flight was canceled and there was no Latam staff to help us upon arrival in MCO, i had to pay $350 for hotel room in MCO, due to flt was changed to 11:00 nest morning.
I didn't enjoy the fact the the terminal was changed and then the gate. Also, the attitude of the lady at the gate. I asked her to confirm if that was the final gate and she ignored me initially and was rude when she finally answered by pointing out the screen. I told her that I read the screen but was JUST asking for confirmation. Also, when we landed at Seattle everybody jumped up and crowded the aisle because the crew didn't instruct us to remain seated until their row was called. It was a mess. I enjoy that process from LATAM. Thank you.
They served food even late for people who wanted to eat
The flight was good, no issues to complain about.
I booked the flight through budgetair.com and paid for one checked bag. When I went to LATAM gate at the airport, they told me they had no record of my purchasing a checked bag and would need to charge me. Budgetair insisted I had paid for a checked bag and LATAM insisted I had not and would need to pay again. Not sure if the issue is with budgetair or LATAM or both
I was stolen! They opened my suitcase and stole me. Now I would like to know how to report it. Please help me!
Airline staff are very helpful, airline is extremely punctual, polite, and organized, aircrafts are especially clean and comfortable.
Nevýhody: "My seat wasn’t clean. Dirt was visible. We used Clorox wipes to clean it before sitting down. If someone had previously sat there with an illness, we would certainly be at risk. Very disappointing to see during Covid-19 outbreak."

I am very displeased that I had to throw out $15+ dollars of food and drink and that I had zero water when getting on an 11 hour flight. that's outrageous."

Nevýhody: "Upon looking at the flights out of Peru we found that there were a lot more choices for returning to Tampa. We were looking at 37 hours of lay over between Lima and Miami. Upon finding the flights with less lay over time we changed our flights and were hammered with $400 change fees. Seemed a bit deceptive that all the flights were not listed when we originally booked. Will use a travel agent next time to make sure we do not run into this situation again."

I don't understand why our carry on bags needed to be searched. We were put in a line with only one person doing the bag checks while the other line had over two people checking bags."

Nevýhody: "I flew home on the LATAM600 Lima to LAX. My flight was suppose to leave noon on May 25. Unfortunately we were delayed until noon the following day, May 26. I understand these matters are out of attendant's control, but the changes were not communicated in English and everyone was extremely slow to get us situated. Our flight was officially canceled at 5:30 pm, and it took five more hours for the attendants to get us to a hotel. In the morning, the transportation was not communicated well that I missed the bus. During all this, they never tried to re-book anyone either. I would pass on flying LATAM in the future."

Nevýhody: "One crew member jacked my blanket and gave it to a different passenger. Also, my originally assigned window seat was reserved for cabin crew, so I was moved to an aisle seat that was narrower than my previous seat due to its in-armrest tray table."

Nevýhody: "Mi primera experiencia en Latam no fue nada buena, mi vuelo latam2005 de lima-cusco el día 3/10/16 se retrasó por 2 horas debido a un supuesto mantenimiento de ultima imprevisto, creo que son cosas que deben detectarse antes para hacer un cambio de avión y no hacer al pasajero perder su tiempo...el 2do vuelo de cusco-lima Latam 2020 día 6-10-16 también se retrasó con 1 hora debido a que viajaban demasiadas personas y necesitaban voluntarios para viajar en el próximo vuelo. La verdad no creo volver a viajar con Latam."
