To be fair, rest of flight was pleasant although late due in part to boarding issues."

Nevýhody: "First of all, I would like to start by saying that I flight with TAP very often. I guess you can check on your system. I had good experiences in the past and actually recommeded to friends/family. I hope this flight was an exception. A few things were not that good this time. 1) First of all, the online check-in wasn't working until a few hours before the flight, and I didn't even give me the option to choose my seat. Once in the plane, I noticed plenty of empty seats in several areas of the plane. I could have had a much better seat. Also, the fact that the price of the luggage in the ticket is not included is insane! They let you know right at the boarding area. Another 100 plus dollars in addition to the 1,6000 that I paid for the ticket. Incredible!! And they only gave us 15 dollars voucher!! 2) There was a 2 hours delay due to a storm in the south of the USA. Although I am fully understandable with the fact that this situation is out of hands for the TAP company, is it in their hands the care and wellbeing of their passengers. As previoulsy stated, I received a 15 dollars voucher to use becasue of the delay. At any airport, for any decent meal, you will pay a minimum of 25-30 dollars. All items are more expensive. While waiting in the gate to board, we were not offered with snacks, water, etc.. additionally, no announements or updates at all. 3) I had a very uncofortable situation with one of the filght attenders. Male, very tall, dark hair and dark skin. When distributing dinner, I found the way he approached me very disrespectul, ironic and dismissive. ZERO customer services and he is actually the face of TAP in these planes. Unaceptable. I have to look all the way up to him, he wouldn't make an effort to band a bit (of course, not completely) to at least try to hear what I was saying. He was requesting me to speak loud but he would not make a minimum effort to get close to me. His demeanor and attitude made me feel very upsted... abuse of power... to the pooint that I ended up not taking the meal. No manners at all. He should understand that after hours of waiting (check-in usual time plus the 2 hours delay) we were all very tired. Particularly at that timeof the day. Some of us where up for since earlyi in the moring and you could tell that most of the passengers were exhausted. The second we got into our seat, we all used our blankets and try to sleep. He was not empathetic or councious about that. I felt very uncomfortable. Both of the girls that were also in the back area of the plane, were also lacking manners and customer services. I don't know.. other times was much better."

We are exhausted from the long travels & are even more pissed off when multiple customers kept waiting for their luggage. I felt even more horrible to the family that was taking a cruise the next day. Can you believe Norwegian airlines are closed on Sunday. Couldn't talk to customer service until Monday when they opened. Bad customer satisfaction;("

Upon boarding we were asked to pay £25 each for our hand luggage - even though we fly every month with Ryanair back and forth and have never paid before. Rude staff"

I received a booking confirmation, but never received a confirmation ID that would have allowed me to check in on the flight. I would appreciate if Kayak would have a response to this?"

Not with the flu or a broken arm, but a major and serious life threatening illness we are still dealing with. We provided numerous documents as proof of the absolute dire situation and they denied the request over and over again. I get that the tickets were "non-refundable" but at least offer vouchers, credit, or be totally a stand-up company and refund the tickets. It wasn't buyers remorse, trust me, we would have preferred to be in Portugal, rather than sitting in a hospital hoping and praying for his recovery."

At Ciampino they told me my bag was too large and forced me to pay 50 euro to bring the bag on. I explained to them I've had no problems prior to this flight and they did not seem to care. I won't be flying Ryanair again."

After we finally got to where we were supposed to be half hour was said that came and gone then another 15 mins when we were moved back to boarding area. Another half hour finally got boarded then and after this was the usual great Ryanair experience."

Just had blobs of people crowding around counters with no indication of which one to got to if you needed to check in, print a ticket, or check a bag. No one was available to answer questions about which counter to go to, and when you finally waited and got to a counter, the attendants were very dismissive and rude."
Výhody: "I needed a glass of water as soon as I boarded to take some tablets as I was starting to feel unwell. The crew accommodated this immediately and were very pleasent."
Nevýhody: "Why people don't just pay if they want to sit together. It is that way now so go with it rather than main and play chess on the plane, asking people if they will change seats. Sort it out your adults. Surely you can cope for a few hours?"
Nevýhody: "My wife and I was split up and ended up in middle seats of different rows and neither of us had people to either side of us. This is Ryanair trying to get you to pay for guaranteed seating the next time you travel. Ridiculous!!"

On the check in counter, we were not allowed to check in because they claimed that we had to check in online. Eventually, they forced us to buy brand new tickets or we would have missed our flight."

Nevýhody: "There was a cabin services director (or whatever his title was) who clearly liked the sound of his own voice. He kept going on and on about how bad the weather was in London and how sunny it was in Portugal. He mentioned rain and snow in London and suggested that people booked a return flight to Portugal in the twenty-five minutes available to them in London after the plane had landed. One joke about the sun versus the rain might have been acceptable but to raise it again ad again just became irritating and an abuse of the PA system. He shouted Halleluja amongst other things when trying to get money out of people for the Ryanair charity. If he wants to be a professional comedian he should change his profession as he was just annoying people and he stopped the flight from being relaxing,"
