I booked the flight and then they canceled it, i tried changing the dates but the website was giving me an error so i called them, after being on the phone for 2 hr some guy answered who seemed very tired and not thrilled working for LOT. Rood and not helpful, told me to try FB messenger and online changing again. Failed to get a voucher, refund or change the dates online, was still getting an error. on messenger they answered and told me i can get a voucher, i told them i don't want it and after that they stopped replying all together. good thing i got my money back by filing a dispute with my credit cart company."

On a 12-13 hour flight, this was a definite disappointment compared to my other experiences on LOT. The other concern was there were only two meals, and no snack service on a very long flight. Výhody: "Business Class on LOT Flight No. 21 from Warsaw to Los Angeles is excellent! The Boeing 787 Dreamliner is a beautiful plane and the Business Class seats are very comfortable. The food was pretty good and the flight attendants were extremely nice!"

There had been a two-hour delay for my flight in from Warsaw to Moscow, also for technical problems, on Friday July 13, 2018. Obviously, LOT needs to insure its planes are safe, but it needs to do so sufficiently in advance of take-off so that its passengers are not inconvenienced by lengthy delays."

Only good note was the young lady who checked our bags in Warsaw and helped get our seats together (after the airline messed the seat assignment up in the first place). Ugh. Worst airline I’ve been on."

My flight from Warsaw to JFK in business it this moment she tell me I can switch sit and ask me to go I was shocked but this was only the bigining when I got to Warsaw I ask in the gate counter where should I go to print my ticket after I try to explain him 10 times what I mean ( he didn't speak English at all ) he told me to go pass the passport check and in gate 21 they will print it to me I fly a lot so I ask him if he sure becuse I am petty sure I will need my ticket the guy at the desk repeat imhim self so I want and waited 25-30 min in the line so the police officer in the passport check will tell me I need to go print my ticket So after the officer from the passport desk call someone he direct me to go to hate 26 and there they will print my ticket I want them and again wait for 15 min to print my ticket ( it was only me this is the sad thing I don't know what tool 15 min to print a ticket ) and it amazing how unsocial and 0 in customer service the lot polish employees I meet And this is without talking about the delay in my coming flight for 2-3 hrs ( a delay it something that happen a lot yes but the way they handled it again 0 in costumer service )"

They charged me twice for the same exact tickets and then would not refund me the entire fare. The deducted $300 to process back the credit. Personnel, at both the airport and in flight, were curt, uncommodating and lacked customer service. On my return flight from Warsaw there was a large, disruptive group with a number of unruly children & airline staff did nothing to address the children running across seats, screaming and wreaking havoc for over 8 hours. Passengers could not sleep & the noise was unbearable."

This, in spite of the fact that I weighed this bag on a calibrated scale prior to entering the airport, and my luggage was 5 pounds BELOW the limit. This seemed a blatant attempt to gain additional money from me, because I know the bag was not overweight. The food selections were average at best. Leaving Warsaw traveling to Los Angeles, we left almost an hour past our original scheduled departure do to the need to obtain additional supplies. On my next trip to Europe, I will look for alternate flight providers."

It was a really long flight but Iberia made it less tiring with great food and great entertainment.

It would be much appreciated if Kayak could somehow help get locator codes across airlines when they share flights. For example, on Kayak my flights were sold to me by Finnair and Iberia, but both flights were operated by American and yet I was not given an American record locator. So I had to spend time on the phone with American to track down my American record locator in order to do my online check-in. If possible, when you buy on Kayak you should be provided with the record locator for the actual airline that is operating the flight, not just what it's sold as.

I am still trying to recuperate my money. I giked claim with Kayak and the insurance company. The flight never happened. It was canceled and I never received the email for cancelation. We ended up buying 4 new tickets for my entire family to come back to the States. Horrible experience. Oh and Kayak is horrible on resolving the claim. I am still waiting for a call back. I will NEVER use them again. Lesson learned.

Nevýhody: "We specifically paid and picked seats in advance towards the front of the plane and when we checked in at the counter the day of they reassigned us to different seats that they choose at the back of the plane without giving us any type of explanation for doing so. What was the point then in charging us extra to pick our seats?! Also when the person in front of you reclines their seat back you are left with very little room."

No signage or anything there of to indicate Iberia or the other operator taking over this Iberia's flight. Then they wanted to charge for my carry-on saying it is too large. Went back and forth arguing for about 10 minutes then I found the bag sizing stand and demostrated to them my carry-on bag fits inside the bars as indicated in their sign. They said oh well it looks large from here. Customer Service is non. It is more Customer Harrassment. DO YOU PAY YOUR CUSTER SERVICE REPS Commission for every checked bag or something? Too bad there aren't many more options but I am considering going to social media to with this. NOT HAPPY and not flying with IBERIA anytime soon. SEnd me my refund!"

When I discovered my passport was missing at my connection in London, John, the rep made calls to track it down where I left it in the tub at the security check point! He then walked with me to get it and then to re-book my flight since I had missed my scheduled flight......and there was no charge for the new flight! Unheard of in this day and age."

I arrived to the airport 3 hours in advance and finally made it to the gate when boarding started. Food can be improved as well. Had the pasta with spinach which consisted in some tortellini with very greasy cheese and way too many peppers. Second meal consisted in a sad croissant with ham and cheese."

The plain was supposed to departure at 6:30pm and I got there at 6:20pm the agent at the gate told me that the doors were closed and she gave me a plain ticket for the next flight to San Francisco."

Not sure if he worked for the airline as he was dressed in regular street clothes but annoying all the same."

After flying my first segment with British airways, I wondered if the Spanish airline could keep up with BA's standards. Well, Iberia not only met the standards, but raised the bar! I am not sure if the fact that this was a day flight (unlike BA's red eye trip) or the fact that it took 2 more hours, but the crew served a full lunch, a snack AND a light meal, when with British i only received one full dinner and a morning snack."

In addition, boarding and de-boarding took a long time. we had to just stand and wait for both - for a much much longr time that normal. They were able to make up the time in the air, but it felt unusually long to both board and de-board."

Specially at the Airport, speaking English is very bad. I need an assistance to request for PRM ASSISTANCE for wheel chair, I don't believe that he don't speak English at all, Why would he be in that position. It should have bilingual person. I'm sure whether he pretend too I have walk back & forth to get help for information to have it translate to Spanish. All He does is make priority to all local people, it took one hour to get the wheel chair & then by transfer to intl national airport by bus took another hour, we check in @ 8:30AM by the time we get into the terminal was 12:30PM the flight leave 2 12:45PM. What a service. I will never ever flight with Iberia Airline. What a BAD service. Communication by itself is very very bad, the airline crew hardly can speak English. We have 6 people. We will definitely not recommend Iberia Airline. Thank you."

By far one of the worst airlines I’ve ever had to deal with. Customer service is very poor. Stay clear of any airline you cannot get a hold of a real person to help with your problem.

Nevýhody: "When we got to the airport, the gate info wasn’t on the screen. We found a seat and waited until the time it said the info would be available. When the info was available, it said the gate was closing in 10 minutes. You have to pay for everything. I ordered a meal, but there must have been a language barrier because the stewardess sold me a meal and extra sandwich, when I only wanted one. The seats don’t recline."

Nevýhody: "After initial flight was delayed, we were refused check-in stating "the gate has closed" even though the flight was delayed for about an hour and we were there 25 min before the original set off time. We had to pay for a new ticket, which was also delayed, where boarding didn't start until about 40 min after stated time, and set off and hour after stated time."
Výhody: "Absolutely nothing. My flight was cancelled and I want to be reimbursed"
Nevýhody: "How can I be reimbursed. The way we were treated is a shame"
Výhody: "Friendly and helpful staff. Comfortable and decent legroom in the cabin."

Nevýhody: "Bad check-in by Vueling staff. They kept changing the time to check-in. At first the sign said "All Destinations" with no restriction on check-in. Nest, while we were in the line, they changed the sign to say you could only check-in 2 hours before the flight and then, when we got to the front of the line, they said it was 2 1/2 hours. Very rude in response to our questions."

Nevýhody: "The airline lost my luggage. I called continuously and they kept telling me that it was on its way, but it never arrived! I finally received it 2 days later."
Nevýhody: "My luggage was taken from me and put in inside of the plane. Your staff told me that I can collect it in Rome coming out of the plane. Instead I had to go outside and collect it despite I had connecting flight which I've missed because of this!!!"
Nevýhody: "Boarding was messed up. Paying for priority boarding then having the gate open the boarding area to all passengers created some heated words, plus people pushing ahead for boarding."
Výhody: "crew was friendly and timely ..providing regular snack/beverage service on a relatively short flight"

Nevýhody: "It was so uncomfortably cramped on the back row that my knees were numb by the end of the flight. I am tall but not ridiculously so. I think there should be minimum standards for legroom that exceed what was available on this flight."
Výhody: "The electronic check-in was breathtakingly simple but this airlines excels at optimal usage of available space - to the extreme discomfort of its clients. I am of average height and my flight was an exercise in pain endurance."

Nevýhody: "Delayed over two hours both ways. Crew didn't make it down the aisle with the trolley for refreshments. Didn't have food vouchers and would not give me more than a a small glass of water even though we were stuck on a plane for over 5 hours."

Nevýhody: "They lied to us that the connection flight from Barcelona to Tel Aviv was canceled and therefore we must stay at Granada. They also said they could not fly us to Barcelona because all the hotels there were full occupancy (sounds absurd). Only after we insisted on flying to Barcelona we discovered that the flight to Tel Aviv took place as usual. To this day, I do not know why an airline needs to lie in such an ugly way. Note that this was not a misunderstanding or language difficulties. The English of the airline team and mine is excellent. This behavior is dismissive, irresponsible, and embarrassing"

The staff lied to us and wanted to keep us in Granada - they lied and said that our flight to Tel-Aviv from Barcelona was cancelled and that we need to stay another night in Granada and fly the next day. After we insisted on flying to Barcelone anyway (although they said they would not take care of us and all hotels in the city are full because of the weather conditions [which was a lie - it's summer and the weather was fine]). When we got to Barcelone we saw that our flight to Tel-Aviv was not cancelled! We only had 30 min because the previous flight was delayed in 2 hours so we ran and went on the plane. Of course our luggage did not arrive...."

Výhody: "I never write negative reviews simply because I believe if you dont have anything good to say then say nothing. However the experience we had flying with Vueling had caused us so much unnecessary stress & made me (very patient by nature) so extremely nervous that I got a stomach pain & gastritis excaverbation. Thus out of curtesy for other future flyers I cannot be silent about this. I literally have nothing positive to say about my experience except that we did actually land safely."
Nevýhody: "To be specific Vueling's check-in associate Lafth (he wouldn't provide his last name even when we requested it for the purposes of this review) was the most unhelpful, rude & unprofessional public service worker! He was doing his job with the attitude as if he was doing us a favor, meanwhile making unappropriate comments related to the country of our destination & the United States. He assigned a seat to my boyfriend and informed me that I wont have a seat due to overbooking. We explained to him that we absolutely mus be on the plane due to the importance of an evening we had ahead. He seemed to enjoy the difficulty of our situation & had zero compassion & showed no attempt to help or to see what he can possibly do. The grim on his face suggested "screw you, guys!" And sarcastically added "good luck to you"! Seriously!? I was furious & so upset & also nervous because not making it to the point of our destination would be extremely unfortunate. My boyfriend suggested to assign a seat to me & to check in two luggages under my name & he would figure out an alternative scenario for his way to get to our destination in case they wouldn't find a seat for him at the gate. At the gate we met with two other associates who seemed to have zero training in what their job is. They had no understanding, no outside of the box thinking, no creativity & no any hint of compassion! Striking! Only because a guy from Iberia airlines came to help these two incompetent associates we started to feel that someone with the brain & knowledge is finally involved. Finally, we were given a second seat "miracoulasly" somehow it was available.. hmmm... and guess what!? Not just one! As we got on a plane I saw at least 4 seats (in my vicinity) unoccupied! The bottom line Lafth (the check in guy) knew it! But his miserable attitude had caused us all unnecessary stress, my nerves & caused his company this review. My suggestion- choose other airline!"
