Never reached there flight got cancelled 2nd time in a row
I am deaf & travel alone to India & back to Seattle via Doha by Qatar Airways. They did an awesome services, very friendly and helpful. Since we wear masks all the time during the flights, How can the air-hostess communicate with me? I came to an idea that we communicate each other through texting on my phone which was very helpful! One negative comment is that there are no closed captioning for English movies & dramas on TV. It need to add accessibility for deaf people to enjoy watching during their flights. I will fly with Qatar Airways again in the future.
Everything was good but they need to improve on time

Nevýhody: "Low cost airline so they charge you for everything. I had to pay $159 to check a bag for a 1.5 hour flight. That nearly doubled the cost of the original ticket. By the time they charge you for everything, you don't save any money. And they even weigh every purse, backpack, handbag, etc. at the gate and start charging customers for carry on. Don't fly with these guys. And because their customers are dissatisfied, all the employees I encountered were rude."

Nevýhody: "(1) Was about to miss flight because originally my flight booking was from Benazir International Airport Islamabad but t the time of flight I boarded from a different and new airport in Islamabad which had become operational in Islamabad in the last week of April 2018 . My flight was on 10th May 2018 from Islamabad to Doha to Chicago but neither my online booking site ( Kayak ) not Qatar Airways sent any notification that my Boarding was changed from Banzir International Airport to the newer, bigger airport. Consequently , on the day of flight, I went to check in and board from the Bnazir International Airport but upon reaching the airport I was told that the airport was no more in operation. I was surprised to hear that all flights were to be from the newer airport. By the time I rerouted my taxi to the new airport I was already late for my flight but fortunately the flight from Islamabad to Doha, Qatar was delayed and I made it to the boarding time and flew to Doha , Qatar and then to Chicago."

I get that the box probably contains some crucial equipment, but can you at least round the edges so I can lay my leg against it without cutting off my circulation to my foot? Nevýhody: "The boarding process feels very hostile, they are not nice and you are threaded as a terrorist (while they smile at you during the process). Since a new policy of TSA according to them, you cannot take your computer with you in the plane. This means that working in your way back is very hard and you will be loosing the day which is very uneficient. But what was even worse, is that they didn't allow me to check my bag in the last connection gettting to the US, instead they made me check it from my original destination which made me loose almost two days of work without giving me a logic response on why I couldn't check my bag from my inbound flight to the US. By the way, this protocol from TSA is terrible. No internet in their flights No chargers plugs in all of their flights (including the ones that take you more than 4 hours) Lunch in their 15 hours flight is mediocre, everyone was starving since they only gave us one mini empanada."

Nevýhody: "The security process in the Prague airport is so ridiculous. There are security agents who screen you in the baggage drop off line that makes the line take a very long time. Once you finally get your sticker from them it’s a quick trip through customs. Then the pain really begins with a security scan st each individual gate to enter a boarding area for the plane. Then I was pulled for extra security where a male agent touched my but with some sort of swab with no warning. He then claimed to not speak English (with zero accent when I asked him a question). It was a humiliating and very long process all run by delta!"

Yes we were in First Class and it was a (groan) 6:05 AM flight which meant that we were probably on time. But Delta’s 737-900 (to Atlanta) was very comfortable, the crew did everything well and the breakfast was quite good. (Make sure you try the quiche). We had the same crew on the next leg to Miam, who were surprised and gave us a warm welcome. There were only snacks in 1st for that short segment, but they were all we wanted."

While the food sucked on my outbound flight from atlanta to london, the food on the amsterdam to atlanta flight was pretty good. there was a lunch, a snackbox and then a hot snack before landing. There was plenty of beer to drink so that made the flight better."
Nevýhody: "first, the entertainment system was busted. you could use the flight tracker and play games, but couldn't watch any movies or tv shows. They only told us about this 5 minutes before boarding. There was wifi so you could stream shows to a tablet, but that assumed you had a tablet and that it was charged because the usb ports on the nonfunctioning entertainment system were, you guessed it, nonfunctional. Fortunately we had charged tablets and were able to stream some shows but they kept buffering and locking up because the gogo wifi wasn't working very well. About half the flight attendants were friendly but the other half obviously didn't want to be there. The last half hour was pretty bumpy due to remants of a hurricane in the area. The person behind me was frantically looking for a barf bag but we found out that most of the seats didn't have them. So that could have been ugly. I flew delta for the skymiles but based on this trip I will either fly on their partners (virgin, klm, airfrance) for reduced mile credit, or choose a different airline."

Unfortunately, the only vegan option ran out just before my seat, but I was still amazed and pleased....and have ordered a vegan meal in advance for my next flight. Incredible! Plus, plenty of room for bags, good video selections, and power at all seats. I love Delta and will fly them more often!"

So, regardless of whether you book your tickets 3 months in advance or the day before, you're not actually guaranteed a seat unless you check in online. We weren't told this until we were at the airport and checked in there that we might not be able to get our pre-booked in advance flight because of over-booking from KLM. We then had to wait and see if there were seats available when boarding. Luckily, there were, but we were not sat together. Not the greatest start to our first holiday together as a couple. We were told that if there weren't seats available, they'd pay for us to get to another airport to fly out, which would have meant a huge delay on the only time off we'd get together this year and have to rearrange our pre-booked and pre-paid living arrangements for the week. All because there wasn't a lot of emphasis on the need to check in online before hand. You'd think if someone checked in at the airport, that would be more of a guarantee that they'd be flying with you that day, but apparently not. Definitely not impressed or happy with this part of the KLM experience. Absolutely disappointing especially with the head sets not working because of poor ports of connection. The food was absolutely tragic. You should fire your catering company. I expect more from your airline and I was disappointed all the way through. I hope you can provide my wife and I better service and an upgrade when we fly back to Washington DC on Flight AF 0054 from CDG to IAD. I work in the luxury hotel sector, and even the door men and room attendants have more autonomy to wow our guests. Flying AF does not want me to spend any more money with your airline in the future."

With the airport shuttle(CDVAL) to our airport hotel closed, they offered no assistance despite of my request. Simply asked us to take a taxi (when all taxi stands are abandoned at 2AM). Beware if traveling with family."
Nevýhody: "They have a terrible communication problem, they never communicated why the flight was late, they never communicated what they were doing or what was happening. Bad customer service. Bad communication with the client. They told us when I asked several times that we would not lose our connection and that everything was fine and that was not the case. We lost the connection. No one told us anything. Another problem was that the girl in the boarding process removed the suitcases tickets from the boarding pass and did not want to return them, and held it without any cause. Without that tickets we can not claim the bags. The flight staff went looking for us. Pretty sad and disappointed by their service. I understand that they were causes outside the airline but must communicate to the client. They cannot remain silent and say nothing."

I specifically called Air France prior to the flight to make sure I won’t have any issues as my 1st flight was operated by Delta and I wanted to confirm the luggage requirements were the same. My carry-on weighted only 5 kilos. I was extremely upset the way I was treated w/ the boarding agent behind the counter in Prague. On the top of that, her and the supervisor were very rude to my mom as they told her she had an extra carry-on which wasn’t the case. She traveled w/ a small briefcase where her mask for sleep apnea was. This is not considered an additional carry-on. The boarding agent (Czech lady and her supervisor) were not only rude but obviously lacked knowledge as well. My carry-on suitcase would easily fit in the overhead bin plus there was plenty of space inside the plane as it the flight wasn’t completely full."

In Paris, but ONLY after I located my receipt on my phone, they moved us to the seats we had paid for."

Nevýhody: "The people making announcements need to slow down. I understand some Spanish but hey were talking so fast it was difficult, then when they repeated in English, their pronunciation wasn't the best but again because they were speaking so fast it was difficult to understand."

Fortunately the woman who checked me in realized there was 1 seat available on the last flight that would get me to Lima in time for my connection flight (departing same time as my flight pre-delay). She personally got me to the front of the line, and ran with me just about to the gate, where I caught a shuttle to the plane. If she hadn't done so, and if I hadn't checked in so early, I would have been forced to stay in Lima 24hrs, despite buying a rightful seat and having reservations in Buenos Aires. It is appalling and unacceptable that y'all continue to overbook flights, causing incredible trouble, inconvenience and potential harm to your customers. For a service that costs so much, the only acceptable delays are weather and mechanically related. if it hadn't been for amazing staff immediately, I would've been furiously waiting in a city I didn't need or want to be in. Customer service will continue to grow your business or impede it negatively-- how y'all act is up to you. I appreciate how well I was taken care of by several kind individuals."

In addition, at the counter they told us that we didn't need to do a line again for dropping bags in the morning. However, when we arrived the next morning we had to do a 40 minute line. The pain was compounded by a member of the staff yelling at me for asking him to be moved to a quicker line because I could miss my flight. I've always flown on Lan (now Latam) and I've never had this bad experience before. I'm really disappointed!!"

La verdad no creo volver a viajar con Latam."

Výhody: "The meal offerings given my "special" menu request (vegetarian) was better than expected, portions were of a nice quantity, the food wasn't bland, and in terms of variety they offered a good food selection. The available entertainment catalog (movies, TV shows, etc) was vast, and included recently released films. I also love that LAN offers pillows, blankets (of good, warm material) and headsets. The crew was attentive and helpful. The plane plane was clean, which is expected to be but not always ends up being that way."
Nevýhody: "The plane looked like an older model, which is not a problem itself, the problems were: my seat was missing the cup holder ring (looked like it broke) meaning no place to keep a cup to drink water throughout the flight. The remote for the "t.v."/entertainment system, that is nestled on the side of the seat, wasn't working and the touch screen glitched (it would freeze, or kick me back to the root menu while I was browsing through options) Small technical problems that given the $$ flights cost, one expects them to work properly."

Recently I have been flying economy and from the moment checking in to leaving the plane is a terrible experience. I have had on numerous occasions when checking in at the airport that I was lied to regarding the seat I was in. Or there was more than one person with the same seat. Food and the wine is awful. I would not even eat it if I was starving. When flying the overnight/ morning flight they leave the cabin lights on pretty much the entire way, their excuse is that they need to serve dinner, but who serves dinner at 0500 in the morning anyways. My last flight I asked if I could borrow a pen, and they told me they do not give out pens to customers. I will never fly LAN again except for business class. On American Airlines they are a lot more friendlier. Also a shame that they do not have a way of recognising the people that fly with them frequently, I have flown with LAN 10 times in the last 12 months. They have a bad attitude."

Nevýhody: "I have a very bad experience. The first flight was delayed, so many people including me missed the connecting flight. They kept us till 2AM at the airport and made us take out all our luggage before taking us to a hotel. Then, there was a Flight leaving the same day at noon, but instead of acommodating us there, they made us wait till 11:59 PM for the next flight. They told us that it was a direct flight as it was initially scheduled from Lima to La Paz, but that was not true as we had to stop in Santa Cruz first. To sum up, there was a 28-hour delay in total. I was supposed to get to La Paz on Jan. 28 and ended up arriving on the 29. No explanations were given, but it is clear that they oversold as all flights were full. Avoid this airline if you can."
