Fukuoka lacked any information when our flight might come or if it would possibly be cancelled. Got to Incheon near midnight, I then waited for three and half hours in a line to rebook for the next day, and when they helped me they gave me a ticket. They said they couldn’t give me any hotel accommodations because of all the missed flights, but didn’t offer some other compensation. I didn’t get a voucher which I saw other people in line get. When I asked to upgrade to business class( I was willing to pay the extra money) I was told it was too expensive for me. After my trip I will never fly Korean Air again."

They could not have been more unhelpful. Plus the food was terrible, and delays both in taking off and getting to the gate. I will NEVER fly Swiss Air again."

Nevýhody: "The agent at the check-in had no clue what he was doing. He had to ask his neighboring agents a dozen questions to check us in (4 passengers, 3 bags and 2 car seats). On top of that, his whole demeanor was condescending, treating us as if we had never flown an airplane before. We are big are traveling light, so we had 2 small suitcases, small enough that we never have to check them in for the US domestic flights. I asked the check-in agent if the small ones were needed to be checked in or if they could be taken as carry-ons. He made a big deal that they were too big and had to be checked in. But when we boarded the plane, we saw that about a quarter of the carry-on bags in the plane were as big as our small suitcases! We were in row 30+. The leg room was the narrowest I have had in all international flights I flew in. Having longer than average legs, it was pure torture for the duration of the overnight flight. The best part of the dinner they served was the croissant - that should give you an idea. I don't think I would voluntarily choose Swiss Air again."

Swiss Air will not correct the small free space capacity (both pitch and width) most assuredly. Thus, I now fully appreciate why fellow travelers embrace airplane knee protectors. "Don't leave home without them," especially on Swiss Air (emphasis added) !"

Nevýhody: "1. The crew from Abu Dhabi to Belgrade was appalling. As we touched down at Belgrade Tesla airport, and were still taxiing, many passengers stood up, opened up the overhead compartments, took out their carry-on bags (some were pretty big hard top) and left it on the aisle. The overhead compartment doors were left open and once or twice the crew at the back murmured them to sit on their seats and strap themselves. But neither did the crew come up to severely reprimand them nor did the passengers seem to care. IT WAS THE MOST SHOCKING EXPERIENCE in my over 25 years of flying. Terrible service on part of Etihad Crew. 2. We'd just an hour's transit in Abu Dhabi airport and there were numerous passengers still trying to disembark from the Kochi-Abu Dhabi flight, pass through security checks, walk quite a distance to the gate and then get on to the bus to board the aircraft. Strangely there was no Etihad personnel helping us to navigate through this absolute chaos. Many people, young and old, were literally running with their bags. Some of us yelled that we'd a short connection and then one of the ground staff tried to make way for us to navigate through the huge queues waiting for security. This process could've been managed infinitely better. Just imagine if there were elderly passengers or little children? 3. Food was terrible. I'm a vegetarian and usually Asian vegetarian is reasonably good. In this case the rice was poorly cooked (grainy), lacked any variety (anybody who's familiar with Asian food can assure you that there're amazingly tasty and healthy vegetarian dishes that can be prepared - if Etihad needs help they're welcome to contact me). I'm surprised by all this. Try Emirates and one can see the quality of the food. 4. We'd to collect our boarding passes at Belgrade airport. We've a carte de legitimation (CDL) residence card for Switzerland but it seemed obvious that the ground staff at Belgrade have no clue what a Swiss CDL looks like. My wife who's a South African national cannot obviously enter Switzerland without a visa but the CDL is a legitimate document and that should have been it. Further we'd been checked in from Kochi to Zurich (and our bags had been checked through to ZRH). It's obvious that Belgrade staff are poorly trained and it caused unnecessary waiting time (nearly 30 minutes) and senior staff had to be summoned to clarify. I'm terribly disappointed with the overall service of Etihad. I'll never fly through Belgrade for sure. It's horrible and the travel desk were not particularly helpful. In fact I'm considering never to fly Etihad again."

Nevýhody: "We lost an item and while we are in airport waiting for next flight even though we know it would have got recovered by airport staff there is no way of getting it back unless we download a form online , print , fill the form and sign , scan and send it in email to lost and found team. This is unlikely and complex process for anyone while in airport to get access to print, scan etc. we wish this was more simpler process Cabin was too cold and staff deny bluntly to make any adjustment saying some other set of passengers complained that cabin is warm.. I have not seen anyone who could sit around with out blanket on them and we had to get double blankets and wrap ourselves in there"

Nevýhody: "Width and depth of seats - very small. I especially noticed the depth - very narrow. As usual bearly room between row in front. The food was very average. I ordered Asian vegetarian and got 3 meals almost identical. For dessert I also got a piece of melon and 2 cubes of pineapple 3 times. The bread roll was stale at best. Unfortunately on the long 13 hr leg we had a male staff member who wasn’t happy in his job and basically grunted at the passengers...He was also clearing the food trays and was very rough with it and I wore a container of somebody else’s custard all over me (luckily I had a blanket wrapped around Mel). He was more annoyed that zig also got the bottom of his trousers and shoes."

Nevýhody: "My biggest complaint would be that we waited on the plane for over an hour and a half in Mumbai for late passengers. This caused a ripple effect which made us miss our arrival spot and have to wait an additional 30 min on the plane once we landed. You should never make 400+ people sit on an airplane for 2 additional hours (for a 3 hour flight) because a few passengers did not plan well and were late. That logic was insane to me and incredibly frustrating. That is my only complaint that would actually make me think twice about flying Etihad again. The crew seemed annoyed anytime I'd ask for water. A more western food option would be nice rather than just 3 options of rice and curries. Also the food timing did not line up well (eating fish at 9am)."

Výhody: "The cockpit crew was efficient in announcing the highlights of the flight.The landing and take off was smooth and flawless.The aircraft, an airbus 321 was clean."
Nevýhody: "The service from Abudhabi to Cochin was worse than the so called cattle class.One simple instance, the food menu which was trumpeted and given to each passenger in the economy class, had three main entrees,viz Fish/chicken/vegetarian. When the food trolley came to my seat in the mid section of the plane, the hostess with almost a desperate look told me that only the vegetarian dish was available.I told her that I definetly need the fish or chicken dish.She scrounged around and ultimately gave me the fish choice whereas all the rest around me had to do with the vegetarian fare.Why this stupidity of a grandiose menu card?...The menu list states a list of liquor available in flight in the economy class.The hostess was serving the same only to those who specifically asked for it and that too as if she has to pay for the same.What a shame on the airline.You folks can do much better than this, in the so called cattle class.Sitting in a preassurised tube for more than 21 hours to reach ones destination is agony by itself, but then getting into your flight after seeing the goodies offered are only in paper, is a sad disappointment."
Výhody: "The trip was late and the transite one left and they refused to componsate me neither by ticket nor money .. It was ahorrible trip i lost 4000 dollars for hotels and other ticket which is toooooo much"
