My only one peeve was that I was asked by the flight to sit next to an unaccompanied minor in case of energency. Being a mother. I thought, no problem. The child then became my responsibility on a ten hour flight. Boundaries were crossed when it graduated from assistance to responsibility byt little one could do mid air."

The food was above what I expected coach meals to be from my experiences flying different carriers to over 8 different countries. The customer service was amazing! The lady flight attendant for my section was very attentive and friendly. When I came out of the bathroom, I accidentally interrupted one male flight attendant from doing his job, he politely gestured which reassured me that he would be right with me when he was done with what he was doing. I asked him if they had any heartburn or antiacids available which they didn't. These 2 interactions with the flight attendants made the flight very enjoyable."
Nevýhody: "I was in couch and in the middle seat. I usually get the aisle or window so it was a hard adjustment to sleep in the middle seat because I didn't have leg room and couldn't lean my body against anything so I had to shift often to avoid my bottom from feeling numb."

At the gate, I asked if there was an isle seat or an emergency row seat available (because I have long legs and long feet) and he said he would check and see. Well, he failed to inform me if any of the seats were available, so I sat in a window seat to Istanbul and a middle seat to Venice. I had to pay $160 for an extra bag to Venice. I asked if the airline allowed military members to check a third bag for free, I was laughed at, and told that US military members get charged more because we're not in the Turkish military. So as you can see, this trip started off horribly. My flight attendant seemed like she was having a horrible day because her attitude and customer service was bad."

Either I flew back on the same aircraft in which the system was defective and was not repaired for 3 weeks, or all the Turkish aircrafts have no entertainment system. How it was elected to be Europe's Number 1 airline last year is a mystery. May be the service in all other European airlines is less than this"
Aegean needs to bring back hot meals and drink offer as before COVID!
No alcohol on the plane anymore. A glass of wine back in the day would make the flight much more enjoyable

I spent 3 days in the same clothes. Not a pleasant experience."

Aegean Air handed us a sheet saying that their service fell below the standard and that we were entitled to free flights, but we won't be able to use them as we were only in Greece for a limited time (on our honeymoon). It would be terrific if Kayak could get our flights refunded by Aegean Air. Thank you."

We requested a wheelchair between the Lufthansa and Condor flights we took and the Lufthansa crew had no data about the wheelchair request. Condor did not pass the request even though we bought the two tickets through them and called twice to confirm there is a wheel chair.

When attempting to do that online we were unable to, even though it showed the price to do so online was cheaper than the price at the gate. They made us fully check these bags once we got there and we had to pay $40 instead of the 15 or so it stated online. We had to be shuttled to the aircraft and had to wait because the first bus was closed by the operator. We had to wait until the second round for the bus to come back. During the flight the pilot did not mention any turbulence however during the entirety of the flight, including leading up to the landing of the plane, we experienced extreme rocking of the plane back and forth ( I’m aware that this does occur during landings while loosing elevation but this was an extreme case of that) and caused my colleague to get motion sickness which neither of us ever get on flights. I am very dissatisfied with this flight and operations of the airline company."

On the domestic leg they give you 5 fools fish or crackers and soft drinks for 4 hrs flight. On the domestic flight they do not give you food even if the flight is early in the morning and 4 hrs long. That is a shame. Moreover they try to sale you a breakfast package that is design not to get spoiled for three months. The nutrition value of that package is zero even I believe it is bad for you. This is only in the USA. It is a shame how our Airlines treate the American passengers."

The water was handed out as we were entering the plane, instead of when we are set down and our hands are free of luggage. There was absolutely no food offered from Sofia to London, except a low quality chocolate, which was not delicious. The flight between London and Miami was ok, as far as service and food, but it was absolutely freezing, throughout the whole aircraft, especially in the back seats, I had to cover my head with a scarf, besides using the blanket and still I was feeling extremely uncomfortable. The passengers seating around me shared the same opinion. We did ask for something to be done about it. The gentleman did try to adjust it, but the effect last very short time, and towards the end of the flight it was extremely cold and blowing strong again ….
Nevýhody: "Staff seemed confused and would not let us seat at our assigned seats which we picked in order to accommodate our baby. Instead they put us in an even worse spot and decided to ignore the people that took out seats and left them be."

Lazy to talk, a lady who was on the screaming machine kept making nasty comments, really inappropriate addressing foreigners and people who speak Bulgarian. I found it highly disturbing, border line harassing. You can’t work customer service and be such a nasty grumpy person. Everywhere in the world that attitude won’t be allowed, or sanctions must apply. The lady who was collecting money for the checked bag was extremely rude and lazy. Almost kicked me out for not paying for my checked bag online. Excuse me? Why is she there then? The flight was fine. However, the flight attendance slipped the last 2 rows with drinks. Please make sure that the people who work at Sofia airport get some kind of basic human training. Unfortunately, they do not wish to make you feel welcomed or cared for."

Výhody: "The crew are friendly and professional, I was greeted and given instructions when I missed a connecting flight due to mechanical issues with the first flight. I was given new boarding ticket for the next day's flight along with vouchers for the hotel and meals. The hotel was inside the airport and had a late check out and I was able to keep my carry on luggage in the room for most of the day."
Nevýhody: "Turned the face value for the meal vouchers were way to low and was not enough to cover a very basic meal therefore I had to cover the difference."

Nevýhody: "Plane was boarding but in the pre-security area the monitors said check in while inside the buses were loading to take passengers to the plane. It was a case of hurry up and wait. The bus was hot and the wait long. In the plane waiting for take off was unhealthily hot with no fresh air for at least 25 minutes. Also the check in process was bad. All the counters had monitors disposing RyanAir but it turns out you could check in for Bulgaria Air at most counters."

Výhody: "I am not sure where to start from but each lot employee I talk with had poor English and not the tinyest willing to help just to move , I had a flight back from cezh republic to JFK with a stop in Warsaw When I got to the front desk in the air port to print my ticket the Liady ( work at Sation 236 ) was very rude and anti costumer service she print me only my first fly ticket and when I ask why she " I don't know " I said ok so when u get there you know which get I go or where I will print the other ticket she say I don't know Ok and then I ask her can u check if it a room I. My flight from Warsaw to JFK in business it this moment she tell me I can switch sit and ask me to go I was shocked but this was only the bigining when I got to Warsaw I ask in the gate counter where should I go to print my ticket after I try to explain him 10 times what I mean ( he didn't speak English at all ) he told me to go pass the passport check and in gate 21 they will print it to me I fly a lot so I ask him if he sure becuse I am petty sure I will need my ticket the guy at the desk repeat imhim self so I want and waited 25-30 min in the line so the police officer in the passport check will tell me I need to go print my ticket So after the officer from the passport desk call someone he direct me to go to hate 26 and there they will print my ticket I want them and again wait for 15 min to print my ticket ( it was only me this is the sad thing I don't know what tool 15 min to print a ticket ) and it amazing how unsocial and 0 in customer service the lot polish employees I meet And this is without talking about the delay in my coming flight for 2-3 hrs ( a delay it something that happen a lot yes but the way they handled it again 0 in costumer service )"

Nevýhody: "The check in process lacked. I unexpectedly had to check my bag, they charged me 70 Euro ($85) which required I go to two separate counters. One to check the bag and a second (upstairs) to pay. Both attendants lacked a sense of urgency. In fact, they acted like it was their job to go as slowly as possible. Even after I mentioned I was starting to feel stressed about the time. I overheard other attendants complaining about customers who check in late and expect them to move more quickly. I found their apathy offensive. To add insult to injury, they lost my bags. Having paid $85, which I think is outrageously and obscenely expensive, I'd at least expect my bag to be well taken care of. Sadly, it wasn't. The lost luggage counter was also apathetic, though I realize they are not LOT/Luftansa."
Výhody: "I was boarded very professionally. I have a heart condition that requires medication. I explained this to the gate agent to request assistance in boarding and they complied with my request."
Nevýhody: "LOT is not an airline that impressed me in any way. When I flew from Los Angeles to Warsaw, my bag was weighed, and I was told it was over limit. This, in spite of the fact that I weighed this bag on a calibrated scale prior to entering the airport, and my luggage was 5 pounds BELOW the limit. This seemed a blatant attempt to gain additional money from me, because I know the bag was not overweight. The food selections were average at best. Leaving Warsaw traveling to Los Angeles, we left almost an hour past our original scheduled departure do to the need to obtain additional supplies. On my next trip to Europe, I will look for alternate flight providers."

You had to pay for anything slightly more substantial (a limited menu of sandwiches.) Small seats, as it is a small plane."
