Since manufacturers adhere to airline baggage standards, no violations were found during checks. This misguided effort only resulted in publicly humiliating Swissair customers. Boarding process was pure pandemonium...this was the first time in recent memory, where all coach passengers were invited to board at the same time! Very inefficient! Crowded seating in coach,with ten passengers sandwiched in across Boeing 767 aircraft. Competing airlines flying identical aircraft have nine across seatings Thin seat cushions cause leg cramps after a few hours."

When I did the check in in Prague and got my boarding pass the told me that the system picked me to have the additional random checkup at Zurich airport. Its ok. If it’s done for security reason why to tell the people ahead of time that they will have additional checkup of bags and personal stuff. If you want to do it for security reason do it ( I want to be safe) but don’t do it for the check mark , it doesn’t make any sense and doesn’t protect us."
Výhody: "My partner and I loved our first flight with Swiss from JFK to Zurich the chairs was amazing, we enjoyed the full bed and the entertainmnet screen was amazing to enjoy. The food was delicious and the service was amazing."
Nevýhody: "My Partner and I was dissatisfied with our connecting from Zurich to Cairo. We expected the same flight but we were in basically in coach with little more leg room. The chairs barely reclined to a comfortable position. There was no entertainment, just a three and a half hour flight at the flight plan on a small tv hanging over. their was no differentiation between the economy behind us. just the food that was brought to us, other felt the same as well who were traveling in business with us."

Neither of those were present on this flight. Calling this a business class is a rip off."

The smell may or may not have anything to do with the maintenance crew on board and delayed our boarding. No explanation of the smell. Good thing it was a short flight from Athens to Naples"

I ended up paying 240.00 euros to check in 4 suitcases! that's absurd!! In addition I couldn't check in online for this flight and therefore was not told via email that I could at least check in my bags via the internet for s reduced fee. This is a kayak issue. Otherwise Aegean was great."

We found this out after waiting in line for over an hour. Also, to pay for the luggage we had to go to the other side of the terminal and wait in a ticket counter line with one employee for 40 minutes. The entire check in process took two hours and the airport wasn't even busy. I'm rarely a complainer, but this was event was inspiring."

For almost 48 hours, I have been very worried that I will need to go through an expensive law suite. The whole issue was cause because of overbooking. I was asked to be on a waiting list with my luggage. When I was boarding I specifically asked the local crew whether my luggage is on board as well and I was answered definitely "YES"."

Finally found that desk, not called "Aegean" like we were told, but "GlobeGround" 7. Plane was delayed. 8. At the a Athens airport we were told Taron shouldn't have charged us. What's going on here?"

There was no choice for the type of food I was getting, but everything was very tasty. The crew was very nice.
This was a code share operated by United with a 787. Don't care for the herringbone 2-2-2 seating in business, many other carriers have gone to a 1-2-1 which is better. Food wasn't much better than economy but what really counts is lie flat seats.

Eventually routed via Lisbon which meant literally flying all night to arrive at 0600. Lufthansa and Austrian have some serious faults to correct."

Unfortunately we missed the connection for the flight to Newark, which we were expressly told would be held for us... they shut the door 30 seconds before we arrived, with the plane still at the gate. Had to then go to the only counter in the terminal to see if we could get on standby. Finally got on a flight to JFK instead at 5:15pm."

Worst is the lack of communication during the 45 minute wait, for which I have little understanding seeing many older people clearly suffering."

This caused a big problem for me in the airport, where I: 1- Wasn't allowed to catch my flight ti Vinnea and this was both financial and time lost for me. 2- I was locked in Dussluff airport for more than 14 hours, I was threatened to be sent back to USA or any other country. This caused physiological damage for me, as I been treated like an animal 3- I was asked to pay for my new ticket ( Dussloff - Istanbul-Amman )"

Nevýhody: "Boarding on time, departing on time and advising passengers of the delay. We sat on the tarmac for 50 minutes without any communication. In addition, we waited an addition 45 minutes for our luggage. Thus, requiring us to change our plans. Well not be traveling Egypt Air again."

The plane was clean and presentable, especially the lavatories. The seats were comfortable and the blankets provided worked well too."

Movie selection on the entertainment system was mediocre, with limited variety of films in general and especially limited variety in languages other than English and Arabic. A problem which I encountered on board was a big gap between the ventilation panel at the base of the wall and the flooring, through which the dessert of my meal fell and which presented the risk of losing further items. I hope this is fixed promptly."
Nevýhody: "The flight crew didn’t provide any kind of leadership when the passengers were causing a delay. Then we landed 20 minuets later than schedule, but the pilot failed to recognize the delay, he announced the schedule arrival time rather than the actual time. Then the freaking airport is so bad, that I decided not to come back here anymore. The luggage were delayed for an hour and half and we asked the supervisor he said that’s usually what happened, and we have to wait, he didn’t even care to provide any explanation for why all this unnecessary delay."
Nevýhody: "Staff are rude in comparison to other airlines, hostess greeting us actually called my 2 year old naughty for touching the toilet door whilst boarding! Media is also limited and with constant interruptions, plus not available for take off or landing! Tray tables were dirty, I’ve honestly given up trying to eat the food on board these flights! Despite numerous tags and a note on my ticket the stroller is never able to be brought up to the aircraft door. I won’t be flying Egyptair again"

Výhody: "The security was tight! We ended up going through 7 check points before we were at our gate. This is a positive and important need these days"
Nevýhody: "Boarding was late, unorganized, and trying. Everyone rushed to the gate, giving no care to what the attendants were asking the passengers to do. We just sat back, even though we were to board at the beginning. Also, there were A LOT of young children (this is at 2:00 AM in the morning going to Munich). The children were running around with no supervision and it was very nerve racking."
Every thing was just perfect.
The price but the service was poor and the staff was very rough and unfriendly.

Failed to get a voucher, refund or change the dates online, was still getting an error. on messenger they answered and told me i can get a voucher, i told them i don't want it and after that they stopped replying all together. good thing i got my money back by filing a dispute with my credit cart company."

Constant elbow issues and a feeling of being locked into a small space. I've never been so happy to exit from a flight. Note that on the JFK-BUD-JFK route, LOT subcontracts to a low-cost Portuguese airline, so this plane isn't configured for a trans-Atlantic flight, at least not for a minimal level of comfort. Never again. Pay more for a decent seat on another carrier! And take a large bottle of water, as they're not at all generous with the water, soda, and juice. My seatmate and I were parched and couldn't wait to clear customs so as to buy a bottle of water."

Výhody: "I am not sure where to start from but each lot employee I talk with had poor English and not the tinyest willing to help just to move , I had a flight back from cezh republic to JFK with a stop in Warsaw When I got to the front desk in the air port to print my ticket the Liady ( work at Sation 236 ) was very rude and anti costumer service she print me only my first fly ticket and when I ask why she " I don't know " I said ok so when u get there you know which get I go or where I will print the other ticket she say I don't know Ok and then I ask her can u check if it a room I. My flight from Warsaw to JFK in business it this moment she tell me I can switch sit and ask me to go I was shocked but this was only the bigining when I got to Warsaw I ask in the gate counter where should I go to print my ticket after I try to explain him 10 times what I mean ( he didn't speak English at all ) he told me to go pass the passport check and in gate 21 they will print it to me I fly a lot so I ask him if he sure becuse I am petty sure I will need my ticket the guy at the desk repeat imhim self so I want and waited 25-30 min in the line so the police officer in the passport check will tell me I need to go print my ticket So after the officer from the passport desk call someone he direct me to go to hate 26 and there they will print my ticket I want them and again wait for 15 min to print my ticket ( it was only me this is the sad thing I don't know what tool 15 min to print a ticket ) and it amazing how unsocial and 0 in customer service the lot polish employees I meet And this is without talking about the delay in my coming flight for 2-3 hrs ( a delay it something that happen a lot yes but the way they handled it again 0 in costumer service )"

Nevýhody: "I travel internationally regularly on business. Lot Airlines was hands down the worst airline I have ever flown with. They charged me twice for the same exact tickets and then would not refund me the entire fare. The deducted $300 to process back the credit. Personnel, at both the airport and in flight, were curt, uncommodating and lacked customer service. On my return flight from Warsaw there was a large, disruptive group with a number of unruly children & airline staff did nothing to address the children running across seats, screaming and wreaking havoc for over 8 hours. Passengers could not sleep & the noise was unbearable."

Nevýhody: "I used LOT Airlines for the very first time to travel to Riga, Latvia. The problems started at the LOT check in counter at O'Hare International terminal. I packed my weeks worth of belongings into a 21" carry on bag expressly so I wouldn't have lost baggage issues. The customer service person forced me to check my bag because it was 3 kilograms overweight even though it was the correct size for carry on. As you can probably guess the bag was lost in the transfer in Warsaw, Poland. After filing a lost baggage claim at Riga, Latvia airport I never heard a word of support, communication, or even an apology from customer service at LOT airlines. I called them several times and their tracking system could not locate the bag during the entire week I was in Latvia. Now I am home in the states and have received an email from LOT Airlines stating that my bag is now at the airport in Riga, Latvia and to contact them for shipping and reimbursement for any costs. LOT is a TERRIBLE AIRLINE! Atay Away!"

Nevýhody: "We found out in Poland that my wife was missing an eTA number necessary for her to fly into Canada. With our previous flight delayed, the application did not process in time, and we missed our connecting flight. As a result, we were stuck in Poland for 24 hours, leading to lost sleep, added expense, and much frustration. Customer service in Poland was helpful but extremely slow. Many customers needed help and it took about an hour for each customer. We waited in line for hours. We were not charged for a new flight, but we did spend 10 exhausting hours in the airport before we had everything resolved and were able to leave and get a few hours of sleep."
