The desk agent at check-in wouldn't check my second bag and didn't know how much the fee even was for the second bag. She was not exactly pleasant, which might have been because it was 430 in the morning but still. I just ended up carrying on two pretty big bags. The crew ended up gate checking one for me in Frankfurt which was nice. But I would have paid not to carry that dumb thing around with me through the giant Frankfurt airport. Other than the one desk woman in Prague, everything else was good."

BECAUSE OUR PLANE WAS LATE, THEY ROUTED OUR ALTERNATE FLIGHT THROUGH FRANKFORT (WAY WAY OUT OF THE WAY) & FROM THERE TO NICE. FRANKFORT IS VIRTUALLY THE OPPOSITE DIRECTION. WE ARRIVED IN NICE 6 HOURS LATER THAN SCHEDULED - GETTING IN AT AROUND 11PM. BAD TRIP!"

Nevýhody: "Cabin crew strike...all flights cancelled. Could not get through to Lufthansa by phone and no replay via email for assistance with re-booking. Website would not allow re-booking without $900 in re-booking fees."

Luckily I spoke with a lovely lady at Lufthansa, explained the situation and she re-instated return flights for an admin fee. Will never ever use Swiss Airlines again."

Nevýhody: "Original flight cancelled so rebooked ojba floght five hours later - then with one hour to go until that second flight, that was cancelled as well. Totally unhelpful ground staff, who were oblivious to the fact that I had a work commitment the next day so couldn’t overnight in some random hotel at an airport to suit Austrian’s policies. Eventually routed via Lisbon which meant literally flying all night to arrive at 0600. Lufthansa and Austrian have some serious faults to correct."

I was assured there would be no problems. Upon boarding they were not able to get on their flight. I have never had so many communication issues and frustrations in the middle of the night with an airline. disappointed."

We try to stay hydrated on the flights and when I asked for water at the back of the plane, I was kindly given the water and another attendant grabbed the curtain and closed it making it plain I was not to be there. (I've never had that happen on any other flight.)"

Nevýhody: "I tried to reschedule due to a death in the family and due to the "small print" this was not possible. Then when I did travel, it turned out I didn't have the right for a piece luggage (again "small print"). I paid for the extra piece and I was double-charged (same amount withdrawn twice). Now I have opened a complained with Austrian and they haven't responded so far."

What I really didn't like is that I called Kayak to include my Global Entry number on my boarding pass. They said it would be there and when I printed it, it wasn't. So coming back into the states and thru customs took waaay longer than it should have with those chaotic and ridiculously long lines. I didn't bring my Global Pass card with me and will from now on!"

Nevýhody: "Kayak sent me an email at 5:16am for an 8:15 am flight titled, "Austrian Airlines flight #704 from PRG on time". It was in fact cancelled. Unfortunately we missed the connection for the flight to Newark, which we were expressly told would be held for us... they shut the door 30 seconds before we arrived, with the plane still at the gate. Had to then go to the only counter in the terminal to see if we could get on standby. Finally got on a flight to JFK instead at 5:15pm."

Movie selection was pretty small and lots of Rated R movies, hard to find anything in the middle (not kids, but not adult)."

Nevýhody: "We booked Austrian Airlines to Kosice for 6 to play a concert for 3,000 on Thursday night. 4 of our group arrived from ZRH; 2 from LHR. LHR-VIE was late; we ran and arrived in time catch VIE-KSC before it left, but Austrian Air would not allow us to board, despite that the other part of our travel party was already on the plane and alerted both gate staff and on-board staff we were coming and wee had to play a show that night with Arch Enemy. We had to wait 10 hours in VIE & given €12 for food. AA cited "rotational issues". Shockingly, Austrian Air delayed the 2nd flight by another hour "to wait for someone". We had to cancel the show. Really angry"

Nevýhody: "Nothing to dislike"

Výhody: "the stewardess gave me coffee even if she already passed by me (because I was sleeping) I appreciated that :)"

Nevýhody: "Please change food, enough of pasta every time."

Nevýhody: "I have the 'Economy Class' on the tickets. At check-in at the airport we wrote "economy light" on the boarding pass and want to pay for the first baggage. I check it on the original receipt I received by e-mail, there is ECONOMY CLASS and 1st baggage free of charge, another for a fee. So I do not understand and for two tickets I have paid 2 x 30 €."

Nevýhody: "Aircraft was older 777 and lavatories weren't very clean. Upon landing in Vienna, my mobility walker (tagged to be brought up to me at jetway) was sent to my connecting flight to Sophia. The flight crew refused to intercept it and have it brought up to me at the aircraft. To make matters much, much worse, the flight crew eventually gave up and left, leaving me LOCKED inside the jetway for over 30 minutes after calling for a wheelchair. The replentishment crew refused to let me out of the locked jetway. Only after the wheelchair arrived was I let out of the locked jetway. I was taken to the Austrian Airlines service center where I lodged a formal complaint. Supervisor/Rene refused to upgrade my seat in any fashion to compensate for my distress. He did, however, arrange for me to given access to the VIP lounge and then taken to my VIE-SOF gate. Had I had a shorter layover, I would have missed my connecting flight."

Nevýhody: "As usual, boarding in Miami airport is awful which is not exactly coming from austrian airlines, but they also took part in the unpleasant experience. The announcements were badly articulated, the boarding time was delayed and so on. Onboard, part of the crew completely refused to speak english."

Specifically a staff member name Michelle was unprofessional and did not care much about passengers who waited for hours at the Group line because there was no indication that it is a group line. No one from the airliner bothered to explain or advise the passengers who were waiting and after more tan hour waiting when they eventually got to the head of the line they were told to go and stand in other lines. This was insane Long waiting times confusion Flight was late hence almost missed connection"

Nevýhody: "Flight was very delayed leaving Sofia which made connecting flights for many people a rush and very stressful. People were pulled to the front of the plane and told to rush to catch their flights. My bag didn't make my connecting flight but Austrian delivered it 2 days later."

Výhody: "It was such a short flight, no comment for this leg."
Nevýhody: "No organized boarding system, the entire plane was told to get in line at the gate with the exception of business/first class and elderly or people traveling with children."

Výhody: "We paid extra for extra leg room. Exit row. Well worth Cabin crew very good and friendly"
Nevýhody: "Connecting flight on United. Horrible experience Chicago to Vegas.seats are small, feeling of claustiphobia, nothing free on entertainment. Only interested in adding to price of ticket. Very warm A/c didn't work well. Totally bad experience on United. Never want to fly on them again"

Nevýhody: "The seats are so incredibly small for a long haul flight. Two people must compete for shoulder space, as there simply isn't enough room for both to sit back completely. Constant elbow issues and a feeling of being locked into a small space. I've never been so happy to exit from a flight. Note that on the JFK-BUD-JFK route, LOT subcontracts to a low-cost Portuguese airline, so this plane isn't configured for a trans-Atlantic flight, at least not for a minimal level of comfort. Never again. Pay more for a decent seat on another carrier! And take a large bottle of water, as they're not at all generous with the water, soda, and juice. My seatmate and I were parched and couldn't wait to clear customs so as to buy a bottle of water."

Výhody: "The flight was good. Budapest is an easy enough airport to deal with though why LOT only has one desk available at check in for economy passengers is questionable. The second desk for important passengers did become available when there was no one in line there, but still. Flight crew, staff were all helpful and approachable. Captain gave passengers relevant information and cabin crew did the same. The Flight was problem free no turbulence no delays just well run and well organized."

My flight from Warsaw to JFK in business it this moment she tell me I can switch sit and ask me to go I was shocked but this was only the bigining when I got to Warsaw I ask in the gate counter where should I go to print my ticket after I try to explain him 10 times what I mean ( he didn't speak English at all ) he told me to go pass the passport check and in gate 21 they will print it to me I fly a lot so I ask him if he sure becuse I am petty sure I will need my ticket the guy at the desk repeat imhim self so I want and waited 25-30 min in the line so the police officer in the passport check will tell me I need to go print my ticket So after the officer from the passport desk call someone he direct me to go to hate 26 and there they will print my ticket I want them and again wait for 15 min to print my ticket ( it was only me this is the sad thing I don't know what tool 15 min to print a ticket ) and it amazing how unsocial and 0 in customer service the lot polish employees I meet And this is without talking about the delay in my coming flight for 2-3 hrs ( a delay it something that happen a lot yes but the way they handled it again 0 in costumer service )"

They charged me twice for the same exact tickets and then would not refund me the entire fare. The deducted $300 to process back the credit. Personnel, at both the airport and in flight, were curt, uncommodating and lacked customer service. On my return flight from Warsaw there was a large, disruptive group with a number of unruly children & airline staff did nothing to address the children running across seats, screaming and wreaking havoc for over 8 hours. Passengers could not sleep & the noise was unbearable."

Nevýhody: "I used LOT Airlines for the very first time to travel to Riga, Latvia. The problems started at the LOT check in counter at O'Hare International terminal. I packed my weeks worth of belongings into a 21" carry on bag expressly so I wouldn't have lost baggage issues. The customer service person forced me to check my bag because it was 3 kilograms overweight even though it was the correct size for carry on. As you can probably guess the bag was lost in the transfer in Warsaw, Poland. After filing a lost baggage claim at Riga, Latvia airport I never heard a word of support, communication, or even an apology from customer service at LOT airlines. I called them several times and their tracking system could not locate the bag during the entire week I was in Latvia. Now I am home in the states and have received an email from LOT Airlines stating that my bag is now at the airport in Riga, Latvia and to contact them for shipping and reimbursement for any costs. LOT is a TERRIBLE AIRLINE! Atay Away!"

Nevýhody: "one of our seats did not work properly (3D) and the crew constantly had to manually adjust the seat. It never would go into a full reclining position. Food was good but they did not serve everything that was listed on the menu. My wife ordered the pancakes with berries for breakfast and they said they did not have any. After they told us they did not have this item, another passenger from Russia sitting in 3A started complaining and they miraculously found the pancakes for this passenger. this leaves a bad impression about the service and not what you expect when you buy a business class ticket."

Nevýhody: "Because of loosing our connecting flight in Warsaw (due to weather...I think, it was never explain to us why our first flight had a 3 hour delay), the boarding staff was very helpful finding us a different route. Well the flight from Warsaw to Berlin, operated by LOT was horrible! No snacks no drinks, not even water on a 2hour flight! Shame on you! I had my wedding gown with me and I asked one of the crew members to put it in one of the closets design for this. And in a broken English she told me 'ya there is a problem' and she showed me the closet, it was full with the crew luggage :( We ended up laying the gown on one seat that was empty! When we arrived at our destination and picked up our luggage we noticed that they broke one of the wheels. Overall very ugly experience with LOT!!!"

Nevýhody: "There was a half hour delay, but they they did their utmost to redress this, and we landed just 15 behind schedule. A lovely, cheerful and friendly crew and a very pleasant pilot who clearly understands the importance of good communication. THANK YOU."

Nevýhody: "Seriously now, the line, the attitude, the delays, the lack of information, is not "low cost". I fly some low cost companies but easyJet needs to improve. I was stranded once in London and the company never did a thing to help. Sadly, it's not worth it considering how one gets stranded with no real recourses. Try to get a refund from the company and you know what I'm talking about. Now Norwegian Express, that's another good story."

Also, the plain was an hour late and the way they started boarding was really disorganized and it was as if the passengers were cattle as they corralled us into a 20x30 standing-only roped off section to wait to board after already having or boarding passes checked."

Nevýhody: "The issues started when I tried to do my on-line check-in 24 hours before (as is normal with other airlines), only to be told that there were no more seats available for on-line check-in (but would magically become available if I paid a fee). As my company was paying for the flights, getting the fee reimbursed would be a pain in the neck and I decided to just check in at the airport as the system suggested. Only to find out that they could not assign me a seat until I could talk to an agent at the gate, and that the aircraft was overbooked and I may not end up flying at all that day. I make my way quickly through security and rush to the gate and stand at the counter for a long time to make sure I get a seat (thankfully). Only to find out that the aircraft is delayed. In the end, I made it to my destination OK albeit a bit late, but I think Vueling has set the bar really low if the passengers should feel thankful about just getting there safe but late."

Výhody: "If I were told that this were an equivalent airline as SW I would of known to expect the bare minimum. The crew was very sweet and accommodating."
Nevýhody: "There was absolutely no leg room, no food was given out and the seats were uncomfortable. Thank goodness we weren't going far."

Nevýhody: "Flight was delayed 4 hours so we missed our connection. There were 2 vueling representatives in the whole airport and they all seemed to have disappeared when the delay was annouced. Customer service was impossible to reach via phone. When we finally did Find someone to talk to, they couldn't help us, kept punting us to other people. Then they lost our luggage, told us it would be delivered within 24 hours--and it took 3 days."
