When attempting to do that online we were unable to, even though it showed the price to do so online was cheaper than the price at the gate. They made us fully check these bags once we got there and we had to pay $40 instead of the 15 or so it stated online. We had to be shuttled to the aircraft and had to wait because the first bus was closed by the operator. We had to wait until the second round for the bus to come back. During the flight the pilot did not mention any turbulence however during the entirety of the flight, including leading up to the landing of the plane, we experienced extreme rocking of the plane back and forth ( I’m aware that this does occur during landings while loosing elevation but this was an extreme case of that) and caused my colleague to get motion sickness which neither of us ever get on flights. I am very dissatisfied with this flight and operations of the airline company."

No airport/Lufthansa staff would offer to bring me a cot and all attempts by me to locate a cot were unsuccessful leaving me to walk from area to area to locate were the cots were stored. Ten Euro meal compensation was severely inadequate to cover dinner and breakfast. Very dissatisfied."

I was held-up at boarding by rude employee who insisted that I had to wait until all other passengers had boarded the lane before issuing me a boarding pass so I can board the plane. I could not check-in earlier and get a boarding pass since I had flown directly from Dusseldorf.

Nevýhody: "Cancelled the flight from Cologne to Zurich - It was showing on time when we left home, but at the airport we saw the status change. No one called or emailed us even when all the details are provided while booking the ticket. The line for the ticket counter at the airport was miserably long, so we had to use international roaming to make our calls to customer service. They never told us why the flight was cancelled and changed the topic to how they can rebook us - my suspicion is that there were very few customers for that flight so they thought its cheaper to cancel the flight and let the customers figure out the solution. Horrible! Te only option given to us was a late night flight to Vienna (more than 12 hours later), and then staying overnight there and then flying to JFK. That was of course unacceptable as we had to join work on Monday. I asked them to then look into Dusseldorf and any flying options from there. They were able to book us a flight from there. We rushed to DUS airport - The email confirmation took hours to show up in my inbox even though they promised 10-15 minutes. After waiting for the confirmation for a little, we had to take a cab from Cologne airport to Dusseldorf airport. It cost us over 200 euros and a lot of stress. The whole experience was a nightmare and I would not wish it upon anyone."

Very difficult to meet carryon weight when carrying necessary electronics and chargers along with prescriptions and the recommended change of clothes. Made the trip stressful. I am used to meeting carryon SIZE requirements but the weight requirement was extremely irritating and unexpected. I would not have been able to do a one bag carryon of my clothing with the weight restrictions. It essentially forces a passenger to check their bag ($65 minimum)."

If that's the case then they should stop serving other customers anyway and tell us beforehand so that we can arrange our own food/drinks from the airport lounge"

Also, crew were completely unhelpful, did not want to lift a finger for us. Luckily, a kind lady switched seats with me so I could sit next to my youngest son. Nevýhody: "Cabin crew announced they will be dimming light for landing but that was not the case at all. They kept on turning the lights to a different color which was uncomfortable for the eyes. Pilot did a really great job on letting us know if there is any turbulence and when to expect during the flight. Flight attendants had no social skills, they acted like robots only there to serve for people who ordered. They should really change the way they perform because they are catering to the whole customers on the flight as opposed to only those who ordered their meals."
Výhody: "Happy crew, efficient. Friendly. Everything on time or early 5*. Appreciated no fuss of hand luggage size and weight (as on others) Keep up the good work!"

Nevýhody: "Service was, surprisingly, not so good (this is my second time with Norwegian). My son was sleeping and I pressed the call button to get some help form cabin crew. They turned it off. I pressed it again, a girl came and I explained I need help - to get my trolley from the overhead bin so I can take a blanket for my son, cos it was cold and he was sleeping, I couldn’t move. She asked me “Is your bag heavy?”. What kind of help is that?She after all got the bag, but I was a cabin crew, and I would never tell that to a passenger needing help with a small child. Also, no one is checking if passenger with children are ok."
Nevýhody: "Lack of clarity about baggage charges. I had to pay 93$ to check my single bag. It was not well explained that paying for the bag online was going to be cheaper. Felt like a scam."
Nevýhody: "I've been to 40 countries and flown many airlines. the only ones worse than Norwegian is the budget Russian ones. Never again. They hit us with $200 in bagage fees because we didn't order baggage online 24 hrs before the flight. Unheard of."
Výhody: "No trolleys. Difficult if you have to carry a lot of luggage from an international flight to a car rental"
Nevýhody: "The seats are wider than coach and you have more leg room but they aren't very comfortable. No back support and I felt like I was always sliding off my seat. My footrest didn't work properly, and my husband's didn't work at all on the flight to Norway. The food was limited and really bad. In fact, my husband got sick from the chicken he ate, and the steak I got was like a grey eraser. I took one bite and threw the rest away. They didn't have enough food to offer me something else (remember, this is premium economy), and the flight attendant was irritated and short with me. They don't have any pillows on the flight and the "blanket" they give you is basically a sheet folded in two sewn together, and doesn't keep you warm at all. I felt like I was on a discount airline, but I didn't get the discount! I will not fly with Norwegian again."

The reason for first 4 hour delay was a lie that the weather in Los Angeles was terrible which I cross checked and found a 40% chance of showers and no weather warnings. This continued on and on. We ended up being 8 hours late in the end."

Nevýhody: "Food/beverage service system is chaotic and confusing, especially if you book your flight weeks or months in advance. We spent 4.5 hours on the tarmac taxiing after arriving at our destination. It was TWO HOURS before the crew even came around offering water. The crew could have do much to make the long wait for a gate less miserable. Minimal intimation was provided, bathrooms remained locked for the majority of the flight and a man ranted the entire time without any crew asking him if there was anything they could do to make it easier. Baggage claim information was not provided ( days three after arrival and I still don't have my luggage)."

Those flight attendants were working most of the flight and were very friendly. No so with your company."

They apologized and said I was supposed to get one. They kindly allowed me to order snacks for free off of their menu. However, when the second meal came around, I was skipped again. I then had to alert the flight attendant again. I was surprised that they would forget my meal a second time."

The only folks who had a great trip were the flight attendants - they hung out in the large spacious kitchen eating the food that they said they didn't have for the passengers and doing little else. Worst flight experience of my life. And fancy expecting folks to carry all the food and hydration needed for an 8 hour flight. I think TSA needs to look into the this from the airport chaos - as it is clear that my experience is not isolated. DONT FLY NORWEIGIAN AIR"

Also, travelers should have to first use the bin space above their seat before using some other bin space. Many people in the back of plane cram their cabin luggage into the first bins they see so they don't have to carry it from the back."

I've traveling so many places with many carriers but easyJet by far is the worst in term of customer service particularly from Copenhagen airport. I was departing from Paris and the staffs were very helpful and friendly."
Výhody: "The EasyJet staff both in LGW & PRG were excellent. I felt they went out of their way to accommodate our needs. They were all friendly and professional. EasyJet will be our go to airline for our flights to London and back."

Výhody: "I expected the worst, found out I have had worse experiences with legacy airlines. The onboard staff was attentive, keen to help and please, cheery face, especially the short, dark Middle Eastern looking fella. He knows how to work it! Some flight attendants can be mean, he was very nice. I did not interact with him, but watched how he handled things, like helping people place their baggage in a different overhead compartment, personally moving the baggage so that it would fit. Cheery demeanor, informed the passengers of whatever needed to be said. The pilot was also attentive."
Nevýhody: "No frills, not terribly comfortable--luckily it was a very short flight. Little baggage space, automatic drop off clerk was a bit surely."

Výhody: "it took an hour to get first bags off ,then 25-35 min more for the rest. 1 of my 2 bags was not on flight in Berlin had to walk outside to a seperate building. . another 1.5 hour waiting to report lost bag. bag is now supposed to be at airport 33 hours later ? maybe i will get it before i leave Berlin?"

Nevýhody: "It was getting there that was a pain. I am a handicapped passenger, traveling alone, walking on a cane. When you enter Terminal 1, you have to turn left and walk about 150 meters to an "assistance station" to get a wheelchair before you even check in for the flight. So for me it was walk 150 meters to wait for a wheelchair, be wheeled back to the airline's desk to check in, then go back the way you came to pass through security. (By the way, in the UK, you must remove all gels for a separate inspection, meaning toothpaste and shampoo, and they must be 100ml or less, or else you must check the bag.) After that rigmarole, you don't even go to the gate, because the flight doesn't have a gate assignment until about 35 minutes before departure. Then I had to climb stairs to get to the cabin. Shouldn't an airport in a market this large have jet bridges for every flight?"

I really dislike this because instead of making one's way direct to the gate and relaxing at the gate, one must wait in a crowded "shopping mall" with no view of the aircraft, and then when the gate is announced, make a mad rush to the gate. The rest of the world can give the gate well ahead of time, why can't Britain do the same?"

Nevýhody: "Plane was delayed several times, without ever a clear notification of when it would be there. Finally boarding was chaotic and just every man for themselves. Required that I check my bag, I requested a fragile tag and they didn't have anything, long behold my fragile item was broken. Got on the plane and it hadn't been cleaned from the trip before, crumbs in my seat and trash in the seat pocket. The crew seemed irritated and tired. I will never give them money again"

Nevýhody: "Online site would not allow us to check our bags in advance. Not able to get boarding passes as at a hotel and then unable to get them at the airport. Could not get help. Untrained incompetent people at ticket counters. Airplane that is falling apart. Flight attendants that ignore you. It will be a cold day in Hades before I would consider flying on this so called airline again."

The biggest thing I worried about was our luggage being charged a ton for being overweight, and it wasn't. We probably just got lucky with our check in person, but I am very grateful, and will probably fly easyJet again solely because this person helped me out with our luggage. It makes a big difference to not penny pinch."

We were told we would receive a free beverage and snack however the cart never made it down to the end half of the plane so we couldn't even get a drink of water for almost 4 hours until we landed. The crew did not name any apologies and a woman in the row next to me pressed the assistance button to ask a question and they completely ignored her until we landed."
Výhody: "The crew were lovely; very friendly and helpful. Comfortable flight; lovely food."

Salimos desde la sala de espera, nos movilizaron en un autobús, que duró mucho tiempo en partir ya con las personas sobre él, y con las puertas abiertas. Después, la salida del autobús y el abordaje, lloviendo, fue muy desorganizada."
Nevýhody: "Horrible experience! I missed a very important meeting! Flight from LTN to CPH (EZY2445). Flight was suppose to take off at 7:00am. When we board at 6:40 we are told we are not taking off until 7:30a, (why did we even board then?) And then when the plane is nearly on the runway to take off, one of the crew members decides to mention she is sick so we have to turn back. Two points here: 1. If you are sick, why didn't you call in? 2. from 6:40 - 7:30am you did not know you were sick?? You wait until we get on the runway, after we finally get a spot in the Que? So then we get back to the gate, take a good 10- 15 mins for her to walk off and a new cabin crew to come on (not to mention she looked fine walking off, i mean she was probably sick but sick to bring the plane back from the runway - not so sure). Following this, apparently the plane needed re-fueling because we went to the runway and back. Now this is a bit worrying. The fact that we just went to the runway and back and the aircraft needed more fuel. What if we had to wait in the air for additional minutes for air traffic would we run out? just a thought.. Ok well all this happened. And then guess what - we have to wait another 45 mins in the que for take off! At this point it was very clear i was going to miss my meeting given it was already 9am. After all this a passenger sitting next to me asked if we can at least get a complimentary coffee or tea, which initially he received a NO because the flight has to be delayed a MINIMUM of 3 hrs before we can get that. He had to raise a fuss, for them to say ok we will ask the captain, the opp team, the air traffic control (FOR COFFEE OR TEA!!?) . Overall horrible experience, and i missed a a very important meeting. Will be reconsidering my airline choice in the future."
