I was held-up at boarding by rude employee who insisted that I had to wait until all other passengers had boarded the lane before issuing me a boarding pass so I can board the plane. I could not check-in earlier and get a boarding pass since I had flown directly from Dusseldorf.

When I finally made it to my connecting flight with NO time to spare (very small window of approximately 45 minutes to make it to my connecting flight) my husband, my son and I were turned away from our flight due to over booking. The Eurowings manager guarantees we would be able to make another flight if we went to the ticket counter right away. At the ticket counter, (different airline) the ticket agent explained we’d have to transfer our booking over from Eurowings to the new airline. This left us NO time to make that flight the Eurowings manager guaranteed us we would make. We also waited 3 hours at the baggage claim office only for them to tell us they lost all our bags. Only 2 out of our 5 bags made it onto the flight and will be waiting at lost and found of our final destination and the other 3 bags are unknown of their whereabouts. The Eurowings ticket agent took ALL of our bags including my husbands and I carry ons, so we were left with no clothing and had to stay at the airport over night. This airline really sucks. We were never informed in advance of this over booking issue or I would have certainly made my own accommodations before hand. Will never fly Eurowings again. Definitely the worst airline I’ve traveled with. And I lost 5 bags in the process."

She also said I was only allowed one free drink of coffee. The second snack was a cake or cheese sandwhich. We were starving the entire flight we had to give in and pay for snacks on board. I’ll try to avoid eurowings from now on."

They decided to fly us to Leipzig-Halle (another city a two hour drive away) and said they would provide busses to take us back to Berlin. But then, when we got to Leipzig, they said oh we might be able to fly you back to Berlin, just let us refuel. So we all sat in the plane for an hour and a half while they did that. Then, they announced that they couldn't go back to the Berlin airport because there were too many planes landing there. So they told us to get off the plane, go into the arrival hall and we would get more information there. When we got out of the plane, we were greeted by an information lady who informed us that no trains were running at that hour (it was about 11:30pm), and Eurowings would not provide us with accommodation or transportation back to Berlin. The information staff told us that our options were to personally pay for either a taxi back to Leipzig (two hours away!) or rent a car, or wait until morning to take a bus or train. I was able to stay with a friend in the city, and paid to take a bus to Berlin the next day, but what about everyone else who didn't know people in Leipzig and had to fend for themselves? As a young woman traveling by myself in a foreign country, landing in an unexpected city in the middle of the night, it could have been a potentially dangerous situation. I am extremely frustrated with Eurowings. I paid them to take me to Berlin, and they didn't. I talked to customer service on the phone, and they told me that I should make my own travel plans to return to Berlin and they would reimburse me later. Aside from the fact that there weren't buses, trains or flights running till the next morning - I shouldn't have to make my own travel plans! My plans were to fly Eurowings from Duesseldorf to Tegel, and they should be responsible for getting me there. I am never flying Eurowings again, and sharing the story with any friends who travel in Europe. They absolutely do not care about their customers."

So as we were exiting, they told us to STAY on the aircraft as they fix the flat tire. We waited another TWO HOURS (three hours in total on the aircraft, seven hours in total late). We arrived nearly EIGHT HOURS LATE in Copenhagen. I understand that things go wrong, but the LACK OF COMMUNICATION by Norwegian Airlines to the hundreds of confused customers is UNACCEPTABLE."

Nevýhody: "I was in one of the boarding groups that got to enter the plane last. While I don't mind that, since the last group since in front of the plane, people who sit in the back sometimes put their carry on luggage close to the front of the plane so that they can get it on the walk back down the aisle rather than fussing with it when everyone is standing up. I wish there was more emphasis on making people put their carry ons above their own seats."
Výhody: "Plane was clean and modern with tv for every seat"
Nevýhody: "Meal was not included in an 8 hour international flight. Even a water or snack was a price."
Výhody: "Speed of flight"
Nevýhody: "The disembarking of the flight when done."
Výhody: "Service and overall experience was outstanding."

Výhody: "The price is low, but not worth the horrendous seating."
Nevýhody: "Very tight seating. There is almost no legroom and the seats are very narrow. They nickel and dime you for everything. Its hard to even get water. Entertainment choices are pretty weak."
Výhody: "It was a nice new plane."
Nevýhody: "They broke our luggage and not very friendly staff. It’s terrible they don’t serve food or drink unless it’s paid for in advance."
Nevýhody: "THEY LOST/MISPLACED MY LUGGAGE Still haven't received my luggage for my trip. Flight was also delayed."
Výhody: "Flight was on time."
Nevýhody: "I didn’t realize the airline charges for EVERYTHING! Flight staff was not friendly. We were rarely acknowledged or asked if we needed anything. I will be looking at traveling with other airlines, ones that at least don’t charge me $60 for one bag."
Nevýhody: "Boarding was delayed with no explanation or update. Seat choice was an added cost. Baggage was an extra cost and even higher at check-in. You had to pay extra for a meal beforehand and if you didn’t there was nothing. You didn’t even get offered water or a soda on a 7 hour flight!"
Výhody: "I LOVED the entire journey and embrace the pay as you go model for economical long haul travel!"
Výhody: "Very good seats and a new plane for good value."
Nevýhody: "Entertainment system didn't work, ordering system didn't work. When my kid got a black eye from the spring-loaded entertainment system they didn't even have a first aid kit on board with a cold compress--shocking."
Výhody: "Fantastic value. Clean plane with good cabin crew. We took off on time, had a pleasant flight and landed safely and on time. What more do you want?"
Nevýhody: "I'm glad i paid the E11 for a seat with leg room. It might have been tight otherwise for a flight over 2 hours. Worst coffee I've paid for anywhere recently. This was a big black mark for me."
Výhody: "The new plane, clean, on time"
Nevýhody: "I asked for a refill of a glass of wine and it was denied. I found that very stingy. The flight from Oslo to Fort Lauderdale was packed with kids and the flight attendants had no control over them, running around, disturbing everybody and they just wouldn't stop. Very annoying."
Výhody: "787 dreamliner was ok"
Nevýhody: "$260 dollars to check 2 carryon bags that weighed 11kilos and would have been allowed on any other airline for free...."
Výhody: "Seats were comfortable cushion wise, (but not on leg room)"
Nevýhody: "On an 11 hour flight, 1 water was made available. Everything else including food and any snacks was for pay. With a $1400 ticket that is ridiculous! Every other airline will give you at least drinks and snacks on a commuter flight and meals on international. No online checkin, no seat selection until ticketing, incredibly expensive flight change fees, flight service was bad. I will not fly Norwegian airlines again."
Výhody: "The flight was on time and the staff were very nice."
Nevýhody: "Boarding was chaotic. No one gave any instructions so the passengers crowded the gate area seeking an advantage to board. Flight was very crowded in the Economy cabin. Fortunately it was short."
