Everone was mixed up, business, gold card, economy, and only one person doing the chekcing of boarding passes. It was not the best process."
Nevýhody: "Our flight was 9 hours late. We were given no notice of this until we arrived at the gate. it took an hour if holding before we could reach customer service. Customer service at our arrival gate was extremely slow. Baggage claim closed before my daughter’s luggage was released and it was lost until the next day. Our connecting flight was booked incorrectly do we had to spend the night in Frankfurt. Our 13 hour flight took 29 hours. The food was awful."

Nevýhody: "The flight left with a slight delay. As I boarded, I was issued a new seat in the middle, as opposed to the window seat I had selected. There was zero explanation for this change. When I approached the flight attendants about it, with a smile on my end, I was offered the equivalent of a shrug. As I gave up, I was also informed there was no more room in the overhead bins, so not only did I end up sitting in the middle (which I loathe), but also with my carry-on under my feet. I’ve always been a fan of Lufthansa, but I’m a little disappointed this time around."

When I called and asked if they would rebook me the lady on the phone said that she could rebook for a trip that had two layovers from 2pm(Prague time) to 8:30pm(NYC time) for the 24th of November (thanksgiving). When I asked her if there was anything else she said that was the soonest flight she could find. When I checked my self I found and booked a flight for the 23rd. When I called back they refused to give me a refund."

The crew ended up gate checking one for me in Frankfurt which was nice. But I would have paid not to carry that dumb thing around with me through the giant Frankfurt airport. Other than the one desk woman in Prague, everything else was good."

Additionally, the video screen assigned to my seat was not working properly. It was a touch screen, and something was malfunctioning. Perhaps someone can keep a closer eye on these details."

Absolutely disappointing especially with the head sets not working because of poor ports of connection. The food was absolutely tragic. You should fire your catering company. I expect more from your airline and I was disappointed all the way through. I hope you can provide my wife and I better service and an upgrade when we fly back to Washington DC on Flight AF 0054 from CDG to IAD. I work in the luxury hotel sector, and even the door men and room attendants have more autonomy to wow our guests. Flying AF does not want me to spend any more money with your airline in the future."
Nevýhody: "Air France’s apathy towards its customers is shocking. Traveling with three children , our flight was delayed by 3hrs resulting us arriving in Paris after 1AM. With the airport shuttle(CDVAL) to our airport hotel closed, they offered no assistance despite of my request. Simply asked us to take a taxi (when all taxi stands are abandoned at 2AM). Beware if traveling with family."

My carry-on weighted only 5 kilos. I was extremely upset the way I was treated w/ the boarding agent behind the counter in Prague. On the top of that, her and the supervisor were very rude to my mom as they told her she had an extra carry-on which wasn’t the case. She traveled w/ a small briefcase where her mask for sleep apnea was. This is not considered an additional carry-on. The boarding agent (Czech lady and her supervisor) were not only rude but obviously lacked knowledge as well. My carry-on suitcase would easily fit in the overhead bin plus there was plenty of space inside the plane as it the flight wasn’t completely full."

We received messages saying that the flight was cancelled but then we were told to ignore that. We were told that we would have an update every 10-15 minutes but by the time we had the next update was 1 hours later, we were told that the plane will depart at 15:50- which we did. But we also sat on the plane for an extra 2 hours or maybe even more (couldn’t bare watching the time at this point) because the man that was supposed to push the plane backwards in order to reverse the plane didn’t turn up so we then had to wait for all of the other planes to take off before we could. Eventually the plane set off at 18:20 and I got in France 19:30-20:00 ish?"
Nevýhody: "Plane left 45 minutes late. No reason given either when waiting or after late boarding. I didn't eat as I tried to sleep byt narrow seats meant being woken constantly by fidgety neighbour. Fortunately the plane made up most of the lost time and I got my next Air France flight. This one was 50 minutes late departing."

I was moved to SAA in the end after a truly traumatic time in Johannesburg. This is not the first time I have suffered at the hands of Air France sadly. Needless to say, I wont be booking with Air France again."

Probably the worst food I have eaten on any intercontinental airline. Entertainment system was dated, very hard to navigate and very poor selection. The cabin crew was very pleasant on the other hand.

It was not clear why the plane was delayed for so long. It meant in the end that we got to Paris after midnight when the RER train had stopped running and the airport was functionally closed. This meant instead of a train ticket, rather a 55 euro taxi to get home. This was an expensive delay."

The flight was over an hour late with no explanation. There was a plane at the gate when we landed, which added to the tardiness of arrival. They were so non Chalant about so many people missing their connecting flights. It was like they already knew they were going to put us on Lufthansa 2 hours later... polish airlines Is awful- the airport personnel even worse. No one respects standing in line. Airport officials kept cutting into the security lines which literally cost me the 5 minutes that I could have made the flight. I am very diasspointed and kayak should not advertise this airline."

My flight from Warsaw to JFK in business it this moment she tell me I can switch sit and ask me to go I was shocked but this was only the bigining when I got to Warsaw I ask in the gate counter where should I go to print my ticket after I try to explain him 10 times what I mean ( he didn't speak English at all ) he told me to go pass the passport check and in gate 21 they will print it to me I fly a lot so I ask him if he sure becuse I am petty sure I will need my ticket the guy at the desk repeat imhim self so I want and waited 25-30 min in the line so the police officer in the passport check will tell me I need to go print my ticket So after the officer from the passport desk call someone he direct me to go to hate 26 and there they will print my ticket I want them and again wait for 15 min to print my ticket ( it was only me this is the sad thing I don't know what tool 15 min to print a ticket ) and it amazing how unsocial and 0 in customer service the lot polish employees I meet And this is without talking about the delay in my coming flight for 2-3 hrs ( a delay it something that happen a lot yes but the way they handled it again 0 in costumer service )"

They charged me twice for the same exact tickets and then would not refund me the entire fare. The deducted $300 to process back the credit. On my return flight from Warsaw there was a large, disruptive group with a number of unruly children & airline staff did nothing to address the children running across seats, screaming and wreaking havoc for over 8 hours. Passengers could not sleep & the noise was unbearable."

Nevýhody: "Flight was late leaving and arriving. Even so it was an international flight, no food was available except for a glass of water and a wafer. Paid food had a very short menu. The head stewardess was in a bad mood most of the time and there was line at the bathroom as there was only one. Boarding was by bus and we waited a long time in the bus before it left for the plane, bad organization."
Výhody: "Thought the food was airplane-great and the cabin was super clean. The windows had a nice blue-polarized dimming feature."
Nevýhody: "Entertainment was mediocre. Onboard announcements seemed overly frequent and used maybe twice as many words as needed — multiply that by each announcement repeated in two to three languages, and it made for a tedious process compared with other international flights/airlines. Fewer free snacks on offer compared with other international flights/airlines as well."

Serval passengers weren’t allowed to take small carryons that would fit under the seat. I paid for a seat and bag with my flight and was charged again leaving Prague. Smaller aircraft -> air turbulence feel stronger than with a larger aircraft Price is determined by supply and demand, but... this flight was the return trip; on the way to Prague 3 days before I traveled with TAROM, food included, larger jet aircraft (hand luggage with me, shorter trip), and cheaper than Czech Airlines."

We felt that we were robbed at the gate and taking advantage of. we were forced to check to carry-on bags and then charge double of what any airline in the United States charges to check a bag. One of the women at he gate who worked for Czech airlines was very rude to us and to other customers. To add insult to injury, when we boarded the plane we were told that we could not get a glass of water unless we paid for it because we were riding in the economy section. We have traveled around the world for the past 45 years and had never encountered an airline that did not even offer its customers complementary glasses of water. I felt that we had been taking advantage of at the gate. I had never been on any airline where they would not give a glass of water that was not paid for. I have never been on an airline with such little class. Some of my family members are planning to visit Prague in the spring. I will tell them and everyone else I know to avoid flying with your airline.We felt that we were robbed at the gate and taking advantage. We are thinking of hosting our daughter's wedding next praying in Prague. We are expecting 80 to 100 guests to come to that wedding. If our daughter decides to have her wedding in Prague, we will be telling all of those potential customers to fly air France or some American airline and to avoid the Czech airline. I found your airline and your service to be worthy of a zero"
Nevýhody: "About 15 minutes before boarding, a gate agent came over to us and asked to see our boarding passes. He then told us that we had booked Economy Lite, which apparently meant that we were only allowed a carry on bag and no personal item. He said we would have to pay $35 euro apiece to check our suitcases so we could carry our personal item on. We had booked regular economy class through Kayak, and nothing was said by either Kayak or Czech Airlines about Economy Lite or bag limits. We then went up to the gate to talk with an agent about the lack of notice and to request that they waive the fee. They refused and told us to take it up with Kayak. (I agree that Kayak is responsible for not making us aware of this.) We then asked what it would have cost us to check the bags in advance and they said 25 euro. We asked if they would agree to charge us that instead of 35 euro. They refused to do that, and then the gate agent told us it would be 40 euro, not 35. We told her that the previous agent told us it would be 35 euro. She said, "well he was wrong." No apology for the confusion, and just rude overall. To top it all off, she then charged us 1220 Czech Crowns per bag. We asked her why so much, and she said that was the same as 40 euro. We told her that wasn't correct, and she said it was. We then showed her the exchange calculation on our phone and that she had charged us 200 Crowns too much. She then said, "well it's 45 euros, then." We pointed out that 45 euros wouldn't even be that much. At that point she said "then you can just write Czech Airlines" and walked off. It's easily the worst experience I have ever had with an airline. Completely unprofessional, rude, and downright dishonest. And like I said earlier, Kayak needs to be proactive and let people know these bag rules apply so they can either a) choose a different airline or b) save themselves some money and pay to check their bags in advance."

My feeling : he was trying by any means to make us pay unfairly."

This was our return flight from Prague to Paris. We were on the same plane for our departing flight to Prague and were able to carry-on our luggage no problem. Worst customer service I have ever had on a flight."
Nevýhody: "To find out at checking in that we had to pay 35 euros per luggage because on the way there we had one free luggage per person but cero luggage on the way back????? Makes no sense, we were 4 of us, so we were not happy at all. I guess next time when booking online tripple check that BOTH WAYS have one free luggage!"
Nevýhody: "The flight was delayed by an hour in a half and then when we board there's appareantly something wrong with the plan. We sit there for 45 minutes and then the Captain was given the OK to fly. Mind you, I bought my train tickets with a 3 hour gap so if anything happened I would be okay but no! I missed the train any way because I had to wait for my luggage which the flight attendant said "did not fit on the plane" but the person behind me had the same size duffel bag and was said nothing to! As if that wasn't enough then I have to fly a small aircraft from Prague to Madrid with extreme anxiety and scared because who knows if this plane goes down for whatever problem! If there is a problem with the plane you fix it before you board yor passengers not after you're already on the taxi run way and stop the flight! That is the airlines responsibility and they were completely and utterly careless!"

Nevýhody: "As a result of several errors and misinformation, out reservations from Paris to our final destination we're cancelled. In addition, one bag was delayed and the other remains missing. Throughout our journey back to the US, we were assured by CA and Delta personnel that "everything will be fine" when we reached our next stopover, but at each stop, we arrived to find that we had no reservation for the next leg."

Výhody: "For a trip lasting less than 2 hours, an agent told me a small personal bag was allowed. After waiting on a huge line to board my plane, turns out I had to shove my bag into my carry on luggage because I was misguided by the EasyJet agent entirely. Awful service in comparison to line lengths and rules, idiotic overlook by staff and generally subpar airline service."
Nevýhody: "Staff agent said a tiny carry on purse was allowed (mine was so small that it could’ve easily slipped into the pocket of the back of the seat in front of me). When I was ready to board I was rushed to stuff my bag in my carry on despite being told previously it was allowed. Also an incident where another passengers water bottle spilled onto my carry on (no doubtedly) because he was forced to stuff the tiniest of all things into his carry luggage) was handled very poorly by staff, with annoyance that we brought it to attention."
Výhody: "Liverpool airport is really easy to arrive at and get to your gate. easyJet have some relaxed Liverpool staff and with Liverpool airport and easyJet Liverpool staff you have a relaxed combination."

We were running late due to a connection and the employee told us to wait in line bc there was plenty of time. 15 minutes later and 15 minutes before boarding I went to front again where another woman said yes you need to check bags. Your site is not clear on baggage but that is pricey and should be stated more clearly. The range you state is nonsense. They charge the highest rate listed. There is no range. We boarded a bus to the plane which was also dreadful. We were in very last row. The only positive was that the flight was short!"
Nevýhody: "Absolute worst experience in 15 years of frequent travel. EasyJet flight was cancelled from Paris to Nice incurring and additional 417 euro flight with Air France and 250 euro TAXI from Toulon to nice. Absolute absurdity as there were no other flights to Nice for 2 days. Easy jet then OVERBOOKED me from Nice to Paris. I had to fly Air France AGAIN, an additional 380 euro and I missed my connecting flight from Paris to jfk costing me an additional $800USD. How is this even allowed? WORST company to have ever existed, they must go out of business, contacting BBB and getting the word out on this disgusting company."

We were not allowed to check our luggage on to the plane because we were 1 minute late. Our flight was scheduled for 18:00 and the cut off for the luggage check was at 17:20. The EasyJet employees were very rude telling us we were late, despite the fact that there were people checking their bags on to that flight as we spoke. We will never again use EasyJet. Completely ruined our Honeymoon."

Checking in is ridiculous too - you can wait in line and then be told 'we are checking people in for this flight yet'. But there are no signs saying what flights can check in. the baggage restrictions are ridiculous too. We saw several people have to check their bags even though they easily fit in the overhead. All in all - easyjet is a cheap flight but you get what you pay for. I will mostly likely never fly with them again."
Nevýhody: "We were a family of 4 traveling to Paris from Barcelona and had minimal luggage, yet the attendant singled us out and made us pay 60 Euro per bag to stow our carry-on bags. We had small book bags/purses and I tried to explain that they were our purses. She wouldn't listen. Our luggage was taken, we paid 60 Euro for 3 pieces to be stowed. Once we got on the plane, there were at least 14 people that boarded with a small roller carryon (like ours) and a backpack purse or small backpack. There was also plenty of room in the overhead bins as the flight was not full. In addition, one of our carry-on bags was torn apart by the time we arrived in Paris---the wheels were broken off and it would no longer roll. I am not sure why we were singled out when others had the same or much bigger luggage on the plane. Disappointed."

This was not possible, and not only was I charged over $70 to check my carry on bag, the man at the gate so so rude, he didn't seen to even want to take my money. He ignored me while I tried to figure out what I could do. Very disappointing, and what a low way to rip of your customers."
