She then made my flight a nightmare, until I let her sit in my aisle seat. Even then she was not satisfied, she abused me the whole flight damaged the screen so I could not use it until the steward fixed it. Demanded that I except any and all alcohol to give to her to drink. When I am tea total she then continued to abuse me. I asked the steward to move me he just shrugged his shoulders and said there was nowhere else. This is definitely my the worst flight I have experienced."

Once finally connected, the customer service agent, argued with us for nearly an hour saying the flight was not cancelled!!!! We googled it! We told him to look up on google, and he kept on saying we were wrong! After 3 hours go by, he tells "oops, it's cancelled". We wasted nearly 5 hours with Kayak to try and get different seats, and then Kayak gave my wife and I seats that are not sitting together. If Kayak, looked on google, and actually tried to help I would've had seats with my wife. So disappointing. Worst experience I've had with customer service and with a company. I'll never use Kayak again."

Was the deboarded and spent 2 hrs wanted for a hotel voucher. Asked to be placed on a different flight due to active duty military status and was given no help. Was not offered to fly on a different airline.. was instead asked if i had looked into getting another flight which if i am correct should be something they should have doing to ensure that i would return to duty on time.. Mind you i was flying with a small child and bussiness class was more important than women with small children or families period. When i was able to catch the flight the following day i didnt not recieve notification that this flight was delayed as well. To top it off this was a red eye flight and they kept the lights on in the cabin and many people were unable to sleep. Due to the flight being delayed i and my small child had to run across dublin international to catch or connecting flight. We made it however our luggage did not. I will not be using this airline again. I would rather spend a little extra money."

We ended up sitting 3 seats apart, I was in the extra legroom seat but in a middle seat,so I could not put my feet in the isle to prevent leg cramps. When we boarded the flight from Reykjavik to Boston I notified the stewardess and she assured she would help, but I never saw her again and no one came to our help. Also when we entered the REK airport after flying from Amsterdam we were not notified to keep our passport on us, as we needed to go tru another checkpoint. My wife had our pasports and went to check some shops, while I was reading a newspaper. After noticing that I could not go to the boarding area for our next flight, I was able to locate my wife and we barely made it to the gate in time."

Nevýhody: "We will not fly Icelandic Air again. The baggage fees were incredible - $95 per bag to go from Boston and $110 per bag to fly home. That is over $400 in bag fees. This with practically no service, no snacks - we did get water and soft drinks and a ground crew in Iceland that does not communicate about boarding. There was no system to get people on the plane and no communication You expect a baggage fee but it should be well communicated. We looked up the fee online and saw an economy bag listed. What they do not list is that there are different economy baggage fees. The lower price you pay the higher the fee. Again I don't mind a fee - I just should be able to find that fee before I commit. Very deceptive advertising. I could have booked a flight with an airline for the same price and gotten better service, a few snack and airline miles."

Nevýhody: "My husband and I were late to board as our incoming flight was delayed. We were on our honeymoon and had booked seats together. By the time we boarded, someone else had already taken one of our seats and the fligth attendant just had us move a couple rows back. Instead of having three seats for the two of us, we ended up having middle and window; if we could have had our assigned seats, we would have had middle and aisle- our preference if we have to share a row. We thought it was weird that the flight attendant didn't honor our seats even though they were on the tickets. Also, we had to take a bus to the plane- this was stressful since we were late, it was cold, and the weather was crappy. Similar to our original flight, the seats were not very comforable- we were both eager to deplane by the time we arrived in Oslo. Our biggest gripe was our luggage- one of our three checked bags didn't make the connection and we didn't get it for TWO days! The baggage people at Oslo airport were awful- providing absolutely no guidance or assistance."

Nevýhody: "There were so many things wrong with our flight from Gatwick to NYC. The check in staff were rude and homophobic at check in, forcing my partner and I to separate for check in while we watched heterosexual partners check in together freely. The disabled toilet alarm broke as we descended into NYC and we listened to end-of-the-world death sirens as we were landing. It was not communicates that food was a microtransaction on flight and was so overpriced so we went nearly 13 hours without food because the flights were also delayed on the tarmac. The de-icing tow truck in Iceland was broken down so we were delayed two hours on the layover. On return, both Icelandair gates opened late. During the layover we were kettled in hot container units before 20 min before being bussed to the plane and held for 15 minutes. Then, the icing on the cake was landing back at Gatwick and seeing my brand new luggage I bought on the trip damaged with thr back pocked ripped out along the bottom seam. I will never again ride with these rude, price-gouging, apathetic amateurs."

Need better cover for boarding."

Entre choices were pasta with tomato sauce or chicken with cheese ravioli. Almost no one chose the pasta. Please introduce healthier options with actual protein for meat eaters and vegetarians."

Difficult to get in and out of seat as well. Arm rests do not come all the way up so one has to squat to avoid being hit by arm rest. Not very pleasant on 11 hour long flight. Joe"

Nevýhody: "Prague to London flight First I was surprised and disappointed to find out there were so many extra fees. They get you to buy the ticket with a cheaper price and then hit you with all the extra fees e.g. choosing a seat, luggage, food, drinks, you will pay for everything except the flight. The second thing is that when I did go to the BA website on 5 different occasions to pay for my luggage and in order to get a cheaper rate for doing it online before check-in, it gave me a message that the site to do it was not working and that I needed to pay for it at the airport check-in. When I went to check-in at the airport the ticket agent seemed annoyed that I had luggage to check in when I hadn't registered it online. When I told her that the site was down and I wasn't able to do it before hand, she showed no sympathy or understanding. Instead she proceeded to charge me for checking my luggage. It was an outrageous amount of over $80 USD. I have never in all my travels around the world been charged for my luggage. I only travel with one carry on and one medium size check luggage because of my extensive travel. I know charging for luggage may be something more airlines will start doing but I did not think that BA would be one of them. I also would have appreciated some compensation for theirsite being down and not being able to get a discount on the fee because I couldn’t check it online. I am extremely disappointed with my BA experience and will never fly with them again. That is unfortunate for them since I am in the process of traveling around the world for the next few years while writing a travel blog and book. I will definitely publish my review and experience in detail, which I am sure will influence my readers and followers."
Nevýhody: "The diabetic meals lacked variety and there was no choice. I was given a chicken dish with potatoes and mushrooms for the first meal and then given another chicken dish with rice for the second . Unlike other passengers I was not offered a choice. Both meal had a high carbohydrate load as they came with a separate bread bun . The first meal had peaches for dessert but my second meal offering had no substitute for the cake given to other passengers. The snack box contained sweet and salty popcorn,salted crisps and malteasers which are to be avoided by diabetics . Overall my dietary needs were poorly serviced by BA on this flight."
Výhody: "I had no trouble keeping myself entertained on the 10-hour flight from London to California. There were tons of movies to choose from, and that's not even counting all the television shows that were available. It's good that there are so many options b/c there is no wifi available for purchase."
Nevýhody: "Not really related to the flight itself, but this was my first time flying British Airways, and they have a policy where you can't pick your seat until 24-hour in advance unless you pay an extra fee to choose early. I thought this was similar to Southwest's early bird check-in where no one really opts to pay for such a feature, but apparently with British Airways, everyone pays to pick a seat early. I checked in to my flight literally one minute after the site opened up and there were only middle seats left. So, if you've never flown BA before and you have a long flight, you might want to pay the extra fee to choose your seat early."

I would have expected food to be included on a 6+ hour flight. Charging outlets were only located on the collapsible TV screen in the emergency exit aisle which were required to be stowed during takeoff and landing.

Every single one in the Cabin Crew, far exceeded the norm of Cabin Crew across various airlines I have flown for quite some time. I would definitely fly AC as a primary option in the future, just based on this Crew's performance!"

Very cold on flight, crew did not regulate the climate control. Too many unnecessary announcements both in English then French. Each announcement seemed like it lasted about 10 minutes which no one listen. So much for trying to watch a movie that pauses every time the crew feels the needs to talk. Sat at gate for 30 minutes pass departure time without any explanation until right before we departed (waiting on passengers from late arriving flights). At lease they could have told us. Anyhow this is not the Air Canada of old. Air Canada Rouge shows no signs that they care about the comfort of their passengers."

Nevýhody: "Boarding was slow and chaotic because of the number of passengers bringing oversize carry-on bags, presumably to try to avoid the checked-bag fee. The overhead bins filled up early, and passengers squabbled over the available space and objected when flight attendants told them they would have to gate-check their bags. The aisle was congested and blocked for long periods of time as people tried to fit their bags into the bin, and the plane left the gate more than 15 minutes late because of the slow boarding. There were about 100 people on the flight, but only about 20 at baggage claim (including at least two family groups), another indication that the checked-bag fee caused passengers to bring oversize carry-on bags. The overall rating for this flight would be significantly higher if it weren't for the boarding process."

And if you didn't get that memo and you have an Apple device, you're out of luck. Otherwise you can rent an iPad for $10. The chairs were thin and flimsy making it difficult to sleep. And unfortunately we got a "window seat" that did not have a window. It was very disappointing."

I was with my family and she even made a special effort with my two Granddaughters that they are still talking about today. She is the reason Air Canada still has ALL of my business every year"
Výhody: "The commuter terminal in Toronto is a bit of a pit. Basically a glorified hallway, which gets pretty chaotic while you are waiting for your flight, and others are queuing up. For anyone with mobility challenges it is a long hike from the main terminal."

Výhody: "Air Canada canceled or delayed all flights out of New York on the night I was supposed to fly to Toronto, then Rio. Their delays effectively made me miss my connecting flight from Toronto to Rio. The airline employees told me they would not be able to get me to Rio for another two days. I ultimately cancelled my flight with Air Canada and booked a direct flight to Rio with American Airlines at the last minute, which was a much smoother experience."
Výhody: "Nice to be able to recharge mobile devices while seated."
Nevýhody: "I made a round trip to Japan from Boston with Air Canada, flying out in mid-June and returning in the beginning of July, and I was rather disappointed to find that the choice of movies was more or less the same both ways, at least I did not see much change in new releases. I was expecting new movies to be added on my return flight from Japan since the month has changed from June to July but I did not find new movies, so I just read on my iPad. It would have also been nice if there was an option for inflight WiFi access."

Listened to constant bathroom flushing and odors. Not ideal!"
Nevýhody: "Did not fly Air Canada from Phoenix to Toronto; flew much cheaper version "Rouge". Flight was delayed more than 40 minutes in Phoenix while cargo rearranged, making us late for connection in Toronto (1.5 hour layover initially). Stewardess told us we could make flight if we ran through airport, but when we got to the gate, we were told that we had been rescheduled on another flight 2 days later! Crew on flight did not tell us this. We did manage to get another flight to Frankfurt 2 hours later on Air Canada, then to Barcelona on Lufthansa, arriving 8 hours later than originally scheduled. Rouge flight had fewer amenities than Southwest and less legroom. Did not know what were getting when booked flight -Will never fly Rouge again!"
