving on a flight, and they could have served some better cheese."

Avoid Helsinki airport like the plague for stopovers: bad signage, woeful information how to get to the city efficiently in English. HORRIBLE experience when trying to get lost property: you got to PAY for your initial email or pay top dollar just for a stupid and aggravating phone call!!! The number of exclamation marks is not exaggerated here. You can't even ask if they even have the item in their possession. Rarely had such a bad experience at an airport, and I travel a lot for work. This alone makes me think thrice about EVER getting Finnair again. Same company that manages the airport, so I'm giving this flight a bad review."

Actually, my Finnair flight was great - it was operated by BA, so it was a nice new double-decker Airbus plane. It was maybe 3/4ths full, so I nearly had a row to myself - shoutout to the jerk who decided he was entitled to the aisle seat. The flight was smooth and easy and best of all, it cost a fraction of what the BA price for a one-way from SFO to LHR cost."

They sent a text message at 7:15 apparently but my phone was not on so I understand not receiving it. I also left for the airport around 7:15. I also received an email from Kayak at 7 am that said there was no delay so I didn't check to see if there would be any others. I never received an email from Kayak about the delay. I would just suggest making sure all the alerts I get are correct. I also receieved an email to check in 72 hours before the flight but it wouldn't let me on Finnair.com Maybe I was supposed to go to Open Skies. Thanks! Melodie"

Whilst the plane flight itself was okay, the airport experiences on either end were miserable."

Prague to Warsaw and transfer was great - excellent boarding, no delays at airports. Horrible experience was in Toronto Pearson airport at arrival - brutal lines, terrible organization of additional PCR selective mandatory testing - very bad in Canada comparing to other international travels of mine. The price other than that the food was terrible and the staff was rough and unfriendly the comfort was poor not a pleasant experience.

Rood and not helpful, told me to try FB messenger and online changing again. Failed to get a voucher, refund or change the dates online, was still getting an error. on messenger they answered and told me i can get a voucher, i told them i don't want it and after that they stopped replying all together. good thing i got my money back by filing a dispute with my CC company."

My flight from Warsaw to JFK in business it this moment she tell me I can switch sit and ask me to go I was shocked but this was only the bigining when I got to Warsaw I ask in the gate counter where should I go to print my ticket after I try to explain him 10 times what I mean ( he didn't speak English at all ) he told me to go pass the passport check and in gate 21 they will print it to me I fly a lot so I ask him if he sure becuse I am petty sure I will need my ticket the guy at the desk repeat imhim self so I want and waited 25-30 min in the line so the police officer in the passport check will tell me I need to go print my ticket So after the officer from the passport desk call someone he direct me to go to hate 26 and there they will print my ticket I want them and again wait for 15 min to print my ticket ( it was only me this is the sad thing I don't know what tool 15 min to print a ticket ) and it amazing how unsocial and 0 in customer service the lot polish employees I meet And this is without talking about the delay in my coming flight for 2-3 hrs ( a delay it something that happen a lot yes but the way they handled it again 0 in costumer service )"

They waited until 15 minutes before schedule takeoff to open up additional counters causing panic and stress for everyone on the flight. Several people missed their connections because of this. Meanwhile LOT had extra employees sitting in the travel assistance office next to the line doing absolutely nothing. It demonstrated very poor utilization of resources. I will absolutely avoid flying with them the next time I go to Krakow."

On my return flight from Warsaw there was a large, disruptive group with a number of unruly children & airline staff did nothing to address the children running across seats, screaming and wreaking havoc for over 8 hours. Minimal intimation was provided, bathrooms remained locked for the majority of the flight and a man ranted the entire time without any crew asking him if there was anything they could do to make it easier. Baggage claim information was not provided ( days three after arrival and I still don't have my luggage)."

The round trip cost beat other airlines hands down, and it was a direct flight, and the flight times allowed me to get picked up to/from the airport(s) with ease. Little did I know that it was "low cost" because they nickel and dimes you for everything else."
Nevýhody: "I found out that to take luggage, buy a meal and reserve a seat, one way, was $45 for each thing. That would total $270 above the base fare of the ticket, which puts the ticket cost back with the rest of the options. I did not order food, since I usually don't eat much on the flight, but they would not even give me seltzer water because that was for people who ordered meals. Once on the flight, you had to pay for a blanket and headsets! it was a trans-atlantic nonstop flight! These things were not clearly identified before flying. I think that if the company was more transparent, I would have made other decisions. the stewardesses were alright. nothing special. I did feel in general that I was treated a little less than human. The whole lack of a meager snack and beverages...plus no blanket was a little odd. One woman was allowed to carry her dog in her lap the whole time, and they treated the dog really well. I guess there are always discrepancies in life, but that one irked me. That being what it is, the flight was on time, and my luggage arrived on time and in tact. Its all already in the past, which it would have been had I paid twice as much for the flight. But I paid half as much. So that is a win! Not sure if I would fly Norwegian again."

Nevýhody: "Our original flight from LAX to Norway was delayed 3 hours and caused us to miss our connecting flight to Iceland. The travel site was able to provide accommodations. Our return flight from Oslo to LAX was another bit of a hassle. We were each questioned by Norwegian Air employees. They were very strict about our luggage but not informative and inconsistent in the way they dealt with each of our luggages. They were also rude about it. When it was time to enter the gate, we were questioned by the same employees again. It was a waste of time and also unfair because we realized not all pssengers had to go through the same process we did. I won’t fly Norwegian Air in the future."

Additionally, our 2hr flight cost us almost $200 each, not what I would call a budget airline price. We will not be flying Wizz air again & do not recommend this airline."

He also seemed really confused as to why the Ryan Air employee wouldn't print them for us. Then, we weren't given a gate assignment until 20 mintues before the time we were supposed to board. How do you expect your customers to be prepared if you can't even tell them where they are supposed to go until the last minute? Then they made us board a bus to take us to the plane on the tarmac which was not a big deal. But they made us stand on the bus for 20+ mintues before they took us over to the plan. The bus was completely full, so it's not like they were waiting to load more passengers. The doors to the bus were open, so it was freezing cold (our flight was late at night) and we were forced to breath in exhaust fumes from the bus the entire time! The flight was also an hour delayed!!! I know it's a super cheap ticket, but do yourself a favor and spend a little more money to fly on an airline that actually knows what they're doing. This is my first and most definitely LAST time flying on Ryan Air. If I could give zero stars, I would."

We landed in Stansted and they couldn’t open the gate as the ground staff “couldn’t find the key” keeping us on the plane for an extra 10-15 minutes with no AC. Terrible experience would never book Ryanair ever again."

We are not talking about some large bed pillow we are talking about a small pillow that takes up no room and is specifically made for flying. I tried using my water bottle as neck support but it was no luck. Flying is already painful enough and to not be allowed to use a pillow which helps to support the neck is truly agregious. I really don't know what to say on why this wasn't allowed but I hope this issue is solved with upper management so the next person with such a problem will Never have to go through this. As for I, I will never use Ryanair again. Truly disappointing."
Nevýhody: "The process of checking in online was very misleading. While checking in online, their website continuously glitched. It would jump back a page, add products that I did not want (such as early boarding) without me selecting those products, etc. Finally after quite some time, I was able to check out only with the products I actually wanted (luggage fees). I received a confirmation email, and therefore I assumed we were good to go. We arrived at the airport to find out according to the staff we had only partially checked in. They could see that we started the process but since we apparently did not fully check in, we were charged £90 (45 per person) to check in at the airport. When I emailed Ryanair customer service and explained the entire situation, they absolutely could not have cared less. As a seasoned traveler, this one really takes the cake for poor customer service. Absolutely the worst experience that I've had with an airline. I will never fly with them again."

Nevýhody: "it's not worth it, i chose it as it was the cheapest flight available, what u discover later is that u pay 2 times as much in transportation because the airports are further off than the main ones, I ended up paying 140 pounds for my luggage, it was 8kg over weight but that price is unreasonable. I ended up checking in and baggage drop in nearly 2hrs, they were so slow And I could have missed my flight if I wasn't there extra early. I might as well have used some other airlines with alliance and even got miles"

Nevýhody: "Seats did not recline. We were overcharged for bags at the gate in Prague. They do not even provide water unless you pay 3 €. In the end if I had bought a ticket for the same extra cost I paid I would have had a better flight. Never use it again."
