Nevýhody: "The first announcement they made to all of us in the economy section was thay they did not have any headphones for anyone but business class. I was told when I booked the seat that the headphones would be complementary. So I did not bother to bring any assuming they were going to keep their word; I figure I'd make it work and watch a movie without sound. If that isn't bad enough midway through my nine hour flight my monitor went out and would not turn back on."

Nevýhody: "I was forced to check my carry-on, which is a standard size carry-on. The agent was anything but friendly and said she was not able to send my carry-on directly to Bilbao (she gave me no reason) and that I would have to re-check my bags, go through customs and security in Prague. She knew I had 1.5 hrs between flights, and the risk of losing my flight was pretty high. He agent could only said “sorry” and she would not offer me a solution. The agent next to her could care less about my situation. I asked her who should I contact if lose my flight (i.e. Aeroflot, Czech Airlines, etc) she kept saying “I don’t know, I’m sorry). I asked for my carry-on, but she would not return it. I called Aeroflot customer service, but they were not helpful and a bit rude. To make things worst, the agent placed me in the very last seat in the airplane, so I had to wait a good 20min to de board- time that I didn’t have. I paid so much for his flight and this was not the service that I expected. The only reason I made it to my second flight (Prague-Bilbao) was because the flight was delayed."

Nevýhody: "Awful tablets which are supposed to show movies and other stuff. The touch screen is awful, but there is a mechanical control without which it would be impossible to use. The feedback of this mechanical control is so slow that it makes you feel like being punished for something. I don't know why it's so hard to make a responsive tablet but it's a problem on many-many airplanes. These tablets are so bad that sometimes I think it would be better without one at all."

Nevýhody: "Entertainment system down for a 10 hour flight. Boarding took much longer than it should and ended up taking off late. Waited for my bag at my destination for almost an hour! Food was not very nice, something gelatinous on the meat...only ate the bread and butter."

Výhody: "Was the cheapest airline to my destination (Israel). Blanket was nicely comfy instead of the really thin ones I've had sometimes on other airlines."
Nevýhody: "Never had a problem with any airline's in-flight entertainment system until Aeroflot. (1) Navigation not intuitive - couldn't tell when to use on-screen buttons vs physical buttons (2) Unresponsive navigation would have to press buttons multiple times (3) When rewinding, I could not stop it to get it to Play, resulting in a lot of wasted time trying to get back to where I was (4) No option of selecting subtitles. I'm a native English speaker but due to white noise of plane, would really help to have English subtitles. This was the main reason I needed to rewind so much - because I couldn't make out the dialog. These problems, plus poor food, would make me think twice about using Aeroflot again."

Výhody: "I would rate Aeroflot as a super, world-class airline. I very much enjoyed the high degree of professionalism and service! It is not AT ALL what I heard about it going back to Soviet days. I clearly see the presence of the market mechanism and decentralization, the very opposite of State control. The food was excellent and filling and the movies most interesting! Moreover, I felt very safe and in good hands aboard the Boeing 777. As an American, I would go so far as to place Aeroflot in the same category as Delta or any other American carrier! Классно!/Klassno! (Excellent!) as the Russians say."

На глазах у всех пассажиров. Мне не объяснили причины и не извинились. Я не буду больше летать аэрофлотом и никому не рекомендую."
