Nevýhody: "The security process in the Prague airport is so ridiculous. There are security agents who screen you in the baggage drop off line that makes the line take a very long time. Once you finally get your sticker from them it’s a quick trip through customs. Then the pain really begins with a security scan st each individual gate to enter a boarding area for the plane. Then I was pulled for extra security where a male agent touched my but with some sort of swab with no warning. He then claimed to not speak English (with zero accent when I asked him a question). It was a humiliating and very long process all run by delta!"

Guy passed out as we were about to take off so we turned back to the gate and sat on the plane for over 30 mins while we waited for medical personnel to check the guy out. Then had to wait another 15 mins for the fuel truck to refill us because we had burnt so much sitting there. I understand that we had to turn back due to his condition but why was he not removed from the plane and put on a later flight when he felt better instead of making all of us late? You would think after all this the crew would be kind and appreciate our patience but 2 of the flight attendants were the exact opposite of that. Both of them were very short with people and the one kept rolling her eyes at people as they were handing out drinks. The only thing I would give 5 stars is the tv entertainment. My seat wouldn’t even recline for me to enjoy though."

Nevýhody: "I had a problem getting a boarding pass that was a carryforward from a problem that I had had on the flights from the USA to Frankfort 2 weeks earlier. On those flights, I was denied boarding on the flight from Amsterdam to Frankfort because of miscommunication between Delta and KLM. Apparently, the staff who dealt with that problem did not note that the issue had occurred, so it looked like there were "out-of-sequence" segments on my initial flight and I was not allowed to check in electronically. It took several calls to KLM and Delta in Frankfurt to try to resolve the problem and finally it was determined that it could only be resolved at the airport. Other than a very nice KLM representative, the other people I talked to seemed unwilling to engage in helping me and sent me along to someone else. Although the problem was ultimately fixed, this was not a great customer service experience."

Nevýhody: "My one piece of hard shell luggage has a special, difficult way of latching. As long as nobody opens it, it stays fine for shipping. The problem is your greedy Chinese luggage handling thieves who work for your airlines in Chinese airports. Whenever they can steal from luggage, they always try to steal from passengers, particularly American. I have had multiple experiences with theft from Chinese airports. I have been to China and back to the USA five times. Many times, items have disappeared from my suitcases in Chinese airports. That is why I decided not to move to China to live but instead move to Indonesia. However, if I fly any plane that transfers my luggage in China, I can usually expect to have my luggage robbed. Although this time, nothing was missing from my luggage, that fact that your people had to wrap my suitcase in plastic (because they did not know the secret for relatching it) and resend it a day later, that is proof that one of your airport personnel opened it to see what he could steal and then got caught because he could not close it again. I am really really really tired of you Chinese thieves. I blame all of you because you are all a product of Mao Tse Tung’s godless atheistic evil society. The Chinese have proven to me again and again that they cannot be trusted. A Kong Chinese official even stole my Ohio driver’s license when I transferred through that airport on a previous trip to Jakarta. I understand your problem. If you fire all dishonest luggage department workers, you will not have any workers remaining. That is why you will always rank as a third world backward primitive society even though you buy expensive airplanes that you don’t build and dress your people up like professionals which they aren’t. AS LONG AS Chinese airport luggage people are dishonest and cannot be trusted, your entire airline is a failure. That is not prejudice against Chinese people. I know some honest good ones. They are all Christians, the kind of good people the corrupt Chinese government hates. An atheistic country is an evil country. Do not expect to be respected by honest people. You people clearly do not deserve it. You are still in the stone age when it comes to professionalism which requires total honesty, a quality which your luggage handlers consider to be dispensable. Such cave men they are!"
Výhody: "The 717 is a decent plane for short haul flights. Seats are comfortable. Delta crew was outstanding!"
Nevýhody: "The general cabin vent (that runs down the length of the cabin) over 13E blows on the side of 13D occupant's head. Since Scranton is humid this time of year I also had heavily moisture-laden air blowing against me which occasionally felt like water droplets. The sound of forceful rushing air is annoying enough but the muscles in my neck were cramping due to the cold air on the first part of the flight. (This is NOT the personal, adjustable vent I'm talking about. I know how to turn them off and redirect air flow). Perhaps there is a a crew controlled adjustment that had been neglected during this flight. Started on the ground during boarding, continued throughout flight."

Also, at one point in the flight, the 2 flight attendants in the economy section were seated and asleep - I had to wake one up to get something to drink. And she wasn't very pleased about it. But I would think that is a safety violation that no flight attendant was awake and alert for some period of time."

Needless to say this was frustrating. Once aboard the flight, the crew waited until we were landing to hand out the proper migratory and customs forms.That caused a lot of anxiety among travelers who weren't familiar with the forms, causing further delays when we had to stand in line for customs and immigration in Mexico City. Many people lost connections and it was not clear by Aeromexico crew where they needed to go to get their new tickets."

I was traveling with my husband, in same reservation, and was sited in two separate middle seats. Bad customer service, monitors in the airport have wrong information."

Nevýhody: "plane from Prague to Philly is ancient, still has the drop-down screens from 1981 and the radio station dial for listening in, but that didn't even matter as the video system was down for half the flight. No electrical charging capability unless you carry a car adapter with you. Overhead space was tiny. At least they had headrests, which is weird since the seats are obviously 30+ years old. Business class and first have been upgraded with new features."

Nevýhody: "Everything. The outdated planes need to be renovated with seatback screens. The entertainment featured on the aisle screens were unappealing. The economy seats are smaller than on other planes we've flown in; my husband could not fit his legs in his own leg area and was miserable the entire flight. And lastly, the plane was freezing, even after turning off the air overhead. Everyone around me was huddled under their skinny blankets shivering."

Nevýhody: "Our flight attendant didn’t know what food we were getting. When someone asked in front of me, she said “I’m not sure it could be either turkey or ham”. If you serve customers from all walks of life including Hindus, vegetarians, Islam, Judaism, it should be expected that the flight attendant know if that is turkey or ham. Another thing is that there was no final check by the flight attendant. We landed with tray tables down, seats recline, and people were still on their laptops."

Also, because of the outdated entertainment suite, the headphone jack is located in the armrest to the side instead of in the seat back in front of you. This caused me to bend my 3.5mm headphone connection at one point while I was moving my leg, because the connection jack is located below thigh level. The temperature was unbearable, and could not be controlled by the flight crew. Dressed for winter weather and roasted for the entire flight. I actually was dehydrated when we landed because I was sweating for 7 hours crossing the ocean."

It was a really long flight but Iberia made it less tiring with great food and great entertainment.

Výhody: "As usual Iberia sells you an Iberia ticket and sticks you on their low-cost line, Vueling - small seats, zero service. In flight wifi did not work except to take my money. Did not recieve email or load a webpage in the whole flight. Also crew was completely misinformed about COVID regulations in Spain - insisted we need a PcR test and QR code from online site and that was not true for travellers from Italy. Bush league airline; not what it used to be."

People were assigned aisle seats (normally a good thing), but the person in front of me kept her seat fully reclined, squashing me in and making the 10 hr flight most uncomfortable. No soap in one of the lavs"

The one thing that really concerns me is that Spanish stewards, more the women than the men, are becoming more rude than before. I understand that some passengers must be a hassle from time to time, but this is their one and only job, so a nice attitude is of the utmost importance."

We were 5 minutes late to the gate--after being told in Miami they would hold the plane for us."

Nevýhody: "I am an American who flew roundtrip Chicago - Madrid. We (family of 3) still haven't received our lost luggage from 2 weeks ago. When we checked in at Madrid, one staff told us to ask about the luggage downstairs at the luggage retrieval, which we are not allowed into. I came back and another staff woman told us to immediately go through immigration, because it takes so long to get through. Since our luggage appears to be lost for good, we will never take Iberia again. Madrid airport is a nightmare! We arrived at Madrid airport 2 hr 20 min. before our flight. Because the distance from the check-in counter to the plane is unbelievably far, and we all have to wait in very long lines, and then take multiple trains, escalators, and finally a bus, and U.S. passengers have their passports checked twice in long lines, we got on to the plane barely in time, on "last call" 30 min. before it took off. We will never fly through Madrid again! On any other trip from Spain overseas, we will choose some other city in Spain to leave from."

Boarding should be from the back first to speed it up. It was not. Crew did not have wide variety of refreshments. Seats were much too narrow and there was no leg room. Food helpings were much too small for a long flight. Controls very poor."
