Výhody: "The Dreamliner is a great plane and it's as comfortable as you can expect from an Economy flight. Entertainment options are limited but sufficient. Check-in and boarding are very efficient. Overall, flying Norwegian is a good experience."
Nevýhody: "- Dehydration: In a 12 hour flight, there wasn't any single drink offered outside of the meal ones. Seriously, 12 hours without bringing water to people? It's great to have higher air quality for better jet lag, but water is prime in that regard. It seems to be a recurring pattern in this flight, no water service. Of course, you can just go and walk up to them and ask for water, but chances are you will get frown at for the annoyance. - Upset staff: Another passenger was seating on my seat when I boarded and asked me to swap places so that he wouldn't have to move. I agreed, and I notified the flight attendants of the change so they knew where to take the meals. I thought I was being nice to them, but I still got rolling eyes and lost stares whenever they came for meal service and they had to revisit the situation. I don't get it."
Výhody: "Check in was prompt, and easy. Boarding was quick and on time. Staff was pleasant. I don't know why they get bad reviews, their guidelines are easy to follow, and I've been lucky enough to have no problems with them yet."

There was also no wi-fi, and even though this is a first world problem, it's 2018 and the flights were longer than some people stay awake in a whole day. That's ridiculous. Kayak is chill, but Norwegian will no longer be an option for my travels."

Nevýhody: "Where to begin, first of all the flight was delayed. And not just one or two hours, but almost 5 hours! The communication from the boarding crew was atrocious, as they did not keep us informed until maybe an hour after the fact that it was already delayed. After finally being cleared to board we were all cramped and rushed on a shuttle from the waiting area to the plane. I've been on cramped planes before, but maybe not this badly. I received a middle seat, which was alright, but the amount of space to move around in was unacceptable. I attempted to load my carry on in the storage compartment overhead but it was all taken up. That made matters worse in terms of having space to stretch my feet out, as the person's next to me were not the kindest and kept cramping me even more. The delaying of my flight made me miss my check in to my hotel two hours later. I lost most of my day I'm being able to have free time before the check in due to it. Overall, I was not satisfied one bit with the airline service. I just hope that my return flight is a more pleasant one."
Nevýhody: "I have traveled with different airlines such as Delta, France and America airline to near and far places and they have all given something to eat but this one NOTHING, not even water, you had to pay for it. This airline was the worst, first they wanted to charge me for my suitcase that I was bringing in which 50 pounds were free. Another reason was because I asked an airy one if it was possible for me to change to another seat since there were manyyyy empties seats in whixh she said/meant no; but the worst thing is that i still have one more flight with this airline. Im sorry if i am been selfish but this is how i feel."

Nevýhody: "Flight was about 20-30 minutes late in departing and there were absolutely no announcements and no-one at the boarding counter to keep customers informed. People were left standing in a a crowded room which was too small for all the passengers while no announcement was made. Even when they finally boarded, there was no recognition of the flight being late and no apology. One we were on board, the cabin crew then made a rather abrupt and rude announcement telling the passengers to board quickly otherwise we would lose our slot time and be delayed by a further one hour. Fortunately that additional delay did not happen. However, I did not appreciate the passengers being berated for "slow" boarding when the flight was boarded 20-30 minutes late."
Výhody: "They had new movies (I watched La La Land a few others). Their entertainment options are good and the in-cabin electronics work well enough."
Nevýhody: "We have taken 6 trans-atlantic flights with Norwegian, and *all* of them have been delayed by multiple hours. They clearly do not have the operational capabilities to run these long-haul flights. Our most recent flight, for which I am writing this review, was delayed by 5 hours, and on top of that, we had to wait to de-plane for 40 minutes since the small destination airport (OAK) could not handle our arrival simultaneously to another Norwegian flight; they coincided because of our astounding delay. There was no legitimate reason for the 4h45min departure delay--no mechanical issues, no weather problems, no airport issues; it was purely Norwegian failing to have their staff available, or them waiting for other delayed flights to arrive to allow those passengers to transfer. We heard absolutely zero explanation except from the pilot who said was due to Norwegian's "own operating issues". There was no staff at the boarding desk, and after the 5 hour delay, some non-Norwegian-affiliated airport employee just said "ok everyone board", because clearly they needed the gate and the Norwegian staff was dragging their feet. I have never seen anything like it: a whole crowd of disgruntled people heading to the podium with no organization. Fortunately, we were flying from Stockholm and the Swedes were all very reserved about the horrible service. In the cabin, it is no-frills as you would expect, but I continue to be disappointed by a lack of water! I can afford to order bottled water from the snack bar, and we did that, but really water should be delivered to all passengers spending 11 hours on an aircraft. The pre-ordered food was pretty bad and definitely not worth the money that they charge for it. If you compare this to a "real" airline's trans-atlantic flights, there is no comparison: Norwegian's cabin crew is a bunch of amateurs from third world countries; a major airline like Lufthansa actually cares about passenger comfort and makes 2-3 times as many rounds through the cabin to deliver things like water, food, wine, hot towels, etc. I think this will be our sixth and final Norwegian trans-atlantic flight. Within Europe, we have had much better experiences with Norwegian."

Nevýhody: "First off. I was late to my flight on the 19th, and Norwegian forced me to purchase an entire new ticket for a flight the next day. I have missed flights before and have never had to pay for another flight. The the next day, when I go to board, I see it is not Norwegian Air at all, it is some airline called Hi Fly that I have never heard of. Norwegian sold this flight to someone else. This airline is not up to my standards. The entertainment selection was very sparse. Besides the 1 1/2 meals provided, there was no food on an 11 hour flight! They ran out of alcohol 3 hours into the flight, which again, I have never seen that happen before."

Nevýhody: "The entire process was chaos. First you wait in a crowd to find out which desk to drop your bags and/or check in. Then you race there with the herd. Then with another herd to the gate. After heading down what seems like a boarding ramp you go outside, then into a holding pen. It’s a giant metal shed that looks like it was made for cattle. Then after standing there for 30-40 minutes, you go outside again to board the plan. On board, there were no amenities, but that was expected."
Nevýhody: "The crew were soooo rude to everyone! Their card machine to buy drinks wasn’t working so they had to take cash but they didn’t have change! They charged 4 pounds for water. Then they were selling scratch tickets AND perfume and jewelry! THEY EVEN SPRAYED PURFUME ON THE PLANE! It gave me such a trrrible headache and made me even more nauseous than I already was from the flight!!! So smelly!!! The seats didn’t recline And my husbands seat was ripped. So terrible all around!!!"

My friend has an NZ passport (with a 5 year ancestory UK visa) and had to print out her boarding pass at the hotel and then get it stamped - we don’t have to do this for any other low cost flights! Not sure Ryanair is really worth the “cheap” flights with all the add ons and hassle."

At Ciampino they told me my bag was too large and forced me to pay 50 euro to bring the bag on. I explained to them I've had no problems prior to this flight and they did not seem to care. On the check in counter, we were not allowed to check in because they claimed that we had to check in online. We contacted the Ryanair desk to solve the problem, and we showed them that we are not able to access the website to check in. Eventually, they forced us to buy brand new tickets or we would have missed our flight."

Výhody: "Delayed boarding. Plane out on Tarmac so one shuttle bus back and forth. Engine trouble. Little information shared. Sat on plane waiting and waiting. Then told we had to disembark. Shuttled everyone back to terminal. More waiting. Then full boarding process again.... Landed in London MANY hours late. Stanstead immigration control was understaffed so HIGE lines. I left Madrid early in the am and lost my entire day ---didn't get back to London until 5pm!"
Nevýhody: "I didn't like anything about it. Spend a bit more and get a real plane and a crew that communicates."
Nevýhody: "Everything! Unorganized, customer service was horrible, so many extra fees, lost luggage along with our friends that lost there luggage. No, direction on where to go for checking in."
Nevýhody: "Group of men, loud drunk and obnoxious. Filling the aisles, the bathrooms, swearing and shouting. The crew seemed powerless to quieten them- or perhaps the money they spent on booze and food persuaded the airline to let them ruin the calm of the flight?"
