Výhody: "The crew was really great, seats like in any Airbus (I guess better then Boeing)"
Nevýhody: "Very old movies as entertainment."

Nevýhody: "Snacks could be better and you could reduce plastic waste. I don't want to drink water from plastic cups, I don't need a napkin to my water, I don't need to receive a sweet bun packed in plastic wrap..."
Nevýhody: "Bathrooms smelled and dirty and not functioning"

Výhody: "2 hour delay, which had a quick transfer. My bag did not arrived with me. I submitted a luggage claim, they were supposed to call me up the following day which they didn't. I took it upon myself to go to the airport to collect my luggage. It took half day to take care of the luggage situation."
Výhody: "Crew was great."
Nevýhody: "I had to switch seats due to recliner and tv remote did not work. Also, my baggage did not arrive on my flight. I had a 14 hour layover in Warsaw which was plenty of time to transfer onto plane. This also occurred on my flight to Germany."

Nevýhody: "Crammed seats. Flight delayed, almost missed connection flight. Luggage didn’t make it to the final destination. Luggage was delivered to my hotel in 2 days, but noticed they have been opened (had tapes around my bags, the tapes were cut/altered). Some stuff was missing. Worst."
Nevýhody: "I am disabled and the ground crew and flight crew were terrific in helping me board and getting me to my connecting flight."

Výhody: "Business Class on LOT Flight No. 21 from Warsaw to Los Angeles is excellent! The Boeing 787 Dreamliner is a beautiful plane and the Business Class seats are very comfortable. The food was pretty good and the flight attendants were extremely nice!"
Nevýhody: "There was a two and a half hour delay for technical problems for our flight from Warsaw to Los Angeles on Tuesday July 24, 2018. There had been a two-hour delay for my flight in from Warsaw to Moscow, also for technical problems, on Friday July 13, 2018. Obviously, LOT needs to insure its planes are safe, but it needs to do so sufficiently in advance of take-off so that its passengers are not inconvenienced by lengthy delays."

Nevýhody: "Food was terrible. If you’re flying to America, serve American style meals. I missed my connecting flight because we were delayed by 45 minutes but Polish Airlines didn’t provide a hotel voucher so I had to pay for a hotel out of pocket. Rude flight attendants and overall, very uncomfortable experience. I will pay the difference and fly SWISS next time."
Nevýhody: "On Monday, May 21, payment was made for 2 suitcases in the amount of $47. At check in next day we were asked to pay and paid 40 Euro for 2 suitcases. We told them that we already paid, to no avail. We would like to have an explanation. According to LOT luggage policy we should not be paying for 1 suitcase per person at all.."
Výhody: "The plain was delayed more than three hours"
Nevýhody: "Crew moved extremely slow despite a delay. (E.g. we could have departed sooner if they moved quicker and were more organized. Boarding process was poorly managed and chaotic. Total lack of communication about the delay. Missed our connecting flight due to the delay and had to beg for info about how to get a new flight."
Výhody: "LOT short flights are well run, organized, cabin crew are approachable and friendly. Announcements from the flight crew are informative and reassuring. Check in and boarding in Budapest was smooth and easy."

Nevýhody: "In Warsaw they took us by bus in a snow storm in freezing cold. They left us standing on an open bus in minus temperatures for 30 minutes instead of sending a few buses to take us to the plane."
Výhody: "I book this flight months in advance and got a really good deal. Everything was really good, crew was pleasant food was pretty good, which is rare in the air. Airplane was clean and the bathrooms dint stink. Entertainment was very good, loved it that I could find good Russian comedies. Seats were really comfy, I slept for the first time in a plane. Really recommend this airlines"
Výhody: "Good basic flight. Noticeably less leg room than other flights. Flight staff were pleasant."
Nevýhody: "Flight was delayed an hour and a half. Liked the Minsk airport though."
Nevýhody: "This plane is never on time. Count at least 45 min delay. I avoid this airline. Take their tickets only if they are significantly cheaper than the competitors."

Nevýhody: "Lack of checked baggage just causes commotion during boarding when the airline finally realizes too many bags and offers free bag checkin... Don't get the bad habbits from us airlines..."
Výhody: "Airport was small and quick to get through."

Výhody: "The actual flight was fine. The food was decent. The entertainment selection was good. The flight attendants were pleasant. We got plenty to eat and drink."
Nevýhody: "We found out in Poland that my wife was missing an eTA number necessary for her to fly into Canada. With our previous flight delayed, the application did not process in time, and we missed our connecting flight. As a result, we were stuck in Poland for 24 hours, leading to lost sleep, added expense, and much frustration. Customer service in Poland was helpful but extremely slow. Many customers needed help and it took about an hour for each customer. We waited in line for hours. We were not charged for a new flight, but we did spend 10 exhausting hours in the airport before we had everything resolved and were able to leave and get a few hours of sleep."
Výhody: "I would not give 1 star. 0 if possible!"
Nevýhody: "Because of loosing our connecting flight in Warsaw (due to weather...I think, it was never explain to us why our first flight had a 3 hour delay), the boarding staff was very helpful finding us a different route. Well the flight from Warsaw to Berlin, operated by LOT was horrible! No snacks no drinks, not even water on a 2hour flight! Shame on you! I had my wedding gown with me and I asked one of the crew members to put it in one of the closets design for this. And in a broken English she told me 'ya there is a problem' and she showed me the closet, it was full with the crew luggage :( We ended up laying the gown on one seat that was empty! When we arrived at our destination and picked up our luggage we noticed that they broke one of the wheels. Overall very ugly experience with LOT!!!"

Nevýhody: "Hard to check in online from hotel in Munich. Hard and confusing where and how to check in at Munich airport and very time consuming. Having to pay $20 per bag but not at the check in counter but at another counter and then at the gate counter being call up to get checked that we did pay the $20 for the bags. Made me feel 3rd class."
Nevýhody: "I had to pay 70 Euros for luggage one way, while there was no information that my ticket does not include luggage. Actually, economic tickets (as mine) should have allowed for trips in Europe a checked in luggage according to the company website. I do not find any information regarding how I can pay for my luggage in advance, and not at the airport."
Výhody: "My screen froze and crew reset it. Very friendly and professional crew. Best airline food ever!"
