Nevýhody: "Trip from ZAG to IAH Business Class. At ZAG they told me it was fine to take my skateboard onboard. At the Istanbul layover they forced me to pay $160 or else my items wouldn't make it on board. With a business class I still had to pay extra for a carry-on they said it was okay but then they changed their tune. I get it's in a different location but the same company is telling me two different things that ended up costing $160. On top of that, when I finally arrived at IAH they didn't have my skateboards... so I paid $160 for them to lose my boards."

Nevýhody: "Turkish Air's seats are too small, with horrible leg room, and they always have their planes too hot. They have to do something about it because if you're over 6' tall, it will be a horribly uncomfortable flight, especially when that flight is 13 hours."

Nevýhody: "You need to buy a visa if you want to enter the country and they only accept USD, Euros or GBP. The only currency exchange is on the other side of passport control so you have to use one of the ATMs and they only give you $100. The staff is unprofessional and seems clueless when you ask them for help. The kiosks are a nightmare and working with them is worse than working with the people. They freeze, and glitch and many of them just flat out don't work. Probably one of the worst airports I've ever been to."

Nevýhody: "the connection in Istanbul was short (around one hour), which created the following problem: the 1st flight had to wait 20-30 minutes for the landing permission, and this made us running and rushing to the connected flight. The landing permission was delayed not because of the weather conditions, but because of a long line of aircrafts that came to Ataturk airport at the same time. Therefore, it is kind of Turkish Airlines blame."

Nevýhody: "I wanted to upgrade called Kayak that out me through to VAYAMA that then called Turkish airlines. Took hours in the phone (international call) they then told me I can't upgrade (payed upgrade) because the business is FULL, guess what??? Business was EMPTY"

All the comforts the airlines used to give for free are still there on Turkish, with no extra charges for food/checked bags, etc. Great food, they got our special vegetarian meals correct (as opposed to a big hassle on another airline). Very comfortable flight."

Nevýhody: "Our total flight time was about 17 hours - MAD- AMS-LAX. My husband and I both have an internationally approved carry on luggages with us. When we checked in - they asked us to both check in our carry on luggage. The reason why is because they said they don’t think they have enough space for our carry ons. I told the crew member checking us in that other people that was checking in with the same hand carry size luggage with us had no problems taking it with them. For being about to be on a 17 HOUR FLIGHT we should be ALLOWED to have our carry ons with us! We take carry ons for that reason! I had to argue and prove my case to the crew member to atleast keep 1 carry on with us. I thought that was an UNACCEPTABLE reason for us to check in a carry on luggage when we had a 17 hour travel time ahead of us. Not a happy costumer here."

Nevýhody: "The plane was very dirty when we landed in Dar-es-salaam. The plane did get cleaned a little bit in Dar-es-salaam however I was still missing a pillow and blanket which I had to actively seek out. Seating was not very comfortable as there was a box attached to the leg of the seat in front of me, making it necessary to keep my feet at an uncomfortable angle through the long flight. I did not enjoy the food."

When we arrived to the plane, they had both entrances open so that those sitting near the rear of the plane would enter from the back. Plane was a little chilly, but I have come to expect that one most flights."

Seat belts much shorter than other airlines, so very confining, unable to loosen to relax in any position other than sitting straight in seat. In Rome had to check in & go through security at Terminal 5 then get bussed to Terminal 3. Only airport where we had to take out all electronics, including converter plugs, headphones, etc, place in a flimsy clear plastic bag ( that broke ) to go through security. Line to check bags pretty slow for number of passengers. Glad we had plenty of time."

Crew member refused to serve the coffee saying that the plane was going thru turbulence which was not quite true. There was no vegetarian option as far as meals were concerned. He did not even offer fruits as substitute. One of the crew member did not seem friendly at all. rather grumpy at times. Most of them do not speak decent English so it is hard to communicate with them anyways."

Výhody: "Punctuality and organized boarding"
Nevýhody: "Worse than average food, no alcoholic drinks. Entertainment system did not work well. Some content only in Russian."

Nevýhody: "I booked my tirkcet online - and when I happily got to the airport and tried to check in - AEROFLOT personnel saw my reservation but actually ticket wasn't issued - so I was standing there with all my luggage and no ticket. already spent money on taxi cabs etc all I could do was to buy ANOTHER over expensive ticket - with loads of stress. when I landed in russia I received a cancellation notice from Flight Network. this is unacceptable and I am very disappointed that I have to spend so much extra money in the end and wasted so much of my nerves and time!"

Výhody: "This was my return flight and apart from the first one, on this the food was great. There were a lot of new movies and tv shows on the entertainment system. Staff was nice and friendly. Boarding was quick and there were no delays."
Nevýhody: "Seats are good, but a little tight for a 9-hour flight."

Nevýhody: "The gate number was not written on the boarding card i arrived to Moscow and nobody helped me and i lost my flight and Aeroflot refuse to put me on another flight .....what should i do ????????"

Nevýhody: "Was never informed in advance by the airline of almost 9 hours delay. Airline staff was well aware but never made any effort to send emails or text messages. Highly unprofessional attitude."

Výhody: "Great service for families and gifts for kids. Excellent selection of programs to watch. Large seating and leg space. Attentive crew. Great 2 course food service for international flight. Beer and wine included free. Fast boarding and baggage service. Aeroflot is the best airline there is period!"

Nevýhody: "2 hour delay. Moscow terminal too small for numbers of passengers in transit. Boarding process chaotic"

Nevýhody: "A delay in the first flight caused us to lose our continued flight to Phuket and were stuck in Moscow 24 hours"

Výhody: "The plan was comfortable with blankets."
Nevýhody: "The flight attendant wasn't pleasant at all. I asked her what they for food, she didn't even let me pick my meal. She just handed me whatever she wanted."

Výhody: "We were on time."
Nevýhody: "Coffee! The most disgusting coffee in my whole life!"

Nevýhody: "Annoucement are almost never understandable"

Nevýhody: "Water leaked from the roof of the plane. I brought attention to the steward and he did nothing ... Утечка воды с крыши самолета. Я привлек внимание менеджера, и он ничего не сделал."

Výhody: "Always on time"

Nevýhody: "Plane almost crashed into a building during take off, had to make a sharp turn to avoid it. Everyone was scaredoing as hell. Terrible experience! :("

Výhody: "Good movie choices"
Nevýhody: "Crew is not friendly, not helpful, doing bare minimum. Flight was 1 hour delayed due to the late arrival of the incoming aircraft."

Nevýhody: "Half of entarteinment screens were turned off"

Nevýhody: "food was not good"

Nevýhody: "Food quality."

Výhody: "The flight attendants were nice and accommodating."
Nevýhody: "A ham sandwich as the only option for the snack doesn't work for me, as I am a vegetarian, but I understand it's a short flight and so it isn't a huge deal."

Nevýhody: "The company lost my lagguge, maybe it remained in Moscow, I'm not even sure about it"

Výhody: "Excellent entertainment system. Very new planes. Good food (for airline food). Very efficient staff (not warm and fuzzy, and definitely not a comedy team, but efficient and friendly). Loved the view from the front camera that I could get through the entertainment system. Wonderful selection of entertainment options. No bull* about charging people for the headphones or the movies. And everyone got a pillow, a blanket, slippers and a sleep mask. Lovely!"
Nevýhody: "Well, I wasn't too fond of having to sit on the runway at Dulles for three hours while the thunderstorms raged. But taking off wouldn't have been a viable option. :) Actually, it wasn't that long for the thunderstorms, but something very heavy fell on the top of the plane while we were waiting. Maybe a bowling ball? I was torn between wanting to get off the ground, and being terrified that they would take off without checking out whatever the heck that sound was. Apparently, they did check it out. We pulled over to a maintenance spot and sat there for a while before we took off. If there was anything I didn't like about the flight, it was that there was no announcement about what had happened and what they were doing about it. But I'm nosey."

Nevýhody: "Food"

Výhody: "This crew was wonderful! They were friendly and smiled and made sure everyone was comfortable. They were also extremely helpful with baggage and the like."

Nevýhody: "Nothing"

Výhody: "I did like everything, but last year they let us to have 2 luggage's for free, this year it was only 1. That's the main thing we did love on Aeroflot."
Nevýhody: "My friends mother was flying with us, she did not received her luggage"

Nevýhody: "I think I cannot think even one thing that I like about Aeroflot. Staff behavior was very very rude and unprofessional - didn't know how to talk to customers. In flight food special meal Asian vegetarian was the worst food I had. Air hostess were very rude and unprofessional, brought me non veg meals instead despite of special requests. Both of my flights were delayed which made me miss my connections delaying my trip by 1 day and missing my other connections which made me incur a loss of more than $200. The remuneration I was given for meals was enough for just 2 chocolates a meal."

Výhody: "It was a nice surprise that the most inexpensive flight to Warsaw happened to be pretty awesome!"
Nevýhody: "The organization of the boarding process was a bit confusing and disorganized. They also ran out of beef and chicken options for our section of the plane, but made an exception for one lady who complained A LOT."

Výhody: "respectful flight attendants"
Nevýhody: "meal trays slide over the tray tables. Need to be custom designed to fit better."
