Nevýhody: "Your incompetent agents messed up my reservation multiple times. They called my home and emailed asking for a payment, even though my client bought the ticket for me. Then, when I was checking in I realized my name was wrong even though my client has a document that proves she typed the right name. Finally, and AGAIN KAYAK, I arrive at the airport and Turkish Air says the ticket is booked but not ticked. So I had to jump on a 30min wait over the phone trying to solve issue after issue. Never doing business again with Kayak."

Nevýhody: "Late into the flight there appeared to be a medical emergency taking place just a few rows ahead of me. No announcement was made; it was as though we were expected to ignore the situation. But with the lights in the cabin turned on, a small crowd gathered, and the passenger being vocal in his distress .. . a brief announcement would have been nice: Situation under control, no need to worry, flight will continue as scheduled. The passenger had a relapse a few hours later - again no acknowledgement from the crew to reassure those of us who could hear his cries of distress."

Nevýhody: "There was a female attendant who as soon as I got to my seat asked me to stop blocking the aisle. I found this very annoying because I'd only just stopped at my seat. I found her manner disrespectful."

I love flights that give you a hot towel when you arrive, so that was a big plus in my book. The flight stewards were so helpful both on and off the flight. The food was delicious. Movie selections were freat ad well."

The employee at Lufthansa Senator lounge was nice enough to tell us that the crew must have felt like leaving early. She was very nonchalant about the whole issue. She also refused to assist us, and told us we needed to exit the airport and reenter through the ticketing counter. I upheld my end of the deal by reaching the gate in time. This situation needs to be rectified."

It took over an hour to get to talk with someone and then we had to wait for another half hour before we could get our voucher for a room and breakfast after having no dinner! Really bad, but the next day we had an easy flight, just got to our destination late and missed several tours we had booked."

Entertainment - none, this being BA short haul (others can manage it but not BA)"

This cost me a lot of time and money, but BA made out like bandits -- selling my original seat, and then selling out the next flight (because the delay!). Nice rip-off."

Nevýhody: "The guy seated next to me was too big for his seat and he took up about 20% of my seat. Absolutely disgusting. My seat should have cost 20% less because I did not have access to my full space. Crew should be trained to not allow customers who cannot fit into a single seat to only have a ticket for one seat. The crew identifies bags that do not fit, they should do the same thing with people."

There was room in the overhead bins. Frustrated that no reason was provided for mandatory checking of baggage, especially when having alliance priority status."

I wont make it to madrid until 6pm incremeting my travel time to a total of 24 hours for this reason it was and is a POOR and mediocre flight!"

Nevýhody: "Only part that was a challenge was the transfer at Heathrow from one flight to the next. While it has improved since my last transit through there many years ago it is still not my first choice when I fly international."

We had a tight connection, no attempt was made by anyone to prioritize those with less than 45 minute connections. We had one immigration officer for 2 lanes including the fast lane, what is the point of it. After immigration the automatic system did not let us in the boarding area. We were redirected by staff to leave the secure area without any clear explanation of what to do next. When we arrive in the ticketing area, we, several of us, went to try to go through security. That is when we were told we missed the connection. Then we were told to go to B1, after waiting in line we were told to go to zone E for reticketing. At which point I went in standby, only passenger from the group following to Edinburgh, did not make the 2nd flight either. Waited 6 hours at Heathrow..,"

Nevýhody: "There was a loose screw on the plane and they did not detect it until the flight was about to take off! We had a delay -- though not too long, this was preventable."

The lady at the check in counter said they were weighing everyone’s at the gate so there was no way to get around it This however was a lie and they were not checking weight and people got on without having to pay the outrageous fee"

Nevýhody: "I booked these tickets for my friends Jamal Wiggins and Anthony Maxwell and they are still Lisbon. They are still in Lisbon! Their flight, 1306, had been delayed for almost 6 hours. The gate keeps changing and they've been getting ther run around all day. No food vouchers. This is horrendous. I am here at Prague airport. We only have a few days here and now one day is gone. They should be reimbursed! We are paying 400 euros for hotel rooms that aren't even being used because of this delay."

Nevýhody: "Our flight leaving Boston was delayed by 2 hours due to a mechanical issue. So, we missed our connection in Lisbon to Venice (our final destination). We were rerouted from Lisbon to Rome and then to Venice, turning our 2 leg journey into a 3 leg flight. We were offered just 16 euros worth of food vouchers for our trouble. We asked for lounge access because missing our connection meant we had to cool our heels in the Lisbon airport for 3 hours until our flight to Rome took off. We were told we'd have to pay for the lounge! Then, our flight to Rome was delayed. We stood at the gate for 40 minutes past boarding time. No staff even announced that the plane was delayed or how long we should expect to wait. When we finally got to Rome, we had 10 minutes to make our connection to Venice. We lost an entire day in Venice."

Nevýhody: "The delay which caused us to miss our connecting flight and as a result being stranded at the Lisbon airport for 6+ hrs. This would have been avoided if there was proper communication within the airline-- an absolutely irresponsible way to handle our plight. The ground personnel themselves admitted that no one informed them of our arrival time. True or false? go figure.This all occured while they refused to allow us on board our plane that was still at the gate and nowhere near taking off. This also resulted in rescheduling our ground transfer, which resulted in additional expense. Overall, a nightmare of an airline. Avoid."

Nevýhody: "Less meat in the food, please. I somehow missed the opportunity to request a vegetarian meal, but many other airlines offer at least one vegetarian entree option (e.g., pasta)."

Výhody: "Excellent portuguese food served on board, crew was friendly."
Nevýhody: "My entertainment console did not work for the entire 8 hour flight, and to make matters worse the screen kept flashing a bright white light every 30 seconds or so, preventing me from sleeping. I had to tell 3-4 crew members for them to at least broadcast a movie to my seat to make the flashing stop. I was also seated right next to the bathroom, which usually isn't so bad, but since most of the passengers were elderly, it was being used literally nonstop for the majority of the flight. The crew only briefly cleaned it once... I was seated next to a screaming toddler as well. This isn't really the airline's fault, but it certainly didn't help. I felt like I did not get my money's worth for this flight and that it was a poor experience."

Výhody: "We flew to Toronto on the rebooked flight and we were treated very badly by the gate agent who simply told us: Go see customer service, you are not on this flight' without even an attempt to explain why we could not get on to the flight to London. I think they do not respect their customers. Very disappointed with Air Canada' service."
Nevýhody: "Nothing about our trip to London on Air Canada was positive. We had requested vegetarian meals for all our flights. They did not provide us any food on the flight because they did not have our names on the list for Vegetarian meals on the rebooked flight. Our experience with Air Canada was everything that is the worst in airline travel and customer service."

Nevýhody: "When I got to the airport, the attendant notified me that my flight had been exchanged. No one notified me of this and I was still under the impression that my flight was scheduled as my itenerary in my latest email. It took two hours to figure out that United had changed my flight and booked me on a different one. Once again, without notifying me. Thank god they changed my flight to a later one or I would have missed it. By the time we figured out what flight I was on, I had to sprint to a different terminal because check in was closing in 20 mins. I arrived at the check in kiosk with less than 5 mins to spare. The experience was terrible and customer service from each Kayak, United and Air Canada. I also injured my back while sprinting between terminals wearing a heavy backpacking backpack. Would not book through Kayak again."

Nevýhody: "I hour layover from Newark to Montreal to get a connecting flight to Paris. I almost missed my plane. I didn't pickup my luggage for custom inspection , luckily it arrived on the destination place. I was so stressed out only 2 minutes left and they would have closed the door."

Nevýhody: "No leg room. Horrible food, issues with hot beverages. No screens!!! On transatlantic flight? No movies??? Never again"

Nevýhody: "The plane didn't have video screens and didn't warn us to bring any entertainment so it was very boring. The plane smelled like urine. the crew had like tissue boxes sprawled on the floor. Bathrooms were not cleaned during the flight and there were tissues everywhere. The dinner was terrible. I had the pasta and it was just gross tasting. I don't even know what kind of sauce they tried to put on it."

Výhody: "and I'm average height (5'10"). Flight boarded early and we were airborne by scheduled take off time. Fortunately, we checked at scheduled boarding time and made last call. Crew was friendly. Movies were OK. Mostly old hat. Bring your own I-pod. They only come around once with beverages so you have to ask."

Výhody: "The crew in the flight from Rome were marvelous. I was sick during the flight and they were helpful"
Nevýhody: "The flight was horribly delayed and my plans and onwards transit was seriously affected. I missed my connecting flight from Toronto to New York and as a result, my plans to proceed to Boston was destroyed. When I spoke to the agent in Toronto, to route me to Boston, she told me that Air Canada's contract with me is to a place and not necessarily at a particular time. That was unbelievable. I arrived New York stranded, at 1:30pm, with no ability to continue to Boston. I had to spend so much money to get me to Boston. It was a horribly long day. Over 25 hours on the road, counting when I arrived Rome airport and when I finally got home."

Výhody: "The flight from DC to Toronto was late around four hours and after we got on the plane We went back and we were waiting at the airport while get more fuel and which repaired the fault on the plane. so I was late for my next flight to FrankfurtSo I was put on a flight to Frankfurt with a connection in Lisbon.In the end, my suitcase was lost and I got it only two days later. Never I will no longer use AirCanada small planes !"

Nevýhody: "Cancelled flight and didn't even tell me a reason. They couldn't even make reservation for hotel. Hotel sent me back to airport because i didn't have voucher which AIr Canada guys said they can't make one? Everything didn't make sense. And they told me not to come again. They took like... whole day to book another flight. And i had hard time understanding what they were saying."

Nevýhody: "There was no entertainment system. The boarding was extremely slow and delayed due to the amount of carry on luggage. Ultra slim uncomfortable seats for a 9 hour flight."

Nevýhody: "Being bumped off of our connecting flight home after a long international flight due to overbooking (even though we had checked in all the way through from our departure city). We got split up going home and the $800 voucher that we were promised was decreeased to $400. They also lost our bag due to the changes. The reason we didnt get priority for seats on our connection is because our first flight landed at the last minute and by the time we got to the gate, all but 1 seat were claimed on a furst come first served basis. All staff treated the entire thing as an "oh well tough luck". No empathy because they suck so bad, they're used to seeing angry customers."

Nevýhody: "no movie screens and I didn't have a device to watch anything on :{"

Nevýhody: "I understand that it is the duty of the traveller to figure out the legalities but a little heads up about visa requirements would be nice. I did know I needed a document to transit Canada but their website is absolutely not straight forward in telling you what you need to do. I read there was an exempt till September 2016 and since I was flying before it, I thought I would be fine. While I understand it was my fault for not doing my research, it's the way the airline company handled the situation that incredibly frustrated me. There is no empathy or willingness to help a traveler about to embark on their journey, when they are told they can't board. I didn't know you needed a visa just to transit!! It's just stone cold responses and haughtiness. It's a new rule, cut me some slack! They just pushed me off to a partner airline and I was asked to pay 1500$ for a one way flight. I m getting very frustrated with airlines of late! Customer service sucks. There is no genuine empathy for a person in a bind. It's all about making money and getting you out of the line. I'm just disappointed."

Nevýhody: "I thought that the flight being delayed by almost 2 hours was terrible. That should not have happened."

Výhody: "Nothing - they were immature, unprofessional, nervous, unhelpful, and visibly shaken by relatively side problems."
Nevýhody: "The flight was delayed for hours but not technically cancelled, which the ground crew blamed upon the flight crew and vice versa. The failure to cancel caused us to be unable to rebook, and subsequent avoidable delays arising from Air Canada's ineptitude caused us to be two,days late for arrival. The problem was solvable with some simple rebooking, but the ground,crew failed to assist, then the flight crew, when we finally left five hours late, was Impersonable, unhelpful, uninformed, and utterly unprepared. It was a terrible, second rate, poor quality experience and I would not recommend Air Canada to anyone. Your airline needs serious training in Professionalism and responsiveness."

Nevýhody: "We arrived into London so late that we were forced to take a taxi at a huge expense. During the 3 hr delay the only food provided was a small bag of pretzels and water."

Nevýhody: "I was not able to board this flight. And it was such a disappointment and a shocking first for me. I reached the airport and on being checked at the counter, I was told that I cannot board because I don't have a Canadian visa. It was shocking to learn that I needed visa for a 1.5 hour layover. The website should give a prompt or should share the requirements. And all my ticket money got wasted."

Nevýhody: "Boarding pass said no meals so I bought very expensive sandwiches in the airport and then they served meals on the plane"
