The television programs available you’re almost all in Russian. And there were no subtitles. There are also interesting that Russian movies but again no subtitles."

The feedback of this mechanical control is so slow that it makes you feel like being punished for something. I don't know why it's so hard to make a responsive tablet but it's a problem on many-many airplanes. These tablets are so bad that sometimes I think it would be better without one at all."

And everyone got a pillow, a blanket, slippers and a sleep mask. Lovely!"
Nevýhody: "Well, I wasn't too fond of having to sit on the runway at Dulles for three hours while the thunderstorms raged. But taking off wouldn't have been a viable option. :) Actually, it wasn't that long for the thunderstorms, but something very heavy fell on the top of the plane while we were waiting. Maybe a bowling ball? I was torn between wanting to get off the ground, and being terrified that they would take off without checking out whatever the heck that sound was. Apparently, they did check it out. We pulled over to a maintenance spot and sat there for a while before we took off. If there was anything I didn't like about the flight, it was that there was no announcement about what had happened and what they were doing about it. But I'm nosey."

I specifically called Air France prior to the flight to make sure I won’t have any issues as my 1st flight was operated by Delta and I wanted to confirm the luggage requirements were the same. My carry-on weighted only 5 kilos. I was extremely upset the way I was treated w/ the boarding agent behind the counter in Prague. On the top of that, her and the supervisor were very rude to my mom as they told her she had an extra carry-on which wasn’t the case. She traveled w/ a small briefcase where her mask for sleep apnea was. This is not considered an additional carry-on. The boarding agent (Czech lady and her supervisor) were not only rude but obviously lacked knowledge as well. My carry-on suitcase would easily fit in the overhead bin plus there was plenty of space inside the plane as it the flight wasn’t completely full."

When we got to the check in line, we were taken aside for more passport checking, even though we are US citizens with Trusted Traveler status in the GOES program. We were one of the first people at the departure lounge, and one of the the last to board."

Their entire attitude was "nothing to be done, now board plane and leave" no compensation was offered, nothing done to remedy their mistake or rude behavior and treatment"

In Paris, but ONLY after I located my receipt on my phone, they moved us to the seats we had paid for."

My flight from Warsaw to JFK in business it this moment she tell me I can switch sit and ask me to go I was shocked but this was only the bigining when I got to Warsaw I ask in the gate counter where should I go to print my ticket after I try to explain him 10 times what I mean ( he didn't speak English at all ) he told me to go pass the passport check and in gate 21 they will print it to me I fly a lot so I ask him if he sure becuse I am petty sure I will need my ticket the guy at the desk repeat imhim self so I want and waited 25-30 min in the line so the police officer in the passport check will tell me I need to go print my ticket So after the officer from the passport desk call someone he direct me to go to hate 26 and there they will print my ticket I want them and again wait for 15 min to print my ticket ( it was only me this is the sad thing I don't know what tool 15 min to print a ticket ) and it amazing how unsocial and 0 in customer service the lot polish employees I meet And this is without talking about the delay in my coming flight for 2-3 hrs ( a delay it something that happen a lot yes but the way they handled it again 0 in costumer service )"

They charged me twice for the same exact tickets and then would not refund me the entire fare. The deducted $300 to process back the credit. Personnel, at both the airport and in flight, were curt, uncommodating and lacked customer service. On my return flight from Warsaw there was a large, disruptive group with a number of unruly children & airline staff did nothing to address the children running across seats, screaming and wreaking havoc for over 8 hours. Passengers could not sleep & the noise was unbearable."

Nevýhody: "I purchased my ticket through Kayak on priceline.com In the description of the fair it was specifically stated that I'm allowed 1 checked in bag. The airline did not send me the standard check in and flight information email, so when out of concer for my flight, I logged in a few hours before to find out that all the good seats were already taken. When I then proceeded to online check in, I was dumbfounded to find out that I do not have any luggage allowance. When I called their English language help line I was connected to a prerecorded message and then promptly connected to a Polish speaking person. Lucky for me I speak some Polish, but if you do not you would have a problem. The person then proceeded to inform me that the flight from Poland to London that I was taking is considered by the Polish airlines as a local flight and for that reason I'm not allotted a free checked in bag. I fly a lot all over the world and this is the first time something like this has ever happened to me. I will now permanently stay away from Lot. They shouldnot be considered a major airline, but a cheap flight air. This way when booking a flight you would know to not expect much from them."

As A consequence of an intensive interview process before boarding the international leg of the trip (initially only two reps processing everyone on the plane for a few minutes each) the plane left the gate late. It also lost another 15 -20 minutes in flight making it 30 minutes late and I missed my connection in Miami necessitating me to spend a night in a motel and finish my flight the next day."

Nevýhody: "Our tickets were economy class Y for all of our flights, and we each checked a bag free on the outbound trip. But, returning we had to pay 170 euros for our 2 checked (1 each) bags. TAP (Air Portugal) in Toulouse said our outbound flights were "Basic" fares while our return flights were "Discounted" fares. Discounted fares do not include checked bags while Basic fares include 1 free checked bag. We paid $3,106.36 for the round trip for both of us, which hardly seems like a discounted fare, before paying an additional 170 euros on the return flight. I will be looking into filing a Class Action suit trying to recover all overcharges on behalf of all passengers."
Výhody: "The planes were fantastic, wish all other airlines provided the same amenities. There was ample leg room (even in the economy peasant class), there were innovative changes in the pullout tray, beverage holder, convenience of charging devices, a mirror, specific pockets for books/glass cases/snacks. And a very comfortable headrest which made snoozing easier."
Nevýhody: "Contacting TAP Customer Service was a nightmare. It took forever before anyone answered the phone &, when they did, it was VERY difficult to understand their English. Forget reaching ANYONE after 9 pm; ditto for trying to do anything online, e.g., checking in, picking seats, modifying reservations, etc. If you are forced to do anything at night, prepare yourself for total frustration."

Nevýhody: "Inbound flight - flight got canceled from Budapest - after calling the airline and waiting in the line the 2 first lady I was talking to put me on hold and never got back to me, the 3rd lady had no idea why the flight got canceled except it was for emergency. She said next flight would be 2 days later - after calling the insurance I booked for the flight, they didn't want to reimburse for the interruption because the airline could not explain why it got canceled and i should prove that the flight was canceled - after being 6h on the phone with airline and insurance and waiting line had to hang of without solution. I had to purchase a new ticket from another airline to be able to fly on the same day back to Miami. - after arriving at the airport next morning for the other flight it turns out that Tap Portugal booked me to British Airways but they have not send me a notification email about it, so if I do not ask at the counter for Tap Portugal for the paperwork for the insurance I would never find out that i got a new flight and i would have miss it and the insurance would have never pay for it. With the new ticket i had to purchase, my travel with Tap Portugal cost me on the end around $3000, and I do not have that much money for a ticket at all, now I have a financial trouble. Thanks, never again."

To make matters worse, there was no plug-in in case you wanted to watch entertainment of your own on phone/iPad."

TAP policy states they allow choosing a seat starting 36 hours of departure, but the poorly designed website let me book seats, and then asked me to pay; at the airport they also told me I had to pay on check-in to choose a seat. Worst of all, at the gate, the waiting area forces all passengers to wait while standing in a big herd - an hour - while police spot check random passenger carry-ons and perform body checks."

Constant updates over the loud speaker by the pilot and stewardess got annoying; felt like every 20-30 minutes and saying the same thing, and saying it in 3 different laugages."

Seat control for video and movies didn't work."

There was staff people helping travelers whose flights were already boarding . On the plane lunch was delicious . I had bacallao, frango escabeche and white wine . Crew was very polite ."

I made it to my final destination 24 hours later than original itinerary, almost all of which was spent in airport lines. My bag didn't arrive until 5 days later...on the wrong porch."

The bilingual announcement was done incoherintkyin both languages absolutely not professional Crew was nice except an Asian/Canadian flight attendent. It's a less than adequate experience even for a officially second tier airline. Why does Canada put out an embarrassing product like this airline ? Shame on them !"

And if you didn't get that memo and you have an Apple device, you're out of luck. Otherwise you can rent an iPad for $10. The chairs were thin and flimsy making it difficult to sleep. And unfortunately we got a "window seat" that did not have a window. It was very disappointing."

Nevýhody: "My mother had booked a dairy-free meal and wheelchair assistance. The meal was booked on the flight to London, but the booking didn't carry through to the return. The wheelchair assistance was provided, but there were only three agents booked to manage 12 wheelchair passengers. They tried their hardest, but we still ended up missing our connecting flight. If the crew and agents hadn't been wonderful, it could have been a stressful trip!"

Process long and tedious and then people with later flights being processed before others nearly caused us to miss our flight. After nearly 9 hours on previous flight! Not good and then not even a decent snack. I am thankful that the crew waited for us but I didn't know this until I tried to find my gate which had been changed and heard the final boarding call. Also my traveling friends and I were separated and they almost left without me. Awful situation!! Also crew on ground couldn't or wouldn't explain what was going on so kept in the dark until you actually got to next step. Would have been nice to explain what was going on!"
Výhody: "Clean environment and temperature was pretty constant and comfortable. Staff helpful. The entertainment equipment worked well. This was not the case for for a number of passengers on another carrier's long flight within the past 9 months."
Nevýhody: "There was a nice balance of food, beverages and snacks. However, the food quality was not the same as my previous flight. One meal included mashed potatoes and potato salad and I feel a green salad would have been a better balance. Taste was lacking a bit. Movie choices felt limited. This was "the" trip with the noisy, screaming 2yo sitting directly in front of me. I feel for the child and parents and feel some of the issue was the parent. Crew seemed to mostly ignore the situation. I'm a grandma so usually patient but others around me we clearly annoyed."

I literally shivered all the way from Toronto to Istanbul, huddled next to the stranger next to me, who was also freezing. It was unreal how cold it was. People kept asking the staff to turn the A/C down, to no avail. I couldn't wait to get off that flight."

We boarded at the same time as an Air Canada Rouge flight to Dublin, and not only was it chaos trying to figure out which line you were in, but the staff working the London side of the desk weren't paging over the loudspeaker which group was next to board. It was a mess."

She did not say sorry and another passenger said she was laughing after. Another attendant scolded me loudly in front of other passengers because I accidentally threw away a lid from the food tray into a garbage bag I put all my trash in and then wanted me to dig it out. I asked him if he could since he had gloves on and I did not and he scoffed loudly telling me to never do it again. Another passenger said to me while on the fligh that she saw how rude they were being to me and that she was sorry. I was almost in tears because I was so embarrassed."
Nevýhody: "plane was late and missed our connection. put us up in a hotel but only got $7.00 credit for breakfast and lunch which is nothing when the hotel charges over $25.00 for a breakfast and our flight did not leave until 5:00pm."
