Because of this, I missed my connecting flight in Zurich. Apparently hundreds of other passengers were in a similar situation, because I spent the next 6.5 hours standing in line to getting my new itinerary and hotel vouchers."

The employees already knew the luggages are in a mess, and so were the claims. When taking LH, we have to accommodate luggage delay into our planning."

The baggage policy was not clear when I purchased my ticket, and I was charged an additional 30 Euros upon boarding to check a bag that met the carry-on size requirements (I had looked this up ahead of time), but because it was in addition to my purse (which fit under the seat), I was forced to pay to check it. Had I been aware that this ticket only permitted a purse-sized carry-on when purchasing the ticket, I would have selected a different ticket/carrier entirely. What was even more confusing was that I had flown on a similar ticket from London to Vienna, and didn't have any issue bringing a carry-on and a purse, so of course I was surprised when they told me I had to pay an additional 30Euro for the same two bags! When I tried to explain this to the agent, she argued with me and was very unhelpful. Overall, a very negative experience on Austrian Air. I will not be returning."

Overall this caused unnecessary delays that were compounded by the fact that I couldn’t use my TSA precheck. My main problem on the plane was that I had to struggle to get water served to me. It’s always so dry on planes and I would have liked to be able to get more than one tiny glass of water at a time. Also, would have loved a window at my window seat. Plus no WIFI!?"

When you enter Terminal 1, you have to turn left and walk about 150 meters to an "assistance station" to get a wheelchair before you even check in for the flight. So for me it was walk 150 meters to wait for a wheelchair, be wheeled back to the airline's desk to check in, then go back the way you came to pass through security. (By the way, in the UK, you must remove all gels for a separate inspection, meaning toothpaste and shampoo, and they must be 100ml or less, or else you must check the bag.) After that rigmarole, you don't even go to the gate, because the flight doesn't have a gate assignment until about 35 minutes before departure. Then I had to climb stairs to get to the cabin. Shouldn't an airport in a market this large have jet bridges for every flight?"

We were told we would receive a free beverage and snack however the cart never made it down to the end half of the plane so we couldn't even get a drink of water for almost 4 hours until we landed. The crew did not name any apologies and a woman in the row next to me pressed the assistance button to ask a question and they completely ignored her until we landed."

At one point a scuffle broke out between some people in the queue and another time the lady next to me fainted. There was no one managing the queues. This is not easyJet's fault, but the fault of the Israeli immigration service, but perhaps easyJet could make representation on behalf of passengers to the Israeli immigration people."

Nevýhody: "The flight was delayed by more 1.5 hrs without any compensation whatsoever. The flight was a late one that was supposed to take off at 9:40 and land at 10:10. Instead we landed at Heathrow at almost 12am. The walk from the plane to the baggage collection was approx. a 15min walk which is too long for such a ridiculously delayed flight and then when I did arrive at the baggage area, my luggage did not arrive until 5-10mins later. I then had to travel to the south terminal of gatwick to get a train. By the time I reached the train station it was already past 12:30am and the train to London bridge that I usually take was no longer running. The only option I had was to take a train into the city then take a night bus all the way home or take a taxi. So I took a tax costing me more than double the amount I would have paid taking train home. This was without any sort of compensation or real explanation for the cause of delay. This is the second time I have taken an easyjet flight from Basel and it has been delayed. I am highly dissatisfied with the overall journey. As a note, the company should consider having blankets on deck for the evening flights in the winter when it is cold. I asked for one and there wasn't even one on deck."
