Very disappointed and flight was very late."

Nevýhody: "It was getting there that was a pain. I am a handicapped passenger, traveling alone, walking on a cane. When you enter Terminal 1, you have to turn left and walk about 150 meters to an "assistance station" to get a wheelchair before you even check in for the flight. So for me it was walk 150 meters to wait for a wheelchair, be wheeled back to the airline's desk to check in, then go back the way you came to pass through security. (By the way, in the UK, you must remove all gels for a separate inspection, meaning toothpaste and shampoo, and they must be 100ml or less, or else you must check the bag.) After that rigmarole, you don't even go to the gate, because the flight doesn't have a gate assignment until about 35 minutes before departure. Then I had to climb stairs to get to the cabin. Shouldn't an airport in a market this large have jet bridges for every flight?"
Nevýhody: "It seems to be a particular quirk of British Airports that gates are not announced until shortly before flight departure. I really dislike this because instead of making one's way direct to the gate and relaxing at the gate, one must wait in a crowded "shopping mall" with no view of the aircraft, and then when the gate is announced, make a mad rush to the gate. The rest of the world can give the gate well ahead of time, why can't Britain do the same?"
Výhody: "Although there was a delay, the staff were as friendly and helpful as can be. They kept us posted throughout. Boarding was carried out super quick. Flight staff were very friendly and had been delayed themselves and working extra hours for us"

Nevýhody: "We were a family of 4 traveling to Paris from Barcelona and had minimal luggage, yet the attendant singled us out and made us pay 60 Euro per bag to stow our carry-on bags. We had small book bags/purses and I tried to explain that they were our purses. She wouldn't listen. Our luggage was taken, we paid 60 Euro for 3 pieces to be stowed. Once we got on the plane, there were at least 14 people that boarded with a small roller carryon (like ours) and a backpack purse or small backpack. There was also plenty of room in the overhead bins as the flight was not full. In addition, one of our carry-on bags was torn apart by the time we arrived in Paris---the wheels were broken off and it would no longer roll. I am not sure why we were singled out when others had the same or much bigger luggage on the plane. Disappointed."
Nevýhody: "I was charged 60 euros (nearly $75) at the gate to check a bag (wish I had done a round-trip with Vueling instead, who does not charge for an extra bag). I will NEVER book with EasyJet again! The baggage cost was the exact price of the flight... EasyJet should inform customers at time of PURCHASE regarding carry-on costs, NOT at the GATE. My bag was sent to baggage reclaim, which was past immigration... I had to go through immigration, collect my bag and re-enter the airport for a connecting flight and go through customs, as if I was a newly arriving at the airport!!!!! I am a very dissatisfied customer."

Výhody: "The flight was quick, smooth and efficient. I can't give stars for food and entertainment as I entertained myself by reading and EasyJet doesn't provide TV screens etc. Same with the food. I always buy something at the airport because I dislike airline food on short haul flights. We landed earlier so that was an added bonus. Flight attendants were polite and professional."

Nevýhody: "One of the worst check-ins I have witnessed. My name is Tania and I do travel on a weekly basis due to my job. This is the worst, rudest check in crew I have ever seen. The communication with your customers should always be pleasant and polite, not arrogant and, quite frankly, dismissive. As it happens with many flights, a lot of travelers are not familiar with the "one bag" easyjet policy. I did not have the issue as I am quite familiar and make a point to put my tiny hand bag inside my carry on. I did witness the uncourteous way the boarding crew explained or shall I say, unexplained the policy. As it was a rather full flight, most of us that boarded pat had to check in our bags as we board the flight. The boarding crew did not bother to let us know that it was a full flight and unfortunately we had to check in out bags, but rather ignored us, put the checkin tag on our bags while avoiding eye contact. I had to literally bend over to search for the boarding crew 's eyes to confirm I had to check in my luggages as she refused to even listen to my question. She rudely responded that yes, your bag in going down. Now, as I said, I am a frequent traveler, and I understand the stress of the flight running late, the ocerbookings, the cancellations and the less amiable travelers (I have seen my share or indecent people who have no decor what so ever). However, in this case your boarding crew did nothing to communicate properly to their customers, your customers! Being rude, unfriendly and unnacommodating is simply unacceptable when it comes to customer service. I normally don't write reviews, but the behavior was so outraging that I cannot be a quite passenger... not this time."

We had to pay for a new ticket, which was also delayed, where boarding didn't start until about 40 min after stated time, and set off and hour after stated time."

Nevýhody: "The airline overbooked the flight due to an earlier plane being cancelled. My boarding pass was issued with no seat number which meant I had to wait with a large group of other people until everyone that had been allocated a seat number boarded. There was no communication from their staff and departure was delayed well over two hours. Things didn’t get much better on board as the crew left it so late to start the food service only passenger upto row 24 got the chance to buy a drink or food before they had to stop serving and prepare for landing. Add all this to the saga that was the outband flight and you’ll understand why the whole plane burst into laughter when the crew announced “welcome to Gatwick, apolagies for the delay, and we look forward to flying with you again”. Shocking service! Never again!"
Nevýhody: "The boarding time has been changing every few minutes since the morning. I arrived in the gate where there were about 30 people with boarding passes but no assigned seats all overbooked. Half the people left on a bus then boarding stopped and we're returned back to the terminal going through security and hour or so later. The company reps had a big attitude problem and could provide no explanation to what and why anything is happening. In the end they tell us to leave the gate after 1.5 hours wait and look for new boarding info around 2pm. I managed to get on the flight by chance: no updated info was announced - I by chance heard a poor fellow working for the airline trying to find people at a nearby cafe who were supposed to be on that flight. If I had my headphones on I doubt I would be able to board that plane"

I couldn’t get my boarding passes from Vueling’s website, as the login details as required by Vueling, are actually those used by who “bought” the ticket - some random email used by Kayak / Lastminute.com, and not mine! Crazy! Moreover, the whole business processes that Vieling use are just dijointed. even getting help I still never received by boarding passes via email."
Nevýhody: "Worse, Vueling charge you, on checking, to “choose seats” with no obvious way of not paying for them! I’m sure here was a link somewhere - but could I see it?! Nope! that and my suitcases, and I had paid over €100 extra on top of my initial flight cost. BA or Easyjet next time!"

Nevýhody: "They overbooked the flight. We were a party of eight and half of us got to go on the 12pm flight and myself my husband and 2 children had to wait! We were told we could get on a 4pm flight and were rebooked for a 9pm flight!! Then they lost all my luggage and when I did get it we only got 2bags! My kids while suitcase went missing for two days! Totally unacceptable! Worse thing is the lack of direction to handle the situation. Their answer was by law were allowed to overbook! Seriously! I know this is true but these airlines should. It be allowed to do that it’s disruptive to people’s lives that have paid money to be on these flights. So our 4day vacation is now down to 3 and of those 3days we spent one day waiting on partial delivery of our luggage!"

However the experience we had flying with Vueling had caused us so much unnecessary stress & made me (very patient by nature) so extremely nervous that I got a stomach pain & gastritis excaverbation. Nevýhody: "To be specific Vueling's check-in associate Lafth (he wouldn't provide his last name even when we requested it for the purposes of this review) was the most unhelpful, rude & unprofessional public service worker! He was doing his job with the attitude as if he was doing us a favor, meanwhile making unappropriate comments related to the country of our destination & the United States. He assigned a seat to my boyfriend and informed me that I wont have a seat due to overbooking. We explained to him that we absolutely mus be on the plane due to the importance of an evening we had ahead. He seemed to enjoy the difficulty of our situation & had zero compassion & showed no attempt to help or to see what he can possibly do. The grim on his face suggested "screw you, guys!" And sarcastically added "good luck to you"! Seriously!? I was furious & so upset & also nervous because not making it to the point of our destination would be extremely unfortunate. My boyfriend suggested to assign a seat to me & to check in two luggages under my name & he would figure out an alternative scenario for his way to get to our destination in case they wouldn't find a seat for him at the gate. At the gate we met with two other associates who seemed to have zero training in what their job is. They had no understanding, no outside of the box thinking, no creativity & no any hint of compassion! Striking! Only because a guy from Iberia airlines came to help these two incompetent associates we started to feel that someone with the brain & knowledge is finally involved. Finally, we were given a second seat "miracoulasly" somehow it was available.. hmmm... and guess what!? Not just one! As we got on a plane I saw at least 4 seats (in my vicinity) unoccupied! The bottom line Lafth (the check in guy) knew it! But his miserable attitude had caused us all unnecessary stress, my nerves & caused his company this review. My suggestion- choose other airline!"

Nevýhody: "The crew was late, which delayed our takeoff by 20 minutes, which is unpleasant when you have already boarded the plane and are stuck in your seat. However, the flight only landed 5 minutes later than planned. The seats are not very comfortable for flights longer than one hour. There is not enough room to work on your laptop at your seat. I was constantly bumping elbows with the passenger next to me. The cabin temperature was extremely warm. I was sweating nearly the entire flight and I felt very uncomfortable."
Nevýhody: "Flight didn’t leave until about 11 as boardinf didn’t start until after 10 so we arrived in Manchester at midnight."
Výhody: "Nothing -apart from the fact I eventually got to the destination I needed the same day!!"
Nevýhody: "The delays. The lack of information. It became obvious we were not going to leave on time. But No announcement. nobody told us of the delay - or why. Then the conflicting information. Technical problems. Flight cancelled. Go to Ryan air deal to organise your own forward travel. Then - once back through Police & customs. No - flight going to happen!!! I have more to say about service & crew - but no space"

Nevýhody: "Sneaky pricing methods set up to catch you on return flight when you have no option but to pay to get back with dreadful unprofessional staff. I will never fly with them again if I can help it.i will go out off my way to tell as many as possible to never use or trust them."

Nevýhody: "Had to pay for not checking in 2hrs before 55 euros per person, After booking information there isnt clear enough notification asking for prior check-in. Flight attendants allowed anyone and everyone change seats before takeoff .. simply seems like Ryanair has no procedures and rules to follow... flight attendants look like they are on life support.. no smiling or kindness whatsoever... Seats were really uncomfortable, cant even recline the seats. Landing was scary. Budget of all budget airlines.. simply a joke and a waste of money ... vueling or easyjet is a 100 times better"
Nevýhody: "Poor customer service, no information on or apology for delay. Then 1.5 hrs after landing our baggage finally came on the baggage carousel. Again no explanation or info. Very poor experience."

Výhody: "The crew didn’t allow a very visibly drunk passenger on board which was good. We were concerned about him coming on the plane so were very pleased they didn’t allow him to board."
Nevýhody: "The plane was delayed and when we did board it was very clear that absolutely no cleaning had taken place. Appreciate the effort not to be any later than we were but not nice to get to a seat with crisps and malteasers everywhere."

No refreshments available while we were waiting really poor from Ryan air I won't be flying with them agen"
Nevýhody: "Very unimpressed with Kayak. Was contacted to pay more money than originally sold due to their speed of service between me buying via kayak and them contacting Ryanair. Flight was absolutely fine but kayak service awful."
Výhody: "Overall a great flight! Uncomplicated and easy even for a family of five. We got a great deal on the flights and service was good!"
Nevýhody: "We were late boarding and departing for both departures, yet we gained time in the air. Great job!"
Nevýhody: "Was approached when queing and told my bag was to go in the hold, there were people that had bigger/more bags that were not told this, i understand that if there is not enough room but surely first come first serve, we stood in the que specifically that this would not happen as we were in rush once we landed and did not have time to wait for bags. There were many people behind us that got to take their bag into the cabin."

Nevýhody: "Awful experience. Could not print boarding passes online and tried to pull them up at the airport, but there was no internet connection. Staff was incredibly rude and tried to make us pay $50 to print on site. Finally downloaded the passes (which, by the way, we had to obtain at least 24 hrs in advance - an easy email to miss). "Priority boarding" (also paid extra for) was a joke. Everyone had to get on a bus to arrive at the plane, and no order was kept, so it was basically a free-for-all to board the plane (lots of flying elbows). As a result, the overhead space by our seats (second row) was filled and we had to put our bags much further back (again defeating the purpose of "priority boarding"). Upon arrival to our destination, there was zero indication that our checked bag would be at completely different terminal. It took going through lost and found and 2 information folks to find the correct baggage claim area (and another go through security). All in all, a terrible experience. Not worth the extra $$ we may have saved. AVOID!!!"

Výhody: "This Ryan air trip was a bit more relaxed, smooth and fast. I paid Ymir the extra suitcase check in and geared that Ryan air and extremely particular in weight. My 20 kg bag came a little over but it was fine, nothing said. It was smooth and no issues. I would book Ryan air again"

Nevýhody: "Not much TO like. The biggest problem was having our luggage LOST for 90 mins after arriving at Rome. How does the plane lose our luggage on a DIRECT flight? And in that time items disappeared from one of our suitcases. Specifically, $60 U.S. And a set of Bluetooth wireless earphones. My fault I know for putting cash in a checked bag, but I KNOW they were in there when we left Barcelona. Just a huge lack of respect by their employees.But having to wait 90 mins to retrieve our luggage was just uncalled for. Also, having the flight crew acting like street vendors trying to sell items during the flight was very low class. I know you get what you pay for, but it felt very cheesy and unprofessional to have them moving thru the plane hawking wares."
