This experience that I experienced at the departing gate was unprecedented, worse than the worse charter flight from a third world country decades ago!!! Apparently Transavia has "Sky Serv" employees doing their departing gate work, and they are the worse I have encountered in my life. Rude, irresponsible, talking back to customers when they dared ask them a question, not caring about anything let alone the comfort of the customers, or advising them of status of departure. As a result, they allowed a line to form for boarding, with all the relevant shoving and pushing, including older people standing and being pushed in line, as the Shy Serv employee went behind the departure desk and THE TIME OF DEPARTURE HAD COME, so it was natural for all to stand up in line thinking they will board, while the ARRIVING PLANE HAD NOT EVEN ARRIVED. And when I realized that (also in line) I asked the Sky Serv employee who appeared as the supervisor, why are they not telling the people that so they can sit down, the answer was "we didn't tell them to stand up"!!! When I told them that I thought it was just considerate to do that, he was joined in defence by his colleagues saying "no-one told you or anybody else to stand up, you and they did". As if this was not enough, when finally the plane came, people debarked, and plane was made ready to board, we were asked to board, only to stop us on the middle of the the boarding bridge and stand there for 15 minutes with no one to tell us anything, until a member of the plane crew came out to advise us of the delay and allow us to proceed to the plane. NEVER AGAIN WILL I FLY TRANSAVIA, or any airline that has "Sky Serv" as it's ground handlers!!!!"

The only VERY EXPENSIVE tickets available had a 6 hour layover IN MOSCOW. This was such a horrible experience. What a way to end our honeymoon. Comfort the Cabin was freezing cold entire time. I bought a blanket which did basically nothing! Was it Oliver twist blanket before hand? The free blankets I get on other lines with the chill out significantly better! Food and drinks was nonexistent which I suppose is the new trend cutting service for profit. However it should’ve been clearly stated to passengers, that we can prepare for the 11 hour flight!! Entertainment it was nice that each seat had a screen, however the selection of entertainment was poor! For example each TV series only had one episode available."

If you like chaos and being treated like a second class citizen, this is the airline for you. Upon arrival at the airport, we were not able to check our bags at check in (you have to pay 80 Euro and go upstairs to do so). When we asked the staff at the front desk, they were blunt and rude and looked at us like we were crazy for even asking to check our bag. At boarding, they called group A to board at a different gate, then proceeded to make everyone stand for the next 20 minutes before giving us the update that they would need another 10 minutes to give us an update. The terminal was so small no one had any room to move or find out what was going on. During the flight, the only in flight entertainment was the map, Titanic (in French), and Wonder Woman. The rest of the channels either didn't work or didn't exist. The flight attendants only spoke to the people who pre-purchased their meals, so don't expect them to acknowledge you if you didn't buy anything. We weren't even offered water on a 7 hour flight, you had to get the attention of the flight attendant so you could purchase water."
Nevýhody: "No wifi, no outlets, no entertainment, no food service, no way to buy food if not included in your ticket The 747 was operated by Wamos Airline and the plane was absolutely dilapidated. The entertainment system was from the 80s, did not function, but I was able to see a blurry image on the screen that said "Malaysia Airlines." The crew were in Wamos uniforms so the connection to Norwegian was completely unclear. The armrest next to mine had fallen off and the life preserver in a row near me had fallen out of the seat. If the interior of the airplane was in such shocking condition, I had to only pray the engine was in better shape. Truly, I wondered if I was part of an elaborate punk the entire time. Flight was delayed on the runway for two hours and then getting to the gate for a half hour. And yet still no food."

Nevýhody: "The staff at the gate at Charles de Gaulle were bonkers, so incompetent that they looked like a Saturday Night Live skit, creating chaos while the boarding passengers tried to act like grown ups and keep their cool. They called over 50 passengers up to the desk by name, gave us no reason, and we milled about in confusion. A passenger in a wheelchair who clearly needed someone to push him was told repeatedly to wait while they did NOT call for help, until someone threw a small fit on his behalf... Then they loaded all the wheelchair and pre-boarding passengers dead last. Passenger lists and boarding pass stubs were repeatedly dropped on the floor, passenger confidentiality was disregarded, and the desk staff alternated btwn arguing openly among themselves and not communicating with eachother at all. Totally unprofessional."

We were locked in the buses for an hour without and word or update looking at the Airbus 330. The plane was a very old version and the “premium”seats were hardly bigger than economy and we never were offered pillows, blankets, drinks until we begged for them nor any explanation. Etc. I am done, done, done with Norwegian airlines."

Norwegian is the only airline that does NOT allow travel agencies to access reservations — meaning should any issue arise, the travel agency will be calling the same Norwegian line that you would, with even less power than you would normally have yourself. Never fly Norwegian if you don't like the sound of 8 hour delays and lost baggage that require a rescheduled flight home — because they will insist on charging you exactly what you paid for the first ticket, claiming there's a "fare difference" when in fact there is none at all. Outright. Theft. Phone operators will not transfer you to their supervisor; online request for problem resolution has not been answered in over two weeks. If you think nothing will ever go wrong with air travel and you want the cheapest seat possible, fly Norwegian every time."

Not sure how I got bumped from a flight that I bought a ticket for 3 weeks ago? Upon waiting at the gate I came to realise that 17 other people had also been bumped. How does an airline overbook a flight that much? We were led to the baggage claim and told to pick up our bags to be rechecked- then the flight attendants disappeared, giving us no further direction as to where to go or what to do. My bags did not arrive on the carousel, either did anyone else’s that had been bumped. We walked up to the check in desk only to be told to consult the baggage service desk downstairs. Upon doing that we were told to go back to the check in desk. After going to the check in desk again we were told to go to the customer service desk. After doing that and waiting another half hour, we were given new tickets and told that our baggage had left on our original flight and would be waiting for us in Barcelona once we got there. Our compensation for all of this hassle was only a free meal from the restaurant. When we went to the restaurant we were told that we were only allowed one of the cold sandwiches and a small drink. Absolutely appalling as we were starving and exhausted. All of the flights were also delayed, however all the boards continued to say they were ‘on time’. The board for the flight we eventually took said we were ‘on time’ despite the fact we were still standing at the gate at the time we were supposed to depart. After arriving on a flight 5 hours later than we should have arrived, We were then told by the baggage desk that the luggage had not arrived in Barcelona and were instead back in Paris. So the staff in Paris blatantly lied just to get us to leave them alone. No apology was offered at any point of this whole ordeal, no compensation other than a sandwich and a bottle of water, and i’m now left with absolutely nothing but the clothes on my back. Not even a complimentary toothbrush which has been given to me along with toiletries and a t-shirt the last time my bags were delayed. Absolutely appalling from all aspects of this whole company. I am sorry to say I’ve already booked my return flight, however after that flight I am never flying Vuelig again!"

It's like going to a restaurant, ordering a filet mignon steak, and then waiter comes out and says "we gave your filet mignon to that person sitting over there, but here's a MacDonalds hamburger for you. And you will still be paying for the filet. Will that be ok?" No. It's not ok. Only an airline would try something like that. This behavior is unacceptable in every other business. Stop doing this now!"

As I arrived in front of the airplane door, the crew said the remaining luggages couldn’t be boarded with us because there wasn’t anymore space in the lockers. 3. The crew was very unprofessional. So, in the end, after paying more for first rows tickets and after being one of the first people in line to be boarded, because of poor organizarion I ended as one of the last to be boarded and without the right to bring with me the personal luggage. An email came through requiring I add additional information for my two companions within 48 hours or their flight would be cancelled and NO refund. I have the app and requested text notification, whereby nothing came through. The flights were cx and I had to book 2 new ones or fly alone. When calling to dispute, I could only email. The phone number was not international. The email rely denied a refund. I requested to escalate the dispute but Wasnt ever connected to that individual. In Paris, I attempted to reach the claims dept and was told to email them or call customer service but don't speak Spanish so got no where. Out 267$."

Our lovely counter agent came to our aid and spoke sense to Ali with a verbal slap about the head-free entertainment-, helping to put some semblance of joy into the experience that is flying Ryanair. If I have a choice, Ryanair would never be it. Crew was lovely allowing my wife and I to sit together after not being able to do so online without more stupid fees."

So I figured, like with every other airline, my wife and I would check in at the desk and pay for the extra checked bag if necessary. Well we ended up having to pay €50 EACH to the airport administrator to get a boarding pass. I went through all the documents I received from the airline, and nothing states that we had to check-in before we arrived. They said they sent me a text message to my hotel, which was the contact number I had put when we bought the ticket. That didn't do anything to help. We will be fighting this with the airlines, discussing our bad experience, and never flying with them again."

I assumed that this may have been completed during the recent purchase because there website said my flight was confirmed. Arriving to the airport later than I would have liked but within more then the 40 minutes required to check-in when I arrived I was put on the incorrect line, after explaining that I wasn't able to check-in online, then when told finally I needed to go customer service. I should have been on the line to check-in instead, and after standing on long lines as a disabled passenger was told that it was to late to board. Your customer service agent didn't apologize for his staffs incompetence putting me on the incorrect lines to check-in and then did not offer to put me on the same flight schedule for the following day unless I payed an additional $100. I would have made my flight in more than enough time especially in such a small airport if the staff put me on the correct line to check-in. I was flying to Madrid on business and missed and had a small window of opportunity to meet a client who because of the delay would no longer be available because they were also soon traveling on business.This snow balled into a variety of problems; I had to pay for the apartment in Madrid I had pre-booked, and train tickets that where purchased would no longer be used, I had to go back to Paris and find another hotel to stay in."
