There were people entering from both the front and the back, meaning people were stuck trying to get past each other in the tight aisle. It was difficult to find space in the overhead compartments for carryon luggage due to people bringing too much stuff - the crew should have stepped in and helped. The food was a bad chicken sandwich with condiments that I could not eat."

We were not notified ahead of time or or given an option. Flight attendants were refusing to help passengers and were actually rude to people who needed help to find a place for their luggage. Honestly, I didn’t expect this from Lufthansa and am very disappointed."

When I called and asked if they would rebook me the lady on the phone said that she could rebook for a trip that had two layovers from 2pm(Prague time) to 8:30pm(NYC time) for the 24th of November (thanksgiving). When I asked her if there was anything else she said that was the soonest flight she could find. When I checked my self I found and booked a flight for the 23rd. When I called back they refused to give me a refund."

The crew ended up gate checking one for me in Frankfurt which was nice. But I would have paid not to carry that dumb thing around with me through the giant Frankfurt airport. Other than the one desk woman in Prague, everything else was good."

Eventually routed via Lisbon which meant literally flying all night to arrive at 0600. Lufthansa and Austrian have some serious faults to correct."

Nevýhody: "Kayak sent me an email at 5:16am for an 8:15 am flight titled, "Austrian Airlines flight #704 from PRG on time". It was in fact cancelled. Unfortunately we missed the connection for the flight to Newark, which we were expressly told would be held for us... they shut the door 30 seconds before we arrived, with the plane still at the gate. Had to then go to the only counter in the terminal to see if we could get on standby. Finally got on a flight to JFK instead at 5:15pm."

The seperate coffee menu has to be experienced to be believed, basically, it's an authentic Vienna see cafe experience at 30,000 ft."
Nevýhody: "Entertainment selection was fiddly and the offerings meagre compared to the vast libraries found on other carriers, but it was sufficient. More a quibble than a gripe from me. The noise cancelling headsets were good quality noise cancelling, and comfortable. I can't wear some other airlines headsets at all and use my ear pods with an airline adapter jack."

Also, the airplane had huge windows to look out of with new dimmer technology as opposed to just a shade. Very cool! With a couple of small downsides, we would STILL definitely fly Norwegian."
Nevýhody: "We gate checked a stroller but were unable to pick it up to use in Oslo which was a surprise as it went straight through from gate check to full check in through the layover... with a 3hr 45min layover, it could have been useful to have it for our infant to sleep. Leg room is tight. Small selection of new movies for entertainment when compared to other airlines and it would have been nice to know we could get complimentary drinks anytime during the flight, but they were only available for free during meal service unless you purchased additionally."

There was no where to charge electriconics (which was unfortunate for a 9hr flight), and we waited on the tarmac in Newark from 9:10-10:40 because there "was no parking" for our plane. Lastly, (probably more Newark's fault) we waited another hour and ten minutes for our luggage at claim."

Imagine this sound and vibration 109 plus times on an 11 hour flight. Fresh food and several kinds of liquor sold out in first 90 minutes of takeoff what was left was chips, candy an instant soup. Bottom line: I’ll buy a more expensive ticket on a traditional carrier from now on"

Nevýhody: "I bought the ticket at the last minute and couldn't pre-pay for luggage or food. The food cost me and my companion $50 for sandwiches, snacks and drinks. Even water and soda is $3 for a small can. If you want a blanket, they charge, if you want anything, they charge. Luggage was over $80. Just pay more for a different airline, it will be less."
Nevýhody: "Flight crew didn’t ask anyone if they wanted a drink for the whole 10+ hrs unless they had pre purchased food."

Nevýhody: "Food/beverage service system is chaotic and confusing, especially if you book your flight weeks or months in advance. We spent 4.5 hours on the tarmac taxiing after arriving at our destination. It was TWO HOURS before the crew even came around offering water. The crew could have do much to make the long wait for a gate less miserable. Minimal intimation was provided, bathrooms remained locked for the majority of the flight and a man ranted the entire time without any crew asking him if there was anything they could do to make it easier. Baggage claim information was not provided ( days three after arrival and I still don't have my luggage)."

Nevýhody: "That we were there 50 minutes before departure and it was not clear that we had to be there an hour before departure. It’s not that we didn’t plan to be earlier (we did) but our Uber driver took an awful route and turned a 50 minute drive into 2 hours. Given there was nothing else we could do, we would have appreciated a little more leniency or at least more clarity on the hour rule."
Výhody: "The flight I took coming home had two less rows, so I had an extra inch or two of legroom than I've had on some other flights."
Nevýhody: "I know it is becoming more common on certain airlines to have to pay for things like extra checked bags, but this airline takes it to the extreme. My single checked bag was $65, there was also a charge for reserving a specific seat (not even the upgraded seats), there was no food or water on a 9 1/2 hour trans-Atlantic flight unless you paid extra for it. After arriving at Orlando, the cargo door of the aircraft would not open meaning bags had to be unloaded 1 at a time through a smaller hatch resulting in a 2 hour delay to get a checked bag. Not impressive for a supposedly new Dreamliner."

I am done, done, done with Norwegian airlines."

Nevýhody: "We have taken 6 trans-atlantic flights with Norwegian, and *all* of them have been delayed by multiple hours. They clearly do not have the operational capabilities to run these long-haul flights. Our most recent flight, for which I am writing this review, was delayed by 5 hours, and on top of that, we had to wait to de-plane for 40 minutes since the small destination airport (OAK) could not handle our arrival simultaneously to another Norwegian flight; they coincided because of our astounding delay. There was no legitimate reason for the 4h45min departure delay--no mechanical issues, no weather problems, no airport issues; it was purely Norwegian failing to have their staff available, or them waiting for other delayed flights to arrive to allow those passengers to transfer. We heard absolutely zero explanation except from the pilot who said was due to Norwegian's "own operating issues". There was no staff at the boarding desk, and after the 5 hour delay, some non-Norwegian-affiliated airport employee just said "ok everyone board", because clearly they needed the gate and the Norwegian staff was dragging their feet. I have never seen anything like it: a whole crowd of disgruntled people heading to the podium with no organization. Fortunately, we were flying from Stockholm and the Swedes were all very reserved about the horrible service. In the cabin, it is no-frills as you would expect, but I continue to be disappointed by a lack of water! I can afford to order bottled water from the snack bar, and we did that, but really water should be delivered to all passengers spending 11 hours on an aircraft. The pre-ordered food was pretty bad and definitely not worth the money that they charge for it. If you compare this to a "real" airline's trans-atlantic flights, there is no comparison: Norwegian's cabin crew is a bunch of amateurs from third world countries; a major airline like Lufthansa actually cares about passenger comfort and makes 2-3 times as many rounds through the cabin to deliver things like water, food, wine, hot towels, etc. I think this will be our sixth and final Norwegian trans-atlantic flight. Within Europe, we have had much better experiences with Norwegian."

I was the window seat so I politely waited for the people next to me to finish eating their meals before I asked them to get up. I went to the back of the plane and told the flight attendant. They apologized and said I was supposed to get one. They kindly allowed me to order snacks for free off of their menu. However, when the second meal came around, I was skipped again. I then had to alert the flight attendant again. I was surprised that they would forget my meal a second time."

There is a degree of unfairness with these impromptu and extra charges. I came on the same flight with the same bag and there was no hassle. I was a soft target and whilst I had no problem with the flight and the service provided, I will not recommend @wizzair. I felt the extra charge was a con."

After checking in we scanned our passports using the machines and then we were in what I thought was the boarding area so we relaxed and waited by the screens in a coffee shop. But when our flight gate was announced there was another passport control to get into those gates with a big line which threatened to delay our boarding. There wasn't enough room for everyone to put their bags in the overhead locker which meant there were even more delays and it felt a bit rushed to get off. When we arrived I was queuing down the stairs to get to the queue for passport control which took about 45-60 minutes to get through with no toilets. I was also charged 40 euros per person for not checking in and printing the boarding pass which is my fault, but the charges do seem excessive."

He also seemed really confused as to why the Ryan Air employee wouldn't print them for us. Then, we weren't given a gate assignment until 20 mintues before the time we were supposed to board. How do you expect your customers to be prepared if you can't even tell them where they are supposed to go until the last minute? Then they made us board a bus to take us to the plane on the tarmac which was not a big deal. But they made us stand on the bus for 20+ mintues before they took us over to the plan. The bus was completely full, so it's not like they were waiting to load more passengers. The doors to the bus were open, so it was freezing cold (our flight was late at night) and we were forced to breath in exhaust fumes from the bus the entire time! The flight was also an hour delayed!!! I know it's a super cheap ticket, but do yourself a favor and spend a little more money to fly on an airline that actually knows what they're doing. This is my first and most definitely LAST time flying on Ryan Air. If I could give zero stars, I would."

In all, we were three hours delayed, and not one member of staff even mentioned it. Staff on board were really poor also: huffing and rolling their eyes at passengers ordering food. Genuinely shocking service."

No ground staff apart from one lady who worked for the airport who was incredibly rude and unhelpful. They loaded the Dublin flight through the same gate we were supposed to be flying from and we’re putting them on buses keeping them there 10 minutes pulling them off the buses, putting them back on the buses. It was an absolute joke. On the flight the cabin crew were slow, again no information at all. Just stood there looking useless and chatting ignoring passenger call lights. We landed in Stansted and they couldn’t open the gate as the ground staff “couldn’t find the key” keeping us on the plane for an extra 10-15 minutes with no AC. Terrible experience would never book Ryanair ever again."

Nevýhody: "We paid for priority boarding and then we're put on a bus and told to stand. When the bus stoped everyone dashed to the entrance and we were one of the last people to get on board."
Výhody: "Flight was smooth, plane was comfortable, staff very nice"
Nevýhody: "I did not appreciate having to obsess for weeks about the luggage restrictions and whether we met them; the fact that we had to arrive with a printed boarding pass in hand. -- when you are traveling that is not easy. The flight turned out to be just fine, but I was expecting to be hit with another charge right up to the moment we got on the plane. Were we just lucky?"
Výhody: "They didn't lose my luggage"
Nevýhody: "I was told I could not use my pillow for take-off, landing and the majority of the in flight. I broke my neck years ago and I need the pillow for neck support especially for takeoff and landings which are always the most painful part. ( Didn't help that the pilot had rough decent and a violent touchdow on landing). I just truly am baffled as to why I was not allowed to use a pillow? We are not talking about some large bed pillow we are talking about a small pillow that takes up no room and is specifically made for flying. I tried using my water bottle as neck support but it was no luck. Flying is already painful enough and to not be allowed to use a pillow which helps to support the neck is truly agregious. I really don't know what to say on why this wasn't allowed but I hope this issue is solved with upper management so the next person with such a problem will Never have to go through this. As for I, I will never use Ryanair again. Truly disappointing."
Výhody: "The ride wasn't bumpy, The pilot was careful and the weather was nice."

Výhody: "Cabin crew were brilliant and dealt with all questions with ease. Well trained team and immaculate appearance."
Nevýhody: "Rough landings but not sure if that's due to aircraft model."
Výhody: "The price of the flight and that they had direct from Barcelona to Sofia. Also that they gave us a free checked bag so that we did not have to carry it onto the already cramped plane."
Nevýhody: "The boarding process was slow and late. When we booked the flight it was stated that we got a snack and water, but we had to pay for everything. Drinks were almost double that of other discount carriers that were more comfortable. Also, a very expensive box of chocolates, that we purchased as a gift, was stolen from one of our free checked bags, either in Barcelona or Bulgaria. We did not notice until we got home and unpacked."
Nevýhody: "One guy is very rude. Even said if we have any problem with him we can stay at the airport."
Výhody: "Fast and cheap ! Really cool !!!"

Nevýhody: "I couldnt slepp in flight"
Nevýhody: "We were kept waiting for at least 20 minutes in a closed very hot airtight bus as other passengers were late. Why we weren't allowed to board and they didn't go back for the others I don't know"
