Never took off on time. Always delays flying with Lufthansa. Seems like the planes are getting more and more uncomfortable as well. No room to even stretch out your legs. Pathetic. More likely will book next flight with someone else.

Food was the most mediocre I have experienced on a transatlantic flight. Crew and staff were superb. Comfort was OK. For the first time ever, my luggage was misplaced between Lufthansa change of flight number and a replacement United flight.

Boarding in Munich is so did organized.

Lufthansa has no option to check in online if my first flight leg is united. This is a very big drawback and also the reason I would not prefer to fly Lufthansa again. United is bringing the quality down."

When I called and asked if they would rebook me the lady on the phone said that she could rebook for a trip that had two layovers from 2pm(Prague time) to 8:30pm(NYC time) for the 24th of November (thanksgiving). When I asked her if there was anything else she said that was the soonest flight she could find. When I checked my self I found and booked a flight for the 23rd. When I called back they refused to give me a refund."

I also paid extra to be in the exit row, to have people constantly congregating in front of us.The food was also mediocre."

With the airport shuttle(CDVAL) to our airport hotel closed, they offered no assistance despite of my request. Simply asked us to take a taxi (when all taxi stands are abandoned at 2AM). Beware if traveling with family."

Nevýhody: "Boarding agent forced me to check in my carry-on even though the carry-on fit in the cage and fullfilled all the requirements. I specifically called Air France prior to the flight to make sure I won’t have any issues as my 1st flight was operated by Delta and I wanted to confirm the luggage requirements were the same. My carry-on weighted only 5 kilos. I was extremely upset the way I was treated w/ the boarding agent behind the counter in Prague. On the top of that, her and the supervisor were very rude to my mom as they told her she had an extra carry-on which wasn’t the case. She traveled w/ a small briefcase where her mask for sleep apnea was. This is not considered an additional carry-on. The boarding agent (Czech lady and her supervisor) were not only rude but obviously lacked knowledge as well. My carry-on suitcase would easily fit in the overhead bin plus there was plenty of space inside the plane as it the flight wasn’t completely full."

The folks in Prague couldn't fix this, they moved one ticket to a different exit row, not together, different part of the plane. In Paris, but ONLY after I located my receipt on my phone, they moved us to the seats we had paid for."

Check in is a mess. Be ready for a traumatic experience from the unsupportive and rude check in staffs and duty managers at Calicut airport. It’s a chaos and the lines are mostly first in last out, as they don’t care of the passenger well being or the waiting time. They are just concerned of checking in before the boarding call. Personal experience is of standing 2 hours straight just for check in. Flight is ok, food preordered are all the instant ones with hot water mix, which tastes pathetic. Overall, will never take another indigo flight to fly out of india.

Nevýhody: "When we booked the flight we were unaware the price did not include checked baggage. We called Kiwi.com and we asked what it would cost to add checked baggage. They said they’d check and get back with us. When they did they said the additional charge for 15kg was more than the ticket itself!! For more than 15 up to 30kg it was nearly 3 times as much! This really felt like a scam! We asked to cancel the flight and were told we could, but there was no guarantee of any refund. We said to cancel it anyway. Later I was told there would be no refund. I assumed it had been canceled and yet I got emails telling me it was time to check in, etc. And then I’m asked to review my flight! So, between Indigo and Kiwi.com I felt I got terrible service. I will not use either of them again. In the end we got a flight for the original amount including 15kg of checked baggage from a different website and on a different airline that left at the exact same. There was a reasonable charge per 5 kg over the15 allowed."

Had to show my pre printed invoice to claim my "E"-ticket. Stress-inducing, not relaxing, but not a catastrophy."

Typical Indigo Crew The flight was delayed and the on time with Indigo is anyways a misnome, the announcement was made only an hour or so before departure. Poor service."
