There was no warning, no packaging to help protect our purchase, and no recourse We arrived in Seattle to find a liqour soaked bag. The liquor, of course, was a special gift and something we cannot simply repurchase. Very disappointing experience, especially after hearing good reviews of Emirate Air's generally good baggage handling and policies. The agents in Seattle helped remedy this, but it is a big hassle nonetheless as we arrive home to be dealing with damaged personal electronics and finding receipts all while jetlagged and getting back to work. my overhead light broke on the flight! but the flight attendants were very helpful and found a way to turn it off so I could sleep."

Nevýhody: "I had to take flight from San Juan to JFK on Jet Blue seperate ticket that supposed to leave san juan 5:26 am and get to JFK at 9:18 am , Jet Blue got delayed 5 houres due to the weather , when i got to JFK i went to the counter of Turkish Airlines to re book on another flight , i was attended by Indian look manager , he was very very very nasty with me and he told that the Turkish Airlines had cancelled my ticket and his comment to me ( you boughtyour ticket socheap there fore you need to pay $1650 dollar for new ticket and there is not gurranted i will be takig the next scheduled flight and i have to waite for thenextday ) he was very nastuy, so i went to Emirates Airlines and i bought a new tickets for $1475 dollar and ileft JFKwithen twohours , now when i want to retune from Lebnon i caled Turkish Airkines and they had informed that they cancelled my return ticktes as well , when the plane was delayed in san juan Puerto Rico Jet Blue manager in San Juan call Turkish Airlines to exolaine the situatuion and the agent had confirmed that i will be rebbok on another flight. I lst my ticket with Turkish and i will never recommend this Airline to no one from now on. I,m asking if i can use the monry that i had paid if i can rebook future flight , please do something i lost my tickets with Turkish and i had to pay $1475 dollar on Emirates , NO one seems to care .I have all the proof thatJet Blue gave me the boarding pass on Turkish after the station manager in San Juan called Turkish and they authorized him to print my boarding pass ( i have it all) unfortunatly Turkish refused to helo. They freeze, and glitch and many of them just flat out don't work. Probably one of the worst airports I've ever been to."

Nevýhody: "First of all I have tons of complaints regarding the airport at Istanbul. They have a poorly managed airport and it was so crowded. The cafeteria and places to eat around in the airport were horrendously expensive and they didn't have services like wifi(had to buy it for $8 an hour and it sucked) and drinking water. As per Turkish airlines, the staff in the airport were poorly equipped to deal with emergency situations such as snow. I was flying during the snowstorm and wasn't expecting my journey to be easy. But they should have increased their resources to help people out in such cases.Their help desk was crowded with almost 500+ of people all the time and they only had 2 people to answer their queries. Also, the staff couldn't understand English properly and seemed irritated when I was trying to explain things in English. I had to stand an hour on a line to get my temporary visa issued only to be referred to another line (yes! i waited for an hour to get to the desk and was told to go and sit in another effing line). It was also because most of the signs/boards in the area were written in Turkish only and I didn't know what they were saying. I had to pay for my own hotel during my transit because the line for the hotels was almost two miles long. And when I arrived at my destination, both my luggage went missing. The crew on board were nice and helping people. I do not blame my bad travel experience entirely on Turkish airlines however, the airport and airlines both are not prepared to deal with situations that are unexpected. I also realize the snow storm was the main factor behind everything however any airlines that boasts itself to be a top class international airlines should have means and resources to manage(at least try) their passengers and airport during any situation. No matter what I am never flying with Turkish airlines again."

Nevýhody: "The flight was from 2-5am (local destination time). The company/captain/crew made the decision to have the lights on during the whole flight. The service of drinks and refreshments had to stop for some minor turbulence (I've had much worse where service was uninterrupted). We had to wait until 30 minutes before landing to be served food. It wasn't clear if this was the company's way of apologizing for the interruption of service. They served us a full course dinner with baked pasta with cheese and beef at 4am. I found that to be quite random, disorienting and inappropriate. There was no entertainment options provided on flight"

I was unable to rebook an alternative flight as they require the vendor, pricline to sort it out and priceline can only communication is email. So maybe in a week they'll sort it out. It is a totally ridiculous and irresponsible situation for these businesses to create. I had to buy a whole new ticket to reach my destination. People at the Pegasus desk at the airport were beyond unhelpful and I've spent hours on the phone while on vacation trying to sort it out."

Nevýhody: "I took 4 flights with this airline. Each was at least an hour late in take offs and landings. Very unfriendly staff whether at the check-in or flight attendants. Incredibly uncomfortable seats (compared with same level seats with other airlines). They reminded me with outdoor vegetable and fruit markets where farmers and gypsies yell to sell their products; they charge for everything, offering nothing on a 4 hrs flight, not even water. Not sure if it is a language barrier, but they are very rude and impolite in English. I really wish there was a single good thing to say. Even the pilots are the worst i've seen. Very rough landing every single time"

Additionally, when I checked in, I asked for a window seat, the agent nodded, and when I got on the plane I found I was stuck in a middle seat. It was the longest two hours of my life."
Nevýhody: "The none sense of explaining why I cant go on the plane ... according to there website I should have 2 stamps from the lebaniese authority on my passport one for going in and one for going out which I gladly provide them with... the responsoable for the check in at Frankfurt Airport and according to him was communicating with "pegasus Airline" in Istanbul by WhatsApp and just kept saying "those can't fly today" the funny thing he was writing in german and refuse to give me there number so I can explain the situation now the main reason why i couldn't go on the plane because I wasn't once in my life in Turkei which makes none sense according to there website I contacted them with Emails and they answered me that I should have the 2 stamps if i want to fly from Instanboul to Beirut which I already have but the haven't notice that i didnt even got ob the plane at the 1st place .... the huge amount of nobe sense, stupidity, the lying that there is no Pegasus airline office ath the airport and the 0 responsibility for there actions can provide you guys with a picture of how they behave with the customers"
Nevýhody: "my flight from Rome to Istanbul delayed 1 hour so i missed my second flight to Athens and they asked me to stay at the airport till the next day waiting for free seat :( but i refused and i fighting with them .. then they found a free seat in the next flight"
