We had to be shuttled to the aircraft and had to wait because the first bus was closed by the operator. We had to wait until the second round for the bus to come back. During the flight the pilot did not mention any turbulence however during the entirety of the flight, including leading up to the landing of the plane, we experienced extreme rocking of the plane back and forth ( I’m aware that this does occur during landings while loosing elevation but this was an extreme case of that) and caused my colleague to get motion sickness which neither of us ever get on flights. I am very dissatisfied with this flight and operations of the airline company."

The line we had been waiting on was put on hold but the line next to us was not so now we had to wait for all the people (which was about 70) to get checked in. As my patience ran out i went up to the counter and tried to just get my bags checked so we can be on our way to our gate and of course i get the answer that i have to wait because i still have enough time (our flight was leaving in 40 minutes). then they brought a supervisor over to tell me the same thing- there was absolutely no help. By the time we were able to go on to our gate we had exactly 20 mins until our flight left. Very unacceptable. It looked like it was everyone’s first day at work and no one knew what they were doing. we fly delta all the time and i know Aeromexico now works with delta but they need a lot more training on what customer service is all about"

This is the second flight on this trip where a flight has been delayed and there is just TOO much confusion. You guys don't have enough employees guiding us to the right direction. Delayed flights seem to be a common thing with your airline son ADD MORE STAFF! So ridiculous, the staff in Mexico City are useless at helping people out!!! I do accept that things can sometimes go wrong and that it is nobody’s fault. This is definitely somebody’s fault."

The new entertainment screens kept coming on, and I kept turning them off as I wished to sleep. Eventually I discovered they were being triggered by the electrostatic charge on the pillows that I was rearranging."

The flight attendant told her her only option was to eat peanuts. Extra water was never offered. The breakfast sandwich with ham and cheese was inedible. It was cold and tasteless and difficult to chew. I've been on about 30 international flights. This was one of the three worst ever."

Long line to check in and the person checking me in told me I could not check hiking pools. I asked twice because I thought I couldn't carry them on. I waited in line for the security check and they told me I couldn't carry on my pools. Went back to check in and a person managing the line told me to go to a check in desk at the end. I waited there for 15 minutes and then when he finished with the family he was helping he told me he was on break and walked away. Went back to the woman that told me to go to him, she offered no apology and told me to wait back in the check in line. I then needed help to get back in the security line because my pass wouldn't scan, then had to take a tram to get to the correct gate (this is after taking a subway and then a shuttle bus to get to the right terminal). It is very unlikely I will fly Iberia again. The night before it took almost one hour for them to get luggage off the plan on a small local flight. Boarding both to and from Madrid was also disorganized and no one at the desk ensured that only people in a given boarding group were in line. Another source of frustration is that this was booked through Finnish air (code share?) so I could not check in on line or choose my seats."

Looking forward to next week's hip replacement and future travels with United."
