Nevýhody: "plane from Prague to Philly is ancient, still has the drop-down screens from 1981 and the radio station dial for listening in, but that didn't even matter as the video system was down for half the flight. No electrical charging capability unless you carry a car adapter with you. Overhead space was tiny. At least they had headrests, which is weird since the seats are obviously 30+ years old. Business class and first have been upgraded with new features."

Nevýhody: "Everything. The outdated planes need to be renovated with seatback screens. The entertainment featured on the aisle screens were unappealing. The economy seats are smaller than on other planes we've flown in; my husband could not fit his legs in his own leg area and was miserable the entire flight. And lastly, the plane was freezing, even after turning off the air overhead. Everyone around me was huddled under their skinny blankets shivering."

Nevýhody: "No individual tvs or phone chargers or in flight wifi available. Flight was delayed. Luggage was emptied onto a different carousel instead of the one that was posted. There was no announcement made of the carousel change."
Výhody: "David took really could care of our cabin. Likes his cheerful attitude. He was excellent. Hope you let him know."

Nevýhody: "Flight was delayed vecause there was no pilot for one hour. We missed connecting flight and ended up with several delayed flights, so our 11 hour trip turned out to be 32 hour long. Also, they messed up with food order, but after some time they managed to bring suitable food from business class. Some of the staff was unfriendly and whining. And our party of three was scattered around the plane, other families sitting nearby too. A little bit greedy company selling seat selection option when they could arrangeit nicely, but just don’t do it in order to get few people to pay for otherwise normal thing."

Výhody: "Quick and efficient boarding, on time, when I asked at the gate for a window seat, I was accommodated. The food was very tasty and the flight attendants pleasant. Overall happy with this flight!"
Nevýhody: "It is impossible to sit comfortably due to the headrest that pushed my head forward regardless how I positioned it and removing it was impossible. There were no individual screens with in-flight entertainment and although I usually read or sleep, I can see how it would bother someone."
Výhody: "The plane took off and landed on time. Because airlines have so games their system by setting expectations of on time arrival so low that it is nearly impossible to not exceed them."
Nevýhody: "The plane was so old the overhead lights didn’t work in our section (who failed to check that??). The overhead bins fell open at landing and things almost fell on people’s heads. There was subpar entertainment options that hadn’t been updated since at least the 90s, which was made even less acceptable since it was literally the only option for entertainment on a 7+ hour flight when none of the overhead lights worked. For a ticket that cost more than $1200, the failure of the airline on nearly all levels to provide standard services was completely unacceptable."

Výhody: "The flight attendants were amazing. I enjoyed the in flight entertainment and overall flight. The flight was only a couple of hours so there were no meals. I enjoyed a hot cup of tea during my flight. I was able to take a quick nap during the initial flight and catch a movie on the way back."
Nevýhody: "The terminal at LGA is undergoing renovations, I had to take a shuttle bus to my gate. The shuffle down stairs, bus ride, and lines for boarding were annoying."
Nevýhody: "Delay, first told it was weather related, then mechanical. Re booked on a flight by AA that would never make connection. Paid over $1,000 for a flight leg that one way and direct on another airline (Alaska air) was $281.00 and the agent took so long to find redirect flight that they couldn't book. Total mess! While struck on the second leg and speaking with AA customer service about the reschedule I was told that they didn't have the ability to rectify the error because they no longer had control of my ticket and that I had to take into consideration that three was an event in San Antonio that caused delays network wide that added tio the initial issue... HOGWASH! 1) it was another AA issue where an AA aircraft drive of the runway while I was in flight on the first errant leg. 2) if they had just been straight from the outset, I wouldn't have been delayed. I will never fly AA AGAIN!"

Výhody: "Poor service They had a severely overweight person sitting next to me. She was struggling putting on her seat belt for a few minutes. I was very uncomfortable in my seat. The flight attendant was walking around withh seat belt extenders ; why are you accommodating severely overweight customers at the expense of others?"
Výhody: "Excellent no fuss service on board. One of the flight attendants was wearing uggs boots which some might find odd but who cares when the service is done with a smile. Very comfortable seats, great entertainment system, food choice was good and what i had was flavoursome. And they give you noise cancelling bose headphones."
Nevýhody: "The late departure from Baranquilla cause many people to miss connections after passing through immigration in Miami."
Výhody: "American Sirlines flight # AA1249. Was a poor experience. Flight was over an hour late due to flight crew had not arrived. The plane was too small for such a long flight Los Angeles to Atlanta. Took an hour to collect our baggage from baggage claim. I will try to Avoid American Airlines on the future."

Nevýhody: "The fact that people carry-on luggage that exceeds the max requirements for carry on luggage so they can avoid the checked luggage fee. It's a disgrace. It time to live by your rules, the same for everyone. I had to be rebooked out a different airport as PGV was flooded. I was seated in 21F which does not recline. AA cancelled my flight out of PGV, a better seat would have been nice since I had to drive an hour to EWN whereas I was staying only 10 mins from PGV."

Then, flight delayed again for 30 minutes prior to boarding...and yet AGAIN while on the plane...because of a water shortage. What had the crew been doing in between flights?? Lastly, these delays caused the plane to arrive in Tokyo at 12:30AM (originally it was 10:30PM). All transportations options were closed. I had to take a $90 USD taxi fare into the city. JAL or AA should have given travel vouchers to everyone who needed them. BAD SERVICE, BAD COMMUNICATIONS, BAD RATING."

Nevýhody: "Flight delayed, yes I can understand a delay but not only was it delayed, but at the exact time we are originally scheduled to board they switched gates. Not just over one or even ten gates but fro gate D51 to gate D1. In the Miami Airport that is at least a 1 mile walk. At the time they switched gates there was no notification that the flight was also delayed by nearly or should I say over an hour. This causing people to scramble, run and drag children to make sure they weren't late for boarding then when everyone arrives to the new gate, they flight is delayed by 30! Minutes. That alone pisses people off but then after waiting that time, it's delayed again at least another 30 minutes. Just not well managed!!!"
Nevýhody: "Check in online was not working (websites problems) thus huge line to check in at the airport and stress to not make it on time. Sadly not much time left in the terminal to enjoy a breakfast or doing some shopping."
Výhody: "There isn't much to like about a red eye flight. It got us home. We selected it based on price and schedule."
Nevýhody: "Crew made one pass thru cabin with a mini bag of pretzels and one pass thru with beverage. Never saw them again but perhaps that is the norm for AA. No so with other carriers we have flown red eyes on. Always tough getting a good connection when flying west to east"
