Nevýhody: "The connecting flight departed before the first flight landed. Then I was given the wrong information of gate departure by airport personnel. After running like crazy to find this gate for departure, the plane had already departed before we even landed. There wasn’t anyone around to help, and finally I found an airport worker who gave me the same incorrect information. She was as perplexed as was I. Finally, she directed me to the information booth where I was booked in a flight the next day. The food voucher was insufficient to cover dinner, i had to pay out of my pocket but I was frugal given the financial situation. The taxi service personnel were rude and it took a long time to taxi me to the hotel where I am unable to sleep because I have an early morning g departure. All in all, between the airport delays getting me to the hotel, lack of proper food and treatment by personnel, I am exhausted and lost sleep in the process."

Then when I did travel, it turned out I didn't have the right for a piece luggage (again "small print"). I paid for the extra piece and I was double-charged (same amount withdrawn twice). Now I have opened a complained with Austrian and they haven't responded so far."

Consequently I got to the boarding gate right when they were closing. Consequently I lost all my connections from then on. The United Airlines was very empathizing with me and my situation and they issued me other boarding passes at no cost. United Airlines suggested me to tell the Austrian Airlines about what happened and they were sure the Austrian Airlines would understand but they were wrong; no understanding on behalf of the Austrian Airlines."

Výhody: "After departing the cluster fk that is O'Hare airport it's such a pleasure to interact with Vienna and Austrian Air. I had 'only' an hour to make the connection, and yet all, that is all, formalities took no more than 10 minutes. I had plenty of time to spare. Bad communication with the client. They told us when I asked several times that we would not lose our connection and that everything was fine and that was not the case. We lost the connection. No one told us anything. Another problem was that the girl in the boarding process removed the suitcases tickets from the boarding pass and did not want to return them, and held it without any cause. The flight staff went looking for us. Pretty sad and disappointed by their service. I understand that they were causes outside the airline but must communicate to the client. They cannot remain silent and say nothing."

If this were not enough, the airline also lost one of our bags so this week we have to file for compensation for both begin downgraded and for the contents of our 30 kilo bag which never made it to Ho Chi Minh. Air France was a complete and total disaster and I would strongly recommend all friends and colleagues to find alternative airlines for travel"

As such wr couldnt go to our final destination in Morocco and had to get our luggage off the plane. The staff at the AF counter were very helpful in that aspect. And when one of the luggages was completely damaged, it was replaced it with a brand new one which was fantastic. On the way back, we had some issues with the ticket because we didnt go to Morocco as planned which resulted in some trouble checking in. But the staff at the counter were quite helpful."

From arrival at airport at about 11 am until baggage delivery around 6:30 pm we were involved in problem solving, and moving from gate to gate and waiting for boarding, waiting for luggage. Exhausting, and no apologies along the way."

An extra $90 later ($45 each), and we were at our gate... which ended up changing 3 TIMES before the plane took off. Good thing we were paying attention or we would have missed our flight. Once on the plane, we sat in the most ridiculously uncomfortable seats. The airline also has the most insane rules - you can’t have head phones on while the plane is ascending or descending into the sky. The flight attendant made everyone take them off, which was super fun to listen to two screaming kids for a solid 20 minutes and not being allowed to cover the sound with head phones. To sum it up - NO I DO NOT RECOMMEND CZECH AIRLINES."

After I paid the extra 105 Euros I watch other passengers refuse to pay who had the same size bags as mine and they carried them to the plane where they were loaded at no cost. I did not know I had an option not to add more insult during the flight they even charged 2 Euros for water."

I was uncomfortable with this from a card security perspective and asked her about this. She said it was none of my business and why do I care. I fly many places and this is the worst service I have ever received by an airline. I am also a very friendly person and understand when things can be challenging but this staff of 3 was aweful."

Výhody: "Czech Airlines indeed was really helpful when solving our problem as we book our flight through VAYAMA site leaving on Friday and returning Sunday, then our flight got changed from Friday to Saturday which was not what we book on the first time, so we call VAYAMA support and they were not helpful at all, so we gave it a try calling Czech Airlines and they were super helpful and were able to put us in another flight coming back Sunday. Also booking through VAYAMA a normal fare got us with big surprise at the airport that we did not have a bag included to be document. We could not find any information regarding this on the booking confirmation or on their site and we did pay a fare that according to Czech Airlines lines includes a documented bag. It was not a low cost flight. my recommendation is book through another agency or directly on the airline site to avoid this type of problems."

It went on and on at a volume that was just absolutely not necessary or professional. This was the least professional crew I have ever experienced and I travel extensively! Comfort the Cabin was freezing cold entire time. I bought a blanket which did basically nothing! Was it Oliver twist blanket before hand? The free blankets I get on other lines with the chill out significantly better! Food and drinks was nonexistent which I suppose is the new trend cutting service for profit. However it should’ve been clearly stated to passengers, that we can prepare for the 11 hour flight!! Entertainment it was nice that each seat had a screen, however the selection of entertainment was poor! For example each TV series only had one episode available."

I had a similar experience when I was leaving the states, where I spent an hour checking in my luggage. Please, Norwegian, there are solutions to this check in problem and I think you need to find them."

The sign at the gate said departure would be on time but it was actually very late, and they never updated the departure time, they kept us standing in a crowd, shoulder to shoulder like cattle. There was a huge line waiting for hours in the overheated departure gate, everybody soaked in sweat. Only enough chairs for a couple dozen people, old folks fading. On board they ignore you completely, as though you were invisible, unless you have pre-ordered a meal. Press the button for an attendant, none will come. No drinking water available unless you go to the back and ask for it. If you ask a flight attendant for water she will tell you to wait for the cart, then ask again, but to the cart pushers you are invisible unless you have one of their meal boxes on your tray table. Extremely uncomfortable, very narrow seats. You have to pay extra for a pillow or a blanket. This is an airline for masochists who are happy to choose misery in order to save a few bucks. Now I know."

There was only one cafe in the area after security check and they did not accept the food voucher for actual food. They would only redeem our food vouchers for water, juice, sodas, desserts and, for some reason, only tuna sandwiches. A lot of passengers were visibly upset because the cafe only had one person on staff, the line was over an hour to order and then we were told it was not redeemable for sandwiches, salads, beer or wine. Also, the boarding process was chaotic and they did a poor job communicating which sections they were boarding and people started to form multiple lines. The in flight entertainment was pretty bad. Movies were very limited compare to other airlines. Overall, the whole experience was disastrous. I don't think I will be flying Norwegian again. I would rather pay a bit more for better service."

Over several occasions I have waited some time for steps to arrive, and yesterday, it was the availability of coaches to take the passengers to the terminal building. It is as if there is a breakdown in the overall organisation, which is not directly the fault of Easyjet - but being their home base, over which you would expect that Easyjet could exert some influence. The delay was not severe on this occasion, but just takes the edge off an otherwise pleasurable experience."

She saw my picture (it said "you have successfully update your booking. and 44.46 euro has been taken.). She told me it does not mean anything. It just says updated.???? Am I missing something? It said the fee has been taken. I told her I don't mind to pay the fee. I asked her so many times please let me pay 44 euro For 2 bags, NOT a 94 euro for 2 bags. She said there no exception. The computer said NO evidence of payment. I have to pay 94euro for 2 bags because there were no Evidence. There is an evidence. I paid 94 euro at the checking counter for 2 bags. why they were cheap price? There is a reason for that. I learned from this unfair service from EasyJet. I will never recommend anyone and I will never take it in the future. I have should stay with Air France or Virgin Atlantic from the beginning."
