Nevýhody: "2 hour delay due to a morning delay at Barcelona, although that seemed odd. The delay was known early that morning. Flight from Barcelona to Zurich doesn't take long. Seems they could have rerouted, or at least sent an email or some notification. Also, the boarding staff at Zurich is rude and random about whom they let onboard with larger luggage or not. They held some people but not others. Middle seats have metal polls, making legroom awkward."

This option was never offered to me at check-in."

Then, the delivery company (Direct Courier Services) Lufthansa uses was completely inept and unprofessional - every single one of their employees is a complete moron. We didn't end up getting our baggage for two and half days so we were wearing the same clothes that we left Germany with. Then, after being told by Lufthansa customer service to submit receipts for clothes we had to buy, never got reimbursed or even the courtesy of a reply. After flying Lufthansa for over a decade, will never use this airline again. Epic fail."

Nevýhody: "I paid almost $400 for upgraded seats. When I got to the airport-- no seats-- both ways!! i didn't even have regular seat assignments. I had to choose from the last few seats available. The ticket agent, the gate agent and the cabin crew all did nothing to make up for the fact that their system screwed up and stuck me in a cramped coach seat in the back of the plane for 11 hours-- TWICE! Beyond that, KLM must have one of the oldest fleets in the sky. Both ways LAX->AMS->LAX, I was on a 30-35 year old 747 with no wifi, no power and a ten-year-old entertainment system. Never again."

Nevýhody: "Seats on the 777 were too narrow. This 777 had a 3-4-3 seating arraignment, it would have been better with a 3-3-3, similar to a 787 configuration. With the current layout, even with an aisle seat, I was sitting in the aisle. And I am not a large person! The flight was full, so use the 787 and two daily non-stops. For a twelve hour flight, the food was only Okay, could have been better and with a better selection. Meal timing was poor."

Výhody: "Staff both at the airport and in the plane were professional and welcoming. Depsite short distance sandwich and drink were offered."
Nevýhody: "Nothing to be honest . All positive."

Nevýhody: "Nothing one can do, for a 6.2" guy, the metal bar that forms the shape for the pouch for magazines and such digs into knees, ESP if person in front adjusts seat back. Fold out table barely accommodates laptop."

Nevýhody: "That I was forced to check my baggage. I never received a chain ticket for my luggage. The flight has a 32 hour layover and KLM lost my luggage and it was not found until a week after my arrival back home. I still have not received my bag at this time. The boarding crew was manually tracking who boarded and who didn't. It was a cluster."

Výhody: "The flight was delayed due to fog, but the staff was amazingly helpful to make sure everyone got to their destination."

Nevýhody: "We had a long wait (25 minutes) at the gate because we were early."

Výhody: "There was no flight! So it's one thing that you have to cancel the flight because of fog; but rebooking us the next day on a flight through New York that doesn't exist, was way below the standard of care I would expect from any airline. Apparently, the NY to LAX flight that KLM booked us on, was only one leg of the flight to Sydney Australia; and according to some airline agreement, only Australian nationals are permitted to take that flight! Running around at JFK from terminal four, to terminal seven, to terminal eight, back to terminal four, to get a flight out, was a bit much considering how tired we were – not to mention hungry, since KLM neglected to provide the kosher meals we had requested with plenty of time – BOTH going to and returning from Europe."

Výhody: "- entertainment systen was OK (movies), but has no current news - food was good - windows can be darkened progressively"
Nevýhody: "- Schiphol airport (AMS) is small, crowded, noisy; no water fountains; toilets are dirty and insufficient in number; SFO is much better - KLM boarding process was chaotic (not by group or row number), boarding/security personnel (4 old guys) didn't have a clue - 787 is noisy, chairs are uncomfortable (my back still hurts) and very close together, they also recline way too much - food trays not collected promptly - noisy babies on all flights - clearly not enough cabin crew for a full flight - no or wrong info by pilots on timing (crew are always lying anyway) - gate is all around the back at SFO (long taxi to get there) - they inserted people in wheelchairs during deboarding thus holding everybody up."

Nevýhody: "USB port (for charging) was not working. The connector inside was destroyed. Light was not working. Crew member refused to serve the coffee saying that the plane was going thru turbulence which was not quite true. There was no vegetarian option as far as meals were concerned. He did not even offer fruits as substitute. One of the crew member did not seem friendly at all. rather grumpy at times. Most of them do not speak decent English so it is hard to communicate with them anyways."

Výhody: "The crew was amazing and tentative to all of my needs and if there was any question or concern they were quick to respond to it. They also fed us multiple times and offered snacks and beverages throughout the entire flight."

Nevýhody: "I was asked by KLM to ask Aeroflot if my baggages were on the plane to LA at Moscow, because I had 10 hours. However, Aeroflot security didn't listen to me and kept saying I'm okay( I guess she wanted to say I was a right gate) and didn't let me talk to groundhostes, and kept screeming to others to show her their boading pass. I could get to talk groundhostes right when I get in the flight, not sure my baggage were with me. My suitcase was damagged at both flights on the way and back. And had to wait for two hours to receive the form, and to claim it, you have to submit so many documents and takes tim e. I am waiting for it."

Výhody: "This was a cheap flight from LAX to ZRH with a layover in Moscow and that's about as good as it gets."
Nevýhody: "The check in personnel was not that helpful and were very slow to check in everyone to their corresponding flights, and since kiosks were not available for aeroflot the experience was unavoidable. The plane economy class is really as uncomfortable as it gets for a transatlantic flight. There were no beer options for the flight (nor vodka which is weird), and flight attendants weren't that happy to talk to you in English. 5 hours wait at Moscow are the worst, if you're thinking on saving some dollars on a transatlantic flight this is not worth it."

Nevýhody: "Worst flying experience. Very over obese guy and his wife (at least 6'3" and 400 ibs) were seated next to me. I never had that ever happen to me and during the flight from LA to Moscow, the guy's body for 12 hrs was all over me and sweaty. Most disgusting. It was an invasion of my private space and taking the right to my seat because his body was on my seat. No human being should suffer through that experience I ordered special meal and it was all plain and vegitarian even though I am not vegiterian"

Výhody: "Almost all the flight attendants were exceptionally nice and anxious to please. It reminded me what US airlines used to be like many years ago. The food was a little different, but very good. There was a great selection of movies and the plane was very clean."
Nevýhody: "One flight attendant named Olga was surly and rude. It was a stark contrast to all the others."

Nevýhody: "After unbelievably long check-in, they were not able accommodate our family . Me and my wife had to take one child each separated by 8 rows. The flight attendants unfriendly attitude was not even a surprise anymore after spending 4 days in Moscow."

Výhody: "The movie options were good"
Nevýhody: "I had to sit separately from my husband on a 12-hour flight and on the previous flight from St.P to Moscow. I never had this kind of problem with any other company but Aeroflot! We never paid for seats either but we never had to. We just wanted to sit together and we bought our tickets almost a year in advance. Also food was disgusting. The worst food I had on the plane."

Výhody: "The stewardess was able to swap my meal to Asian since I didn't eat meat but forgot to request it. The plane was clean and movies were good. Free wifi in moscows airport was nice."
Nevýhody: "The nine hour layover in Moscow was horribly long, when there is no where to and rest at 3am other than an upright chair or concrete floor. There were so many announcements that it was also difficult to rest there even with earplugs. The gentleman next to me was 6'5" and not small and took up a quarter of my space, making it quite uncomfortable after an exhausting layover."
