Nevýhody: "There was a two and a half hour delay for technical problems for our flight from Warsaw to Los Angeles on Tuesday July 24, 2018. There had been a two-hour delay for my flight in from Warsaw to Moscow, also for technical problems, on Friday July 13, 2018. Obviously, LOT needs to insure its planes are safe, but it needs to do so sufficiently in advance of take-off so that its passengers are not inconvenienced by lengthy delays."

With our previous flight delayed, the application did not process in time, and we missed our connecting flight. As a result, we were stuck in Poland for 24 hours, leading to lost sleep, added expense, and much frustration. Customer service in Poland was helpful but extremely slow. Many customers needed help and it took about an hour for each customer. We waited in line for hours. We were not charged for a new flight, but we did spend 10 exhausting hours in the airport before we had everything resolved and were able to leave and get a few hours of sleep."

Nevýhody: "Because of loosing our connecting flight in Warsaw (due to weather...I think, it was never explain to us why our first flight had a 3 hour delay), the boarding staff was very helpful finding us a different route. Well the flight from Warsaw to Berlin, operated by LOT was horrible! No snacks no drinks, not even water on a 2hour flight! Shame on you! I had my wedding gown with me and I asked one of the crew members to put it in one of the closets design for this. And in a broken English she told me 'ya there is a problem' and she showed me the closet, it was full with the crew luggage :( We ended up laying the gown on one seat that was empty! When we arrived at our destination and picked up our luggage we noticed that they broke one of the wheels. Overall very ugly experience with LOT!!!"

Iberia charged my credit card 55.00 for the service and then, without my knowledge Iberia changed my seats and denied charging me extra. I have papers to prove my claim and will dispute the charges with my credit card company. The communication between flight attendants and passengers was horrible. Those of us who had not eaten yet (about half the plane in economy seating) watched the flight attendants bring out extra bread to all of the other economy passengers who had already received their meals, while we, who had not eaten yet, watched. My husband inquired if we were also receiving meals. He was told that everyone would eventually receive a meal. Horrible customer service, the worst ever. Later, before landing the pilot cancelled beverage and snack service because of possible weather conditions but never put the seat belt sign on until we began our decent. Nothing made any sense. It was like a crazy person was in charge. I would not trust Iberia to take me anywhere in the future."

Nevýhody: "Check-in Counter Staff in Madrid (Barajas) airport really could benefit with Customer Services training or just hiring staff with better people's skills! ALso, you cannot do all in one counter. You have to do a line for check in, then to pay to check in luggage, you have to go a ANOTHER desk, do another line, and pay there, THEN, go back to the Check In desk to CHECK IN luggage. TO many unnecessary steps for a simple transaction."
Nevýhody: "The gate for the flight was changed at the last minute and the flight departed 30 in late."

Nevýhody: "The requirement to pay for a boarding pass after having checked in as required. The US airlines do not have this requirement. This is a very negative experience. Our gate was changed at the very last moment."

Nevýhody: "The flight delayed for eight hours with no explanation provided. The crew/staff were rude and inconsiderate of the noise level in the plain. The return plane did not provide any English announcements, leading me not to understand a word of what they were announcing."

Nevýhody: "We purchased our tickets through Kayak. Ryanair website was not accessible to add luggage and check in. On the check in counter, we were not allowed to check in because they claimed that we had to check in online. We contacted the Ryanair desk to solve the problem, and we showed them that we are not able to access the website to check in. Eventually, they forced us to buy brand new tickets or we would have missed our flight."

Nevýhody: "The same bags we used to get there from Dublin were no longer 'acceptable' on this flight. We did not buy a single thing to put in our bags in Madrid and yet my luggage was 2 kg over and we had to pay an additional 20 euros and they said my husbands was too large to carry on - though we did prove to them if fit and they eventually let us but it was an ordeal (they didn't even bother two people in front of us with the exact same luggage). The Madrid Ryanair employees could learn a couple things in hospitality from the Dublin ones."

Nevýhody: "The staff completely skipped over me when offering drinks and snacks. They offered the other two people in my row food but not me. I literally had my credit out and they just skipped me. The people at the check in desk didn't have any sort of protection for my bag. (Big camping backpack with lots of straps) but the people in CGN did. I don't understand the inconsistencies. And then to top it off nobody informed me the process of customs. I was unprepared because of this and ended up waiting for 1.5 hours. Completely unprofessional in all aspects. I will not be flying Ryanair again."
Nevýhody: "Other passengers taking on too much carry on"
Nevýhody: "When I bought the ticket, the plane was supposed to leave at 4:10pm, then it was changed to 4:30pm and although I asked for help explaining that I was going to miss my connection they said there was nothing they could do for me. So I lost my next flight and had to spend the night at a hotel at my own expense. They charge extra for checking in at the counter (43 euros), for your bag (40-60 euros), and their kg limit is 20 as opposed to 23 that most other airlines have, so they charge 10 euros per extra kg. During the flight you have to pay for everything you may want to eat/drink, including water."
Nevýhody: "The line to check in baggage was an hour long. They were very understaffed."
Nevýhody: "The flight was okay with just a bit of delay which is normal. But I have to say I would never get on any Ryanair plane if the same pilot is in charge! Had the worst landing ever."
