Nevýhody: "2 hour delay due to a morning delay at Barcelona, although that seemed odd. The delay was known early that morning. Flight from Barcelona to Zurich doesn't take long. Seems they could have rerouted, or at least sent an email or some notification. Also, the boarding staff at Zurich is rude and random about whom they let onboard with larger luggage or not. They held some people but not others. Middle seats have metal polls, making legroom awkward."

This option was never offered to me at check-in."

Put on the spot to give up my seat for a couple with a 6 month old infant due to the fact that the attachable bassinet had to be in front of the D seat. Neither the parent or myself felt very good about my displacement."

My husband and I were seated in two different rows even though we requested to sit together in an aisle and window seat and checked in the day before the flight This happened on all four legs of a trip to South Africa. Extremely narrow seats and little leg room. Felt like a cattle car. An aggressive woman with disruptive, screaming children was allowed to Torture passengers for a good five hours of the flight before the bursar finally moved her. This was after several hours of complaints from other passengers. She was eventually moved twice due to passenger complaints. The situation should have been handled after the first complaints which occurred two hours into the flight before the situation completely detiorated Food was terrible and meals ran out."

The crew ended up gate checking one for me in Frankfurt which was nice. But I would have paid not to carry that dumb thing around with me through the giant Frankfurt airport. Other than the one desk woman in Prague, everything else was good."

Nevýhody: "I did not enjoy the turbulence, which I suppose is unavoidable. More importantly, I felt quite guilty about the greenhouse gas emissions of my flight. I have decided to cut down on my air travel as much as possible as a way of reducing my carbon footprint."

Beyond that, KLM must have one of the oldest fleets in the sky. Both ways LAX->AMS->LAX, I was on a 30-35 year old 747 with no wifi, no power and a ten-year-old entertainment system. Never again."

With the current layout, even with an aisle seat, I was sitting in the aisle. And I am not a large person! The flight was full, so use the 787 and two daily non-stops. For a twelve hour flight, the food was only Okay, could have been better and with a better selection. Meal timing was poor."

The flight has a 32 hour layover and KLM lost my luggage and it was not found until a week after my arrival back home. I still have not received my bag at this time. The boarding crew was manually tracking who boarded and who didn't. It was a cluster."

Apparently, the NY to LAX flight that KLM booked us on, was only one leg of the flight to Sydney Australia; and according to some airline agreement, only Australian nationals are permitted to take that flight! Running around at JFK from terminal four, to terminal seven, to terminal eight, back to terminal four, to get a flight out, was a bit much considering how tired we were – not to mention hungry, since KLM neglected to provide the kosher meals we had requested with plenty of time – BOTH going to and returning from Europe."

Nevýhody: "- Schiphol airport (AMS) is small, crowded, noisy; no water fountains; toilets are dirty and insufficient in number; SFO is much better - KLM boarding process was chaotic (not by group or row number), boarding/security personnel (4 old guys) didn't have a clue - 787 is noisy, chairs are uncomfortable (my back still hurts) and very close together, they also recline way too much - food trays not collected promptly - noisy babies on all flights - clearly not enough cabin crew for a full flight - no or wrong info by pilots on timing (crew are always lying anyway) - gate is all around the back at SFO (long taxi to get there) - they inserted people in wheelchairs during deboarding thus holding everybody up."

Nevýhody: "Ran out of food options from SFO to HEL. I was sitting towards the end of the plane ... and no more chicken so got stuck with the pork and mashed potatoes options. Need more coffee aboard the flight. ANA cleans the bathroom periodically, and wouldn't be bad to do the same on long flights. The arm rest between seats don't go all the way up, only half way. If the person in front of you is asleep during meal service, the FA (flight attendant) won't lift the seat and it may be a very uncomfortable meal experience. Other airlines will have the FA do it themselves. ...and you need to be careful about staying awake to get food (otherwise you can get forgotten)."

Nevýhody: "Seats. Very uncomfortable"

Výhody: "The original flight was canceled, the stroller was taken away when boarded the airplane, and not seen until final destination. With a 1-year-old and 2 and a half year old, this was the worst ever flight. Take us 35 hours total travel time to get home with 2 small kids, it is a nightmare."
Nevýhody: "The flight was cancelled and changed to 2 stops from one. We purchased a 1 stop flight because of the kids. In mid season a week before departure, we were notified about the change and it was impossible to get a same priced ticket so close to departure. We bought insurance but even with that was impossible. Looks like a scam. Very upsetting, messed up the whole thing."

Výhody: "I liked very much that Finnair was waiting for the delayed plan from Stockholm. The stewardesses were nicely dressed."

Výhody: "1)Magazine says you under need for modern communication and aiming to improve. There are no chRging ports and no internet. That would help. A little behind the times on that one, do t you think? 2) Getting gangway attached after landing appeared to be very innefficient. Thanks for trying"

Nevýhody: "... but a disaster when things go wrong. Too many pilots "sick" on new year day so our HEL-SIN flight was cancelled. We spent three hours at the airport queueing and only getting a hotel. No alternative flight. We spent an hour waiting on line at their call center (no local numbers, only one Finland number) and got rebooked on a super tight HEL-FRA-LHR-SIN connectiob, which we barely made as the connection times were so short. Plus they messed up the checkin so we got denied boarding in Frankfurt and lost our suitcases. Perfect storm... we will NEVER take this airline again. Totally understaffed and I competent. Fly a major airline and pay a little more to avoid things like this..."

Výhody: "The flight was good. Enough legroom for me, the food was ok. And the crew was pleasant and attentive."

The staff was very responsive and helpful in answering my questions and concerns. 3. Finnair employees are a totally professional group of people and friendly, too. all the flights were smooth. I've flown a lot and for me Finnsir is always the best choice to Moscow."

Výhody: "The flight to and from Los Angeles was operated by British Airways and was on one of their Airbus fleet. Boarding was completed efficiently and with ease. I sat on the upper deck and was very comfortable in comparison to other major airlines previously used for this particular flight. The plane was very clean and the crew were outstanding. Nothing appeared to be too much trouble for crew, and they were ready with beverages, including tea and coffee, and snacks throughout the flight. In flight entertainment was good. All in all very pleasant flight to and from the U K."

Výhody: "I like the Airbus A330 model's that AA flies from Charlotte on European destinations. They are the former USAir A330's and they are nice both in business and economy. There are no premium economy seats on this version. And Charlotte is an excellent airport to fly from/to."
Nevýhody: "I wish there was a premium economy offering on this plane. The first row of economy is sold as such but is really nothing like prem economy apart from additional legroom."

Výhody: "It was a British Airways flight, plane was large, and felt more roomy than what I'm used to. The service was impeccable."

Nevýhody: "I couldn't check in on time as the booking numbers were different on the actual company that was flying me. I was trying to do this on my phone and I had to call in each time. couldn't do it on the computer."

Nevýhody: "We were unable to find a row of seats to more comfortably facilitate traveling with a baby and a toddler as seats that should have had a cot or extra seating didn't have the cot and were sold out for an additional fee before we had the chance to. Discussing this with the staff at check0in and at the gate, made no difference as they had no knowledge of what was available on that particular flight. Every time I fly with American I'm reminded of why I don't like the airline and I will do my best to avoid them moving forward regardless of competitive ticket pricing."

Výhody: "I booked the seats with extra room - really glad I did. The food wasn't bad, the entertainment system worked. I definitely prefer the Virgin Atlantic entertainment system, but I fly AA fairly often and will continue to."
Nevýhody: "The airport check-in was absolutely terrible. We were in line so long that an employee came up to us and said "I can't believe you're still here." Neither could I. We get to the airport at least three hours early because of stuff like this, but the incredibly slow line and unorganized way of handling it ate any of the time I'd looked so forward spending at Heathrow (I love hitting Boots etc)."

Nevýhody: "Sat at gate 4 1/2 hours before 9 1/2 hour flight. Never heard how problem was resolved. Very bumpy ride."

Nevýhody: "The seats are very narrow and you'd either have to climb over someone to go to the bathroom or someone would have to climb over you. And we're talking about complete strangers most of the time. The flight attendants were not very attentive Food was not good at all even for air plane food"

Nevýhody: "Kayak sent misleading check in announcements. Namely, telling us to check in with Finnair, where it would not let us check in on line and no one answered the phone. We ultimately checked in with American, which was operating the flight. Not a customer friendly process. American should be embarrassed to serve meals. We think people will eat the gruel because they paid for it. No choice of entertainment. How 1990s. If this is the new American Airlines Lord help us."

Nevýhody: "no food on the first flight no private tv they tell you can have wi fi entertainment but you have to pay for it the staff was rude tell also told me my cary on luggage could not be taken on board because there was no more space so i had to cary all my things for two flights but once i came in into the plane there was plenty of space. the seats had a very low head rest"

Výhody: "Window seat. Nobody sat next to me. Good food. Free entertainment and drinks. Large plane. Plug socket. Usb socket. Free headphones and toothbrush. Enough hand luggage space for everyone's bag."
Nevýhody: "Good was good. However I have an allergy to soy and there were soybeans in the prawn salad with no ingredients list no notification of such. I ate some too and didn't have my epi pen with me. Very scary!"
