Used a pen point to release it and get it back into the suitcase. No handle so it was impossible to drag the suitcase. The ground personnel representing Swiss Air at the Boston Baggage carousel was a novice, had never filled out a baggage claim form before. Told me they would phone me. I am a bit skeptical about this claim. Not sure if it was Swiss Air of the local ground personnel who damaged the suitcase."

My much shorter girlfriend did not have this problem, and slept through the whole flight. SWISS only has one or two check in agents at LAX, and the wait was about 3hr to process the 300-odd passengers on our 777. I know they're only running a flight or two a day from LA, but I am sure there's a speedier and more efficient way to check us all in."

One day before departure, I called again and got the same answer and was told to book seats and baby bes during the check-in at the airport. At the moment of the check-in in Dubai, I was informed exactly the opposite: that I should have requested it via contact center or online up to 48h before the flight!! Personnel at the airport was very impolite. Inside the plan, the crew was very nice and helped us to have seats in front with a small bed for the baby."

We weren't seated together, but the people in the plane weren't wearing deodorant or any kind of smell prevention, so the plane was ripe as heck. There was no rhyme or reason to the way the attendants served us - they'd skip people, then come back 20 minutes later to finally serve the skipped person a drink. There was absolutely zero entertainment on the plane, and the food was bad. The airline staff at the airport before departure was even worse! Kayak didn't allow me to buy a bag allowance when I bought the tickets. And there was NO advance warning that there was a weight limit for carry on bags (8kg by the way). So, we got to the airport and had to pay over £100 to check all of our bags. I didn't bring a laptop case, because my bag was usually a carry on, so lo and behold, I got there and yay! My laptop is broken and won't turn on. The flight was incredibly turbulent and my life flashed before my eyes a couple of times. We also had to go to 3 different ticketing Windows and bag drops just to get my ticket and check our bags. You would've thought they were building a rocket ship with the amount of effort that went into the whole ordeal. As I mentioned before, we weren't seated together, and nobody told us this or mentioned it when we got our tickets. Just ridiculous!!"
Nevýhody: "300 to 350 people online waiting, few windows open. We waiting for passport checkup for 1 hour. I had very bad experience. I don't know it was aegian airline or Greek airport. I think if aegian airline has nothing to do with passport check up then it's airports fault. For European Union were only few people and 2 windows open. For us us citizens and everybody else 300 to 400 people only 4 windows open. I would try to avoid Athens airport in the future"

Nevýhody: "NO mention that a piece of baggage was not included in the ticket price. Did not find out until I reached the check-in counter at the Thessaloniki airport to drop my bag. The woman was very rude at the counter when I questioned why there was a fee when nowhere on the website was that made clear. Not even when I checked in online. I then had to go to another counter and pay 35 euros for the bag which is a very high cost for a domestic flight. When we arrived in Athens, it took an extremely long time for the baggage to reach the claim area. My bag was damaged. One of the zipper pulls was completely ruined. I cannot imagine how this was done because it is an extremely sturdy piece of metal. There are plenty of handles and straps to pick this bag up by a handler so I cannot imagine any reason to yank on the zipper pull. The way the bag is constructed it would have been impossible for the zipper to have caught on anything. The handler had to have made a deliberate effort to pick the bag up by the zipper pull rather than a handle. I have been traveling for a month in Greece and Turkey using Turkish Airlines and never had any difficulties. My bag has gone through countless handlings by crew in Turkey, Greece, Germany, Belgium and the U.S. and it has survived until this one event by Aegean. This will be my first and last flight with this Airlines. Very disappointed. I make every effort to support the smaller airlines but Aegean has not earned me as a repeat customer. In terms of comfort: narrow, cramped seats."

Výhody: "The flight started with a visit in the recently renovated KLM crown lounge in Amsterdam airport. I liked the various seating options and of course the upstairs bar. The service on board was attentive and efficient, the food options I really liked (especially the Chinese dish) but also the little touches like the nuts & gouda cheese which were served in small porcelain bowls. The seat itself was very comfortable when sitting and the structure gives a lot of privacy. However for couples or friends travelling it's a bit cumbersome to have a conversation even when sitting in seats next to each other. Overall my expectations were fulfilled."
Nevýhody: "This seat is not ideal for sleeping for taller persons (I'm 185cm tall) as the space to put the feet is very narrow and it's uncomfortable when lying on the back (as one cannot put them in the natural resting position). Cabin temperature could have been a bit lower for my taste. Crew needs better training with regards to transfer procedure in Chengdu."

My flight from Warsaw to JFK in business it this moment she tell me I can switch sit and ask me to go I was shocked but this was only the bigining when I got to Warsaw I ask in the gate counter where should I go to print my ticket after I try to explain him 10 times what I mean ( he didn't speak English at all ) he told me to go pass the passport check and in gate 21 they will print it to me I fly a lot so I ask him if he sure becuse I am petty sure I will need my ticket the guy at the desk repeat imhim self so I want and waited 25-30 min in the line so the police officer in the passport check will tell me I need to go print my ticket So after the officer from the passport desk call someone he direct me to go to hate 26 and there they will print my ticket I want them and again wait for 15 min to print my ticket ( it was only me this is the sad thing I don't know what tool 15 min to print a ticket ) and it amazing how unsocial and 0 in customer service the lot polish employees I meet And this is without talking about the delay in my coming flight for 2-3 hrs ( a delay it something that happen a lot yes but the way they handled it again 0 in costumer service )"
