I tried to check-in online but was denied access to my ticket because Swiss Air thought I might be a robot. I kept following instructions for positive access but after about 10 attempts I quit. Very irritating!"

And on my second part of the trip Zurich/Nice they refused to sell me to me from the Duty Free because they didn't have time..... :( The dark hair flight attendant in the back of that plane was not informative or nice....I had to talk to the head flight attendant in the front of the plane, she was more professional! Other than that everything was good!"

Nevýhody: "Boarding chaotic- no clear lines people pushing ahead which I am not used to- my handluggage was ok’ed at origin in US- was pulled aside in Zurich based on my “ ticket”- it was perfectly well suited and not oversized. In plane half of overhead compartments were filled with coats when told that these should go under seats. No consistency between announcements and behavior of crew."

Výhody: "The flight ,food entertainment was very good. But I don't understand the SWISS airline logic. When I did the check in in Prague and got my boarding pass the told me that the system picked me to have the additional random checkup at Zurich airport. Its ok. If it’s done for security reason why to tell the people ahead of time that they will have additional checkup of bags and personal stuff. If you want to do it for security reason do it ( I want to be safe) but don’t do it for the check mark , it doesn’t make any sense and doesn’t protect us."

They wanted me to pay for my seat after already spending 1100. Then they said I was randomly selected for a TSA check in Zurich. Seriously. And there was no TSA agent in sight doing the check. It was a Swiss Airline Employee. Never had that happen even in the USA."

Výhody: "Everything!! This airline is a huge breath of fresh (old?) air. It reminded me of how air travel used to be. No baggage charge - we only checked one bag. There was plenty of great food and drink - alcoholic drinks were free. We will definitely look to use SwissAir whenever possible."

We flew business class and expected much better from Swiss."

Nevýhody: "On my return ticket from Vancia to SFO staff at the counter forced me to check in my carry on because it was 1 inch wider than the super narrow box and 11 kg instead of 8 kg which is allowed. However in the inbound trip SFO Valencia l was able to carry the very same carry one with the same weight on the plane. First, it's not acceptable to limit carryon to 8 kilograms for trips including transatlantic segments. I fly a lot with Delta / air France and they have higher limit as it should be. And second, criteria should be applied consostently across Swiss. Why is it no problem from SFO to Velalencia, but it is a problem from Valencia to SFO? Also, online check-in is horrendous and unacceptable in this day and age. SUPER slow and cracked a couple of times on my mobile device"

Lufthansa was the one that scheduled two of my flights so close together, not letting people with connection flights to un-board first is completely counterproductive. Most other airlines let people with connecting flights unboard first."

Nevýhody: "Lufthansa cancelled my flight on November 23rd a few hours prior to departures because their pilots went on a strike. When I called and asked if they would rebook me the lady on the phone said that she could rebook for a trip that had two layovers from 2pm(Prague time) to 8:30pm(NYC time) for the 24th of November (thanksgiving). When I asked her if there was anything else she said that was the soonest flight she could find. When I checked my self I found and booked a flight for the 23rd. When I called back they refused to give me a refund."

Výhody: "I like the friendly crew. They give refreshments at no charge on a 40 minute flight and get it done in time."

The desk agent at check-in wouldn't check my second bag and didn't know how much the fee even was for the second bag. She was not exactly pleasant, which might have been because it was 430 in the morning but still. I just ended up carrying on two pretty big bags. The crew ended up gate checking one for me in Frankfurt which was nice. But I would have paid not to carry that dumb thing around with me through the giant Frankfurt airport. Other than the one desk woman in Prague, everything else was good."

BECAUSE OUR PLANE WAS LATE, THEY ROUTED OUR ALTERNATE FLIGHT THROUGH FRANKFORT (WAY WAY OUT OF THE WAY) & FROM THERE TO NICE. FRANKFORT IS VIRTUALLY THE OPPOSITE DIRECTION. WE ARRIVED IN NICE 6 HOURS LATER THAN SCHEDULED - GETTING IN AT AROUND 11PM. BAD TRIP!"

Nevýhody: "Cabin crew strike...all flights cancelled. Could not get through to Lufthansa by phone and no replay via email for assistance with re-booking. Website would not allow re-booking without $900 in re-booking fees."

The plane was very hot, with very little air flowing through the salon. Food was bland for dinner and inedible for breakfast. The crew was barely there, and borderline rude when asked something."

Nevýhody: "Boarding agent forced me to check in my carry-on even though the carry-on fit in the cage and fullfilled all the requirements. I specifically called Air France prior to the flight to make sure I won’t have any issues as my 1st flight was operated by Delta and I wanted to confirm the luggage requirements were the same. My carry-on weighted only 5 kilos. I was extremely upset the way I was treated w/ the boarding agent behind the counter in Prague. On the top of that, her and the supervisor were very rude to my mom as they told her she had an extra carry-on which wasn’t the case. She traveled w/ a small briefcase where her mask for sleep apnea was. This is not considered an additional carry-on. The boarding agent (Czech lady and her supervisor) were not only rude but obviously lacked knowledge as well. My carry-on suitcase would easily fit in the overhead bin plus there was plenty of space inside the plane as it the flight wasn’t completely full."

Nevýhody: "The food was cold. We were served about 40 minutes after most of the plane got their food. The overhead compartments kept opening by themselves through out the flight. Food was horrible."

Nevýhody: "It was one problem after another during check in. And it was difficult to find help in English so I couldn't really tell what was going on. In the end I was tucking to get checked in because they were insisting I use a kiosk but I was telling them that the kiosk said to see an attendee. It was not efficient and I felt like a burden asking for help when there was nothing else I could do on my own."

Nevýhody: "Downgrade without notice or consent separating family. Paid full fare for family to travel business class together. AF without our knowledge downgraded one member, separating a mother from her 3 year old daughter. They offered no compensation, no apology, and CDG ground crew was terribly rude. All anyone said was, nothing to be done, now please Leave"

Výhody: "The flight crew was excellent. My husband and I flew economy and I saw the crew keep passengers well fed (several meals and snacks) and were attentive to everyone's needs and all done with a smile. I thought the hot towels for cleansing our hands before meals was a very nice touch!"

Nevýhody: "It was raining in Prague so I can understand that luggage is going to get wet. But when we opened our luggage at least half of our clothes were wet. It would seem that the luggage sat out for quite a while prior to departure for that much soaking of clothes. Fortunately we are staying in Paris for a few days and can get our clothes dried out."

Nevýhody: "we paid for two seats together (one aisle and one middle) an exit row with extra legroom from paris to LA. but when we got to Prague they had one of us in the middle seat in the exit row and the other in a completely different part of the plane, also a middle row. The folks in Prague couldn't fix this, they moved one ticket to a different exit row, not together, different part of the plane. In Paris, but ONLY after I located my receipt on my phone, they moved us to the seats we had paid for."

When I was told that my carry on luggage exceeded the allowed weight I argued that my luggage was weighed in Cairo and that it was less than the 12 Kg allowed weight. The Air France attendant then waved with annoyance to speak with her supervisor. When I approached her supervisor, who was speaking with another Air France employee, she looked annoyed and said just just to to booth #7 or 8 that handles excess luggage issues. My reaction is to avoid traveling through CDG in the future and I will focus on flying with Lufthansa."

My suitcase locks was cut open and a special silver plated cup,handle,was broken in my suitcase."

Výhody: "First time flying El Al. Hopefully my last. They delayed the flight to give three people - two of whom were ladies iver the age of fifty - intensive security screens. I was given one as well. They took my laptop, one of my pbones, my tanlet, and my headphones. This would havr neen bearable if El Al invested in its cabins, but that doesnt seem the case. The headphones provided were similar to models from the 90s (and worked just as well), there was no individual screen for entertainment, and the seats were exceedingly cramped. At least the Wi-Fi was free."

It wasn't necessary to check them because there was plenty of room in the overhead bins when we got on the flight. We immediately asked a flight attendant to help when I realized they might not go through and he said he spoke to someone who caught and tagged the bags to go through, but it still didn't happen. It would have been easier if he had just brought them to us on the plane. Another women's bag was taken with all her baby supplies and bottles in it for a 16-hour travel day. Very frustrating for all of us."

However when boarding my plane they made me wait around for 10 minutes, finally informing me that my business ticket was downgraded to economy because of a "full flight". Which is pretty ridiculous on it's own. But it doesn't end there unfortunately. When I asked how I could get my money back for the faulty ticket they sold me, they wrongly informed me of not one, not two but three desks where they could help me. After running around the airport for about an hour, and having equally useless conversations each receptionist basically told me I was out of luck and I should just call customer support and beg for my money back. So here I am, I basically feel stolen from. As far as I'm concerned I will be willing to go completely out of my way to avoid Iberia Airlines."

Worst of all is the inconsistency - I was offered a meal on my outgoing flight, but not my return flight. I’m not likely to book with this airline again as it felt like a punishment for being on a budget."

Nevýhody: "I did not like that I had to pay hundreds of dollars to change my flight because I had gone to the wrong airport. While I understand that it is my responsibility to have that information, it was simple human error (having flown into a different airport) that lead to the mistake, which should have been forgiven seeing that I called the airline, and informed them of the mistake. As the customer, I feel that the airline is not responsible for such mistakes, but do believe that there should be room for good will and customer service. The fact that the airline was not willing to help to make a change affordable (I was quoted $600+ to make the change) sadly is what determined if I will continue being a customer, and rely this airline. I won't. I also did not like that every other item during the flight had to be purchased as most other international flights include these expenses with the purchase of the ticket. Again, I understand that the airline has it's policies, but you might want to try seeing it from the passenger's perspective rather than just from a monetary one. Having to deal with such costly changes at the last moment of my trip was very unpleasant; I almost didn't have enough money to get home. These are my thoughts/suggestions/reflections on my experience with Norwegian. - Ms. Clark"

The 5hr delay then turned into being stuck in Bangkok for the night to catch the next flight out at 1am. they fixed the plane. But then while on the plane it was time for food service, except the flight attendant skipped me and my passenger and we where told we didn't order food so there was none for us, when on a 11hr flight do you have to pre book food? When I booked my ticket online I was never given an option to "book food" not to mention she didn't even want to give us juice or a drink, she went straight by us. Was not happy. It was honestly a terrible experience flying Norwegian Air."

Výhody: "We just flew on September 11th from NY to Paris on Norwegian. The flight was on time. The check-in was pleasant and courteous (you cannot check in online). The cabin was not quite what I would call "business class"-- they call it "premium". The seats were spacious enough, the cabin clean and well-maintained throughout the flight. The crew professional and helpful. The equipment is the best-- the new Boeing Dreamliiner. Not what you would expect from a low cost company. We landed on time. Baggage elivery was prompt. I would do it again."
Nevýhody: "I travel all year internationally. I am 5'5" woman. The Premium seats must be designed for a tall Scandinavian male! I couldn't find a comfortable position. The headrest was too high and shoved my head forward, there was a hollow behind my back (and no pillows distributed). The seats do not recline to flat-- more like economy plus seats on other airlines. The foot rest tilts down, so you can't cuddle up to compensate for the discomfort, despite the ample width. Do eat before you board and carry a few snacks. But honestly, for this price, no complaints. I did notice that one or two of the passengers had drunk too much beer in the Alitalia Lounge at JFK and carried them onto the flight, were then rather loud and unpleasant. The attendants seemed to ignore them.I didn't sleep a wink, but the crossing was uneventful."

Once we were on the plane there was a possible terrorist threat which delayed us even longer and scared everyone on the plane after police entered the cabin. We were not given any services for the 12+ hours we had no access to purchase food. The food service system was no working on the plane. It also took us 20 minutes to find a gate. The plane was very warm and everyone was angry. The check in process was also horrible with the staff being rude. The flight attendants were also not very nice and after experiencing the scare of something going on they should've been a bit more accommodating. I will never fly Norwegian again or fly out or into Gatwick Airport."

The larger issue was that it was a 12 hour flight, and they didn't feed us again until 2 hours prior to landing, thus there was an 8 hour period with NO FOOD. Also, at no point did they come with drinks at any point, and when we asked for drinks (on the second occasion), the attendants simply shut off our light without coming. Lastly, the meal/snack at the end was definitely poor."

They didn't give us our boarding pass, we missed our flight, they made us purchase a completely different route for an outrages price, or new flight was delayed for 3 hours, they made us miss all of our connecting flights, they didn't have new boarding passes ready when we arrived late, they made us go through customs and re-check-in just to get on a connecting flight, they charged our card without or consent, and they charged us an international fee even we made all our purchases online. Stay clear!!!"

Výhody: "Fantastic new airplane; the 787 Dreamliner is quite a nice plane. However. it has it's glitches; we were stuck in the plane while an engineer had to come out to "reset" some instrumentation. We lost an hour, after we pushed off from the gate."
Nevýhody: "Kayak let us down; it was completely unclear that we had a "bundled" package which included luggage, the ability to reserve a seat and food. We would have preferred to take additional savings over all of that. We only needed to bring two small bags, for two passengers, which would have easily fit in the overhead compartments. a £200+ savings would have been far better, in addition I wasted a considerable amount of time attempting to reach the airline in an effort to confirm exactly what was included in our purchase. Extremely poor communication from Kayak; not happy!"

Výhody: "Prompt service when I ordered on their digital snack tool. Friendly staff! Entertainment choices were enough - not great, but very good. Overall very good flight!"
Nevýhody: "You couldn't get headphones til after The first dining service. Seats didn't recline much."

Nevýhody: "We had to wait in a long line to get our boarding passes checked, and then we waited in a big room before boarding. Seating was a little tight."

Výhody: "Cheap available ticket less than a week before travel"
Nevýhody: "Food selection was lacking, wifi is necessary and people would pay more to access it."

Nevýhody: "Delayed for pilots needing more sleep, then more for not enough luggage loaders, then more for a broken tow truck. Our bags got soaked as they sat uncovered in the pouring rain waiting for more staff to load."

Výhody: "friendly, efficient staff. Comfortable plane! Dreamliner is excellent and I'd love to fly on it again-especially on a long flight. no extra costs for food drinks. Would definitely fly again but see below for single complaint."
Nevýhody: "No pre-boarding pass available!!! Not online or kiosk at airport. This was unacceptable because there was no advance warning or info online about this when I checked in. Long line at desk plus TSA afterwards. This would be my only negative, my only deterrent to flying you again. I fly 3 times a year from states to London."

Nevýhody: "I tried to change my flight dates to no avail. I even called Oslo to explain to them That I had brain surgery on December 2nd, 2015 but they did not care. This is a cheap airline with no customer assistance at all. I will never try to use this airline in the future."

Výhody: "Everything was wonderful.What a truly great airline,i would definitely recommend Norwegian Airline.Food was veey good and i was in economy class."
