Would have been a lot better if they boarded by seat numbers. Also they made me check in my fairly small and light carry on bag resulting in its contents arriving broken!"

Výhody: "The crew was fantastic! Our needs were constantly being met and just about the time you thought you might want a snack or a meal, the attendants were already heading down the aisle. Because of an allergic reaction, I asked for ice a number of times and the attendants were more than happy to meet my needs."
Nevýhody: "The seats were very close together. The trip from New York to Amsterdam seemed a lot more comfortable than the return flight. The food from NYC JFK was better than the food from Amsterdam. The movie selection on both flights was a little disappointing."

They didn't collect garbage before landing. Not only did we have to take our bags off the plane, we had to carry our garbage (drink cups/food served) to the front of the plane to throw out."
Nevýhody: "Delay can occur sometimes but it wiuld be better to be explained its reason and the estimated time for boarding. The customer service at CDG airport was the worst ever and all people standing boarding desk were useless without any mind what they are doing."

Výhody: "Flight crew on flight from Amsterdam to Cape Town were probably the most friendly and enthusiastic I've experienced and no, they were not all young. The plane was spotless throughout the flight. They were always coming around with water and juice and they genuinely seemed to care about all the passengers. The Flight back crew were just the opposite. More like the old lazy farts you get on the American carriers or BA or QF long haul. Whoo have been there for the long haul and should have stopped ages ago."

Nevýhody: "One and a half hour delay on a 50 minute flight. Flight was operated by Cityjet on behalf of KLM. Never have I seen such bad customer service: from rude people at the bagage drop off to incompetent hostesses at the boarding gate."

Once we went to the boarding gate we forgot a piece luggage and we ask Assistance after boarding still at the gate and crew told us they could not do anything as they are user of gate space not the owners #WTH"

Výhody: "On board service, entertainment and food was a nice surprise. Wine and beer offered free of charge with the meal, great movie selection without charge as well and very helpful crew during the boarding process. Seats in economy had plenty of leg room and space on the sides."

Nevýhody: "It boarded a half hour after it was supposed to depart, and took off an hour late, with no explanation ever for the delay. Also, at one point in the flight, the 2 flight attendants in the economy section were seated and asleep - I had to wake one up to get something to drink. And she wasn't very pleased about it. But I would think that is a safety violation that no flight attendant was awake and alert for some period of time."

Nevýhody: "I will never fly with this airline again. I missed my original flight so they cancelled all of my flights without my permission and resold my seats. Talk about making an easy $2k without doing absolutely nothing. I paid for another flight to get to Mexico to fly to el salvador when they told me that they cancelled everything. Now I am stranded in Mexico on Christmas and they don't care."

Nevýhody: "100% of my flights on AeroMexico have been delayed by 1 hour or more. In one case recently by nearly 4 hours. That if milely my random experience; it's still unacceptable, especially since they offer no apology or compensation."

Nevýhody: "The flight was delayed almost 2 hours from the Medellin airport because of "weather conditions", however in that time I saw two other flights from two different airlines take off on time without a delay. Needless to say this was frustrating. Once aboard the flight, the crew waited until we were landing to hand out the proper migratory and customs forms.That caused a lot of anxiety among travelers who weren't familiar with the forms, causing further delays when we had to stand in line for customs and immigration in Mexico City. Many people lost connections and it was not clear by Aeromexico crew where they needed to go to get their new tickets."

We were lucky we were not in any hurry to get to our destination and we volunteered to flight whenever available, however, it is not professional and it is very disrespectful of people's time."
Výhody: "Personal Monitor, with entertainment choices. I just wished you updated them more often, since after a few times flying with you, it is always the same"
Nevýhody: "Flight delayed. Personnel at airport did not know updated information. Monitors said boarding time, but no gate, and no one knew. There was no one to talk to, to get sitting changed. I was traveling with my husband, in same reservation, and was sited in two separate middle seats. Bad customer service, monitors in the airport have wrong information."
