Lufthansa was the one that scheduled two of my flights so close together, not letting people with connection flights to un-board first is completely counterproductive. When I called and asked if they would rebook me the lady on the phone said that she could rebook for a trip that had two layovers from 2pm(Prague time) to 8:30pm(NYC time) for the 24th of November (thanksgiving). When I asked her if there was anything else she said that was the soonest flight she could find. When I checked my self I found and booked a flight for the 23rd. When I called back they refused to give me a refund."

The crew ended up gate checking one for me in Frankfurt which was nice. But I would have paid not to carry that dumb thing around with me through the giant Frankfurt airport. Other than the one desk woman in Prague, everything else was good."

Nevýhody: "Having to change my seat to accommodate a rude belligerent passenger, who had taken my seat, refused to move until spoken to by steward. She then made my flight a nightmare, until I let her sit in my aisle seat. Even then she was not satisfied, she abused me the whole flight damaged the screen so I could not use it until the steward fixed it. Demanded that I except any and all alcohol to give to her to drink. When I am tea total she then continued to abuse me. I asked the steward to move me he just shrugged his shoulders and said there was nowhere else. This is definitely my the worst flight I have experienced."

Výhody: "Of the multiple international airlines I recently flew with, I would have to say KLM was by far the best. Relaxing atmosphere, comfortable seating, great in-flight entertainment, although I have the go-go in-flight data/entertainment plan with t-mobile (highly recommended), the flight included a decent selection of movies, television programs, etc. The food far exceeded typical "airline quality," even for an international flight - and included a fabulous little snack box with locally sourced gourmet and specialty items such as chocolate from Belgium, fine cheeses from France, and crackers from England. Drinks = gratis, and crew was exceptionally attentive and went out of their way to make flight as pleasant as possible."

Nevýhody: "That I was forced to check my baggage. I never received a chain ticket for my luggage. The flight has a 32 hour layover and KLM lost my luggage and it was not found until a week after my arrival back home. I still have not received my bag at this time. The boarding crew was manually tracking who boarded and who didn't. It was a cluster."

Nevýhody: "Boarding agent forced me to check in my carry-on even though the carry-on fit in the cage and fullfilled all the requirements. I specifically called Air France prior to the flight to make sure I won’t have any issues as my 1st flight was operated by Delta and I wanted to confirm the luggage requirements were the same. My carry-on weighted only 5 kilos. I was extremely upset the way I was treated w/ the boarding agent behind the counter in Prague. On the top of that, her and the supervisor were very rude to my mom as they told her she had an extra carry-on which wasn’t the case. She traveled w/ a small briefcase where her mask for sleep apnea was. This is not considered an additional carry-on. The boarding agent (Czech lady and her supervisor) were not only rude but obviously lacked knowledge as well. My carry-on suitcase would easily fit in the overhead bin plus there was plenty of space inside the plane as it the flight wasn’t completely full."

Nevýhody: "The food was cold. We were served about 40 minutes after most of the plane got their food. The overhead compartments kept opening by themselves through out the flight. Food was horrible."

It was not efficient and I felt like a burden asking for help when there was nothing else I could do on my own."

All anyone said was, nothing to be done, now please Leave"

Výhody: "The flight crew was excellent. My husband and I flew economy and I saw the crew keep passengers well fed (several meals and snacks) and were attentive to everyone's needs and all done with a smile. I thought the hot towels for cleansing our hands before meals was a very nice touch!"

Nevýhody: "It was raining in Prague so I can understand that luggage is going to get wet. But when we opened our luggage at least half of our clothes were wet. It would seem that the luggage sat out for quite a while prior to departure for that much soaking of clothes. Fortunately we are staying in Paris for a few days and can get our clothes dried out."

The folks in Prague couldn't fix this, they moved one ticket to a different exit row, not together, different part of the plane. In Paris, but ONLY after I located my receipt on my phone, they moved us to the seats we had paid for."

Nevýhody: "My entertainment system did not work for the whole 8 hours. Seats were uncomfortable. The lights above the seats broken."

Výhody: "The flight crew was excellent in accommodating the passengers. One specific flight attendant was very patient in dealing with a continuously demanding passenger by being helpful and firm at the same time; a difficult combination of skills."
Nevýhody: "The ground crew in CDG was very disappointing and unprofessional and very specifically in the luggage area. When I was told that my carry on luggage exceeded the allowed weight I argued that my luggage was weighed in Cairo and that it was less than the 12 Kg allowed weight. The Air France attendant then waved with annoyance to speak with her supervisor. When I approached her supervisor, who was speaking with another Air France employee, she looked annoyed and said just just to to booth #7 or 8 that handles excess luggage issues. My reaction is to avoid traveling through CDG in the future and I will focus on flying with Lufthansa."

Then the next morning before boarding I got inquired by French police asking why did I stay in Nice over night. My suitcase locks was cut open and a special silver plated cup,handle,was broken in my suitcase."

Nevýhody: "I am an Asian woman. After seeing the person who is a Caucasian man set next to me used the toile right in front of our seat twice during the flight, I went to use it. Just as I was entering the toilet a flight attendant yelled at me saying: "you can’t use this toilet. It’s for privileged people. You have to go to the end of the aircraft and use that one!" Then 10 minuets later another caucasian man seated behind me went to use the toilet right in front me without any problem."

Nevýhody: "When the flight was delayed the people at the desk did not make an announcement about the delay, what was causing it and what we could expect. People waiting had to find out through rumors. There was no good communication. We also were unable to choose our seat and were stuck in the two middle seats when there were free aisle seats still available. My controller for the tv didn't fit back into the holder easily at all and my husband got a blood blister trying to force it back in. Headrest to hold my head didn't stay put to give proper support while trying to sleep."

Nevýhody: "The sizing device is much smaller than it needs to be for carry on roller bags. My bag was forced to be checked by the ground crew on this Tap flight. My bag is a normal sized carry on bag that has always fit on all flights. There was plenty of space on the aircraft for it. The ground crew also let others on with larger bags so they dont even apply their policy in a consistent manner. I will do my best to avoid TAP from now on."

Nevýhody: "2.5 hours in line to check in with the one agent working if you were not a gold whatever member. The same agent was at the gate taking tickets loading a single bus up at a time while everybody waited for the same bus to return to be reloaded. Ended up leaving an hour late due to being unable to load people on the plane, then a ground crew issue with loading bags extended the delay. No food service and voucher was given to cafeteria on exact opposite side and floor of airport. only reason we were able to use was because of the huge delays and problems trying to load the airplane. After the safety demonstration the flight attendants went to rear of plane and sat down in their jump seats for rest of flight. People were approaching them asking for water otherwise they ignored us. After landing stairs were used at rear of plane and door was opened. As we were two rows from the rear my girlfriend asked the male attendant 4 times if we were allowed to use the rear stairs as we were bus loading anyways, he never answered, looked at or acknowledged her speaking to him, he just stood at rear of the aisle ( 3.5 feet away) adjusting his tie and flattening his jacket sleeves. Was very awkward."

We checked two bags when we went to the desk to get our boarding passes.....then when we were boarding the plane, I went through without a problem but my wife was flagged. we were informed that we now had to pay for our checked bags..both of us even though I had already been cleared. 70 dollars was needed...and so with our flight ready to leave we had to just about run 250 meters and then back 250 meters to catch our flight....we are in our 60's!!!!!. If we had to pay we should have been told at check in! and to make matters worse both of our checked bags are carryon size...we only checked them because we thought it would be convenient. Given that it was not our mistake that bag fee should have been waived....very poor customer service to people who have flown TAP many times........"

Nevýhody: "The staff for SN Brussles is very rude to Africans. They are super disrespectful and it is very obvious how tacist they are. It is uncomfortable flying witha stafflike that. Also our flight had electrical and engine problems at our first stop in Freetown. Once we landed in Monrovia, it took about 35mins for them to let us off the plane because the doors were not working and opening up. Once we finally got off the plane, it took a whole 2 hours for them to get our baggage e off the plane because spmething was wrong and they couldnot access the baggage to take it off. I am aware that planes can “fly with one engine”, but flying a plane with one engine along with it having electrical problems is not safe and A RISK! why take that risk of something bad happening, not only would lives of innocent people and their crew get lost, but that is a million dollar assest that could get lost and a PR nightmare. It is a shame they took that risk. They also dodnt tell us until we landed. Had I known before we took off at Freetown I would have gladly fot off and found another mode of transportation to get to my final destination. SN Brussels is know to send their sh*tty planes to Africa, because there are always problems with the planes heading to that continent. It is just another obvious proof of their racism."

Výhody: "While the flight left late, the service on board was good as was the comfort provided. Staff friendly. I actually was pleasantly surprised overall given a long past experience on the old SABENA."

Then on this flight the stewardess tried to tell me that I could not put my bag on the bin on top of my head - she was reserving it for other passengers! Then she realized that her comment might sound racist (so she apologized), then she told me that I could not put my small bag under the chair. Finally I told her that she is certainly looking for a way to get me off the flight to which she answered "I can certainly find something!!!" Cultural sensitivity is needed with these stewardesses who are racist like I don't understand and I was certainly polite!"

Nevýhody: "Cup of coffee would be nice but this you need to buy and this is STUPID Expensive"

Nevýhody: "It was a small plane with only 1 bathroom which was not available for the flight due to long lines. There was no food or even a drink of water without payment. there was no in flight entertainment."

Výhody: "Great moives and enteratinment system. Comfy seat. attentive staff on board. Also minimal annoucements, which i love because i don't like to be disturbed in my sleep to hear about the weather."
Nevýhody: "Was stuck on plane for 3 hours before they had to cancel it due to computer issues. Missed connenction flight ( 27 hour delay for connecting flight) with them as well as a result, had to stay 2 extra nights (in great accommodation they provided, at least) had minimal information about what to do in the morning (almost missed the bus to the airport because they only had a little sign noting it) Overall they took care of us from the delays, but I still missed a day and a half of work because of it."

Don't spill drinks on you unlike certain airlines (looking at you Air France) Decent in-flight entertainment system and comfortable plane (well, as far as you can get in an economy) Basically everything related to the actual flight was great."
Nevýhody: "The fish entree was oversalted, but maybe that's how they eat fish in Belgium. In general airplane food took a huge nosedive in the last 10 years, so I'm not surprised."

Nevýhody: "We paid extra for economy plus, but they completely messed up that part of the reservation. Multiple phone calls and run around at the airport. The "upgrade " is a nice one but the hassle was stressful and still not sure if I'll get the $ straightened. Front of plane warm, but back cold."

Výhody: "Pleasant staff, entertainment system is ok although a bit outdated."
Nevýhody: "Our flight (operated by Air Canada) was delayed due to a control tower fire. Other flights seemed to have been delayed 1 or 2 hours, but ours was delayed 3.5 hours. That's not really the airline's fault, but it seems like they didn't want to communicate updates or give us any options for alternate flights. They also listed the delay at just under 3 hours, rather than the real 3.5 we were late leaving the gate (to avoid giving out vouchers, I suspect)."

Nevýhody: "Inbound connection from Tokyo was late (1 hour) but this flight BRU-MAN was also 1 hour late, so got to the gate easily in time for boarding only to find my seat and boarding pass had been cancelled! Poor management of the situation - they don't check whether the connection is *actually* OK, just use the timetable. Poor real-time handling of the situation. This flight is sometimes subcontracted out to WDL who fly various other flights for SN throughout the day, and so any delay elsewhere in Europe can delay this flight. Baggage priority ignored for Star Gold. Missed train connection on arrival in UK. Due to the above problems. In-flight staff OK but ground crew seem disorganised."

Výhody: "I hated that I had to do my own check in, the flight check in and the luggage dropping. I was unsure as id I had done it correctly, and even after the staff revised my luggage drop reciept, the luggae was not delivred appropriately. The flight was delayed, which made me have to o rush all over LHR, where I pretended to have breakfast."
Nevýhody: "Unpolite and stressed, rushy staff on board. On top of that, all the running throgh costumes and pretty much the whole LHR airport, and what I hated the most was my luggage arriving 12hrs late."

Nevýhody: "I have no words flew not honored and I had to buy a ticket at the airport. Thank you for your service!"

Nevýhody: "I was unable to check-in online, Lufthansa said see Brussels Airlines and Vice Versa. The check in process at Dulles was very poor (this was the Brussels Airlines desk) Chaotic would sum it up best. The meal on the flight was very poor, even the staff apologized before I said anything, they were quite embarrassed. Hopefully the flight back on Lufthansa will be a huge improvement !!"

I think that they canceled the flight just because it was not full. I had to spend the night in the airport. The flight in the morning was overbooked. No one should fly UA if they can avoid them."

Výhody: "As far as flying goes the crew where very professional, pleasant and helpful. Honestly, I did not interact with them much but they seemed to all get along well and do their work happily and efficiently. They managed a large multi cultural flight well which is likely no easy job!"
Nevýhody: "Seats: Why is that head rest attachment on the seat? It's AWFUL! It forces your neck in a very bad position. You have to be tall to use it properly. There should be a way to remove it for those of us too short to use it as it was meant to be used. The food on this flight was not the worst I have ever had but it certainly was not goo either. Two rice dishes...why? Boarding seemed to be slow and a bit unorganized. Why not board by seat zones?"

Nevýhody: "No drink or food offered"

Nevýhody: "Dear kayak, you do want us to rate "the experience" of the terror attack right before our boarding? Of course everything is automated. But is it that hard to stop your "rate your trip" requests for those who went through all that horror? What about those who lost their people there - I can bet they are happy to respond to your "ratings"..."
