And yes, we checked in together. There were lots of confusing messages"
Nevýhody: "Our total flight time was about 17 hours - MAD- AMS-LAX. My husband and I both have an internationally approved carry on luggages with us. When we checked in - they asked us to both check in our carry on luggage. The reason why is because they said they don’t think they have enough space for our carry ons. I told the crew member checking us in that other people that was checking in with the same hand carry size luggage with us had no problems taking it with them. For being about to be on a 17 HOUR FLIGHT we should be ALLOWED to have our carry ons with us! We take carry ons for that reason! I had to argue and prove my case to the crew member to atleast keep 1 carry on with us. I thought that was an UNACCEPTABLE reason for us to check in a carry on luggage when we had a 17 hour travel time ahead of us. Not a happy costumer here."

With all the bad weather, I was already very happy to connect right on time in Paris. However, a long haul A380 flight with such a tight seat configurstion is almost embarrassing for an airline. The in flight entertainment is at a very poor level, not only with the screen being very small and outdated, many of the movies are only available in French and the international selection very limited. The food was not much of a delight, whereas the presentation was nice. However, in all the 7 h between the services, nobody came around with refreshments in a completely booked flight, neither was announced that a trolly would be set for self service in the galley. Lucky the ones who got up and found out about. In terms of amenities, again, the airline is lacking of originality and saves cost. Bottom line: you get from A to B, but there are so many better competitors in the market, which I shall definitely consider on my next travel."
Výhody: "The food was pretty good and the staff were friendly. During our transfer in Paris, my mum had a medical emergency and had to go to the medical centre. As such wr couldnt go to our final destination in Morocco and had to get our luggage off the plane. The staff at the AF counter were very helpful in that aspect. And when one of the luggages was completely damaged, it was replaced it with a brand new one which was fantastic. On the way back, we had some issues with the ticket because we didnt go to Morocco as planned which resulted in some trouble checking in. But the staff at the counter were quite helpful."

The overall experience has been terrible"

If that’s the approach then more people should be there responding WhatsApp comments not like no response within one hour. Kiwi is of no help as well. If flights get canceled agents should provide us updates as well. When we contacted kiwi in the airport Kiwi even denied flight cancel."

The plane had not left the gate but the captain refused to open the door. This unheard of, that at the counter didn’t want to intervene. Now we have to rebook. These Eastern European countries are still thinking of the past."

Luggage at end took more than 1/2 hour to reach baggage claim. From arrival at airport at about 11 am until baggage delivery around 6:30 pm we were involved in problem solving, and moving from gate to gate and waiting for boarding, waiting for luggage. Exhausting, and no apologies along the way."
Nevýhody: "This airline RIPS OFF the consumer. We flew RT from Prague to Budapest and had a choice between Czech Air and RyanAir. We decided to pay more money and chose Czech Air because RyanAir had multiple warnings about extra costs that are incurred if strict luggage size and weight restrictions are exceeded. We felt it was worth it to pay more up-front with Czech Air so we could avoid this additional cost and stress. The first leg of the flight went fine — no weighing of luggage, no additional costs. (Our luggage is standard carry-on size.) During the second leg of the flight a very unsympathetic Czech Air employee in Budapest weighed our luggage carefully, claimed that we exceeded the weight limit by a couple of kg, and charged us 35 euros more PER BAG. Now we wish we would have chosen RyanAir as it ultimately would have been cheaper and at least RyanAir is more honest up-front about these extra charges associated with one’s luggage. As consumers, this felt to us like a bait-and-switch situation — not good."

Nevýhody: "The staff were very slow and rude when I checked in on Friday July 21. I had to pay to check a bag and the credit card machine was not working at the counter. So myself and others had to goto another and this person was very rude and unpleasant. Her machine also was not working and was told to go downstairs to the ATM snd get cash. Which I didn't need and would be charged a fee. Finally my card worked (others were less fortunate). Still the person took forever and was making copies of card numbers on carbon paper I believe to show payment proof. I was uncomfortable with this from a card security perspective and asked her about this. She said it was none of my business and why do I care. I fly many places and this is the worst service I have ever received by an airline. I am also a very friendly person and understand when things can be challenging but this staff of 3 was aweful."

We waited about 30 minutes at the baggage claim, no luggage showed up, and then there were only 2 people from Czech Airlines to help over 100 people process the lost luggage claims, which took another 4 hours, for a flight that was already delayed almost 2 hours. I would never fly this airline again due to this incompetence, poor service, and treatment. At least we got our luggage back about 36 hours later."

Výhody: "Czech Airlines indeed was really helpful when solving our problem as we book our flight through VAYAMA site leaving on Friday and returning Sunday, then our flight got changed from Friday to Saturday which was not what we book on the first time, so we call VAYAMA support and they were not helpful at all, so we gave it a try calling Czech Airlines and they were super helpful and were able to put us in another flight coming back Sunday. Also booking through VAYAMA a normal fare got us with big surprise at the airport that we did not have a bag included to be document. We could not find any information regarding this on the booking confirmation or on their site and we did pay a fare that according to Czech Airlines lines includes a documented bag. It was not a low cost flight. my recommendation is book through another agency or directly on the airline site to avoid this type of problems."

Nevýhody: "First flight left with hour and a half delay. We couldn't check in to our second flight (how come?!) so we were terrified to miss our connection. Dealing with the Czech service person was like talking to an unmerciful wall getting back no answers. Eventually the delay didn't affect us as the second flight took off with three hour of a delay (they really outdid themselves). During our staying in a sweatshop in a terminal with hundreds of other disappointed travelers we were not provided reliable information, water, or food. By the way, the on the way to France, our luggage got lost... These flights almost ruined our trip. Very disappointing experience."

They really did not seem to care and said listen to pa announcements. Ten minutes later we heard the first pa anouncement."

I had to walk up to the counter and ask if I could check in as I was 2 hours early. They said to check back in a few minutes , not sure why they couldn;t just check me in ? I guess they didn't feel like working. Second, when I did check in, they charged me $40 extra euro for not checking my bag in online which I explained I was never prompted to check in a bag online. They still charged me so I plan to dispute it. Than third, no drinks on the entire flight, not even water ,really ???? That is unheard of. Fourth, the flight attendant wakes me up to tell me I need to put my window blind up for landing. Again, I have never heard of a requirement that all blinds be up in order to land ? I was exhausted after flying for over 24 hours from CA to Prague and it was really annoying to be woken up for that. Lastly, it took my bag like 45 minutes to come off the belt. Again, it has never taken that long on any other airline, it stressed me out cause I was beginning to think my bag got lost. It finally showed after almost everyone on the flight had already gotten their bags. Never using Czech Airlines again."

Nevýhody: "It was getting there that was a pain. I am a handicapped passenger, traveling alone, walking on a cane. When you enter Terminal 1, you have to turn left and walk about 150 meters to an "assistance station" to get a wheelchair before you even check in for the flight. So for me it was walk 150 meters to wait for a wheelchair, be wheeled back to the airline's desk to check in, then go back the way you came to pass through security. (By the way, in the UK, you must remove all gels for a separate inspection, meaning toothpaste and shampoo, and they must be 100ml or less, or else you must check the bag.) After that rigmarole, you don't even go to the gate, because the flight doesn't have a gate assignment until about 35 minutes before departure. Then I had to climb stairs to get to the cabin. Shouldn't an airport in a market this large have jet bridges for every flight?"

At the check in gate, we asked the check in agent if we could carry on the roller board suitcase we normally use as a carry on for all or flights. We were assured we could. When we arrived at the gate we were told the case was too large and could not be carried on. We were then charged 60 euros for checking the bag when the cost at inital check in would have been only 54euroa. 5)3 gate check in crew were very rude!!! We travel a lot and have never had such a poor experience."

Anyway we made the line and basically the 2 nd time that she checked our loggage and I said we r 4 ppl and each one carry on and she said that besides carry on we had 2 back pack which we fit laptops . She checked and left and when we start boarding the said oh wait here you have 2 back pack so we need to pay for each carry on €60. She not only pulled us out of the line but also asked too many customers to go out of the line and fit even their small purse inside carry on. I was so mad cuz she already asked 2 times Before boarding and she didn't say anything. And during boarding she made us to leave the line and got the back packes inside the carry on . We travelled 3 countries in Europe w one back pack and one carry on. This was my first time ever experiencing this . I would never ever take any flight w easy jet again."

The flight attendant let my mom in with a backpack, paper bag, and a small flat purse. My sister and I, on the other hand, was carrying a backpack and a small purse each. The flight attendant told us to fit our purses in our backpacks. We ended up paying for a checked baggage. Even with one carry on, we were not able to put it in the overhead compartment and we just placed it under the seat. We did not mind paying but we wished that the rule is applied consistently."
Nevýhody: "No boarding gate was printed on our tickets. No boarding gate was displayed on the airport screens. We arrived to CDG 2 hours early. But the airline closed boarding a half hour before the flight time on the ticket. We and others were then not allowed on the flight despite the fact that screens at the gate still said "boarding". When we tried to reschedule the Easy Jet information desk quoted us prices significantly higher than those we found online on our phones at the same time. We had to buy all new tickets spend the entire day in the airport and were fined by our hotel for late check in. Huge loss of money and waste of time. AVOID THIS AIRLINE!"

Výhody: "I regularly fly between Luton & Paris. The Easyjet staff are always happy and professional - on this flight Christopher & Sarah. Their welcome is sincere and the warmth of their hospitality is maintained throughout the flight, as it is with many of their colleagues. I ordered hot food which was not anything beyond OK - but it was as expected, and promptly served on the short flight. The variety of drinks and snacks is good, and the offers on boutique products is worth a look. The flight was comfortable and on time."
Nevýhody: "It seems that fairly regularly the overall experience is marred by inconsistent levels of service by the support services at Luton Aiport (which I believe is run by Menzies). Over several occasions I have waited some time for steps to arrive, and yesterday, it was the availability of coaches to take the passengers to the terminal building. It is as if there is a breakdown in the overall organisation, which is not directly the fault of Easyjet - but being their home base, over which you would expect that Easyjet could exert some influence. The delay was not severe on this occasion, but just takes the edge off an otherwise pleasurable experience."

Since I was in the other country And weekend, I really can not access my bank account. Also security reason also. The rep told me The fee is now 47 euro each bag. Now I was asking to pay 94 euro for my suit cases. I spoke to Manager (customer service leader) Celine about whole thing. She saw my picture (it said "you have successfully update your booking. and 44.46 euro has been taken.). She told me it does not mean anything. It just says updated.???? Am I missing something? It said the fee has been taken. I told her I don't mind to pay the fee. I asked her so many times please let me pay 44 euro For 2 bags, NOT a 94 euro for 2 bags. She said there no exception. The computer said NO evidence of payment. I have to pay 94euro for 2 bags because there were no Evidence. There is an evidence. I paid 94 euro at the checking counter for 2 bags. why they were cheap price? There is a reason for that. I learned from this unfair service from EasyJet. I will never recommend anyone and I will never take it in the future. I have should stay with Air France or Virgin Atlantic from the beginning."
Nevýhody: "Flight was delayed for 1.5 hours on the runway. We were told we would receive a free beverage and snack however the cart never made it down to the end half of the plane so we couldn't even get a drink of water for almost 4 hours until we landed. The crew did not name any apologies and a woman in the row next to me pressed the assistance button to ask a question and they completely ignored her until we landed."

Nevýhody: "I paid 20 pounds to check my suitcase. the handle broke and i am no longer able to pull it. I had to take a taxi from the train because of it and cannot use it any longer. This was a good suitcase, a good brand (Swiss) and the crew must of either not pay attention or being very rough. The suitcase was not 17 pounds therefore was not heavy. I will not recommend this company. I am upset about the whole thing."
