I miss the old swiss air this new airline is not the greatest.I am swiss travel back and forth between the us and Switzerland ten times a year and I really think swiss is the bare bones of airlines thank you

Took 1 hr to drop a bag. Got through security line and told my boarding pass is no good. 30 min before flight. Back to Swiss. Have a meltdown and finally they help. Now I’m in Geneva and my bags in Zurich..."

When sitting upright and the person in front reclined, i looked at their head and if I crossed my arms, it would touch the seat in front. Could not pick up pillow that dropped on the floor, could not bend around the seat in front. Very hard to get out to use the toilet. Felt very claustrophobic."
Nevýhody: "My Swiss flight to JFK was cancelled before 24 hours without explaining the reason. They should explain the reason at least. I had to take an another flight and arrived at JFK after 6 hours from the original flight. My trip was totally messed up, so I was not happy at all."

Rude flight attendants, horrible customer service, had to show the same documents 3 times after being check and cleared once. Flight attendants acted like they couldn’t hear what we are asking even though we spoke all the languages they did. It was not a pleasant flight and as a cherry on top all of our suitcases got lost.

Nevýhody: "We were advised upon check in online that we could check in but if we needed additional carry on items (1 was free) we had to pay a secondary fee. When attempting to do that online we were unable to, even though it showed the price to do so online was cheaper than the price at the gate. They made us fully check these bags once we got there and we had to pay $40 instead of the 15 or so it stated online. We had to be shuttled to the aircraft and had to wait because the first bus was closed by the operator. We had to wait until the second round for the bus to come back. During the flight the pilot did not mention any turbulence however during the entirety of the flight, including leading up to the landing of the plane, we experienced extreme rocking of the plane back and forth ( I’m aware that this does occur during landings while loosing elevation but this was an extreme case of that) and caused my colleague to get motion sickness which neither of us ever get on flights. I am very dissatisfied with this flight and operations of the airline company."

Boarding and check-in were also disorganized and many people from lower zones boarded before zone 1 and those with children, m among we had to stand on the ramp for a very long time holding ort baby."

Nevýhody: "The whole trip was a nightmare. I go out of my way to NOT fly United, In this case Lufthansa somehow just sold the ticket and United was flying it and as usual it was horrendous. We had to be re-routed via 3 separate flights jus to make our international connection thanks to our initial flight being moved up 2 hours EARLY. They closed the door in our faces. That added 8 hours of travel time to our trip which I had booked to minimize travel time as I was traveling with pets. United is the WORST."

I was surprised she only asked ME and no one else in the row in front or behind me. She did come back to tell me she found one for me but almost everyone else I could see had the same meal."
Nevýhody: "No exaggeration: The crew rolled a beverage cart in front of the restroom while I was in there. I couldn't leave for about 4 minutes The food made me vomit. That's why I was in the restroom when they blocked me in My headset jack was broken. 500 movies aren't worth anything if I can't hear them"

Then when it came to checking my bicycle it was a giant ordeal that took over half an hour before we were able to go to security. They kept on saying I needed to do that ahead of time and that their systems were down. Checking a bicycle for me has never been a big deal with any other airline. We made he flight with out much time to spare."
Výhody: "The food tasted really good and especially the bread was much more appealing than on our previous flight. The flight attendants were very efficient and attentive. I liked that they asked the person in front of me to put his seat up during the meal time. That helped me eat more comfortably. Entertainment options were extensive."
Nevýhody: "Boarding was delayed and was tedious. It took forever because there was not an orderly line and just a jumble of people. We had to show our passports 3 different times between check in and boarding. People had put their passports away, then had to get them out again at the gate. That slowed everything down to a crawl. Our party was not accommodated when we asked for seats together. My husband and I were separated and we were separated from our kids. The ground crew did not seem to care. Take off was delayed, but the captain never told us why. The guy in front of me reclined his seat the whole time. I felt like a sardine in a can. So uncomfortable!"
Výhody: "They handed out baggage claim tickets for the larger carry-on items early so that passengers had plenty of time to rearrange their items, as long as they arrived at the gate in time."
Nevýhody: "They had 3 flights boarding through 2 doors that led to one hallway, which was very confusing. It took quite a while to retrieve the checked carry-on items, with the effect that most of the passengers were lined up down the causeway tube, waiting. The seats are so very cramped on these puddle jumpers; this was way too long a flight for cramped seats that don't recline. The entertainment was wifi that never really worked."
Nevýhody: "See above...on a Nother note, how would any of these passengers be expected to exit a plane in emergency when there is absolutely no room in the plane? This is an accident waiting to happen, assuming the plane to survive the crash"

Nevýhody: "The boarding process was a mess. We were taken by bus to a new terminal, but the bus was not heated and ended up sitting on the tarmac. They allowed passengers to board from two entries, but without organization. So passengers were found tangled up in the rows, attempting to find their seats."

Passengers were divided in 5 lanes, depending on their seating area withing the plane (for a more efficient boarding, I presume) but, by the time we all got to the actual aircraft, we formed another queue in the boarding bridge so it didn't feel like any time was saved or anything."
Nevýhody: "The cabin crew was racist. She told me to move back from an empty seat just because she wanted one of the guys ( from her country ) to set on it! Very rude and racist."

This cost me a lot of time and money, but BA made out like bandits -- selling my original seat, and then selling out the next flight (because the delay!). Nice rip-off."

Nevýhody: "The guy seated next to me was too big for his seat and he took up about 20% of my seat. Absolutely disgusting. My seat should have cost 20% less because I did not have access to my full space. Crew should be trained to not allow customers who cannot fit into a single seat to only have a ticket for one seat. The crew identifies bags that do not fit, they should do the same thing with people."

The range was zero to 3 hours late. Finally, we departed about 80 minutes late. The blame was on weather but I did not believe them. I looked from the window - weather was fine with slight drizzle and about 3000 ft overcast. Also, the flight to Prague had no food but mostly no drinks no sodas. I'm questioning their business practices when they were asking about 5 pounds for a drink. I will fly with some other airlines next time."
Nevýhody: "Showed up 3 hours before departure and still missed our flight. The agents were extremely slow and rude. If you have a giant line of people who have missed their flight your system obviously isn’t working. Avoid Heathrow’s British Airways by all means if possible."

They did not offer any compensation and during the delayed flight, they did not even offer us water for free - just as a curtesy. Overall I see this as incapablity and very poor treatment of passengers."

Vueling paid for a hotel for me, but the hotel was over an hour away from the airport at 2 in the morning, and I woke up at 5 the next morning and sat in 2 HOURS of traffic to get back to the airport. The shuttle left late tho, and I almost missed my flight again. Bad experience."

The flight attendant asked if I would like to move to row 32, the last (and worst) row of the plane, which has no window, so that the people in my seats could sit together. I thought she had to be joking, but she wasn't. These people need to get a SERIOUS reality check. It's like going to a restaurant, ordering a filet mignon steak, and then waiter comes out and says "we gave your filet mignon to that person sitting over there, but here's a MacDonalds hamburger for you. And you will still be paying for the filet. Will that be ok?" No. It's not ok. Only an airline would try something like that. This behavior is unacceptable in every other business. Stop doing this now!"

Nevýhody: "Shocking check in. Only 2 desks open queued for 45 mins just to check in. Despite arriving in plenty of time. This was a Saturday lunchtime and the queue quickly built up and despite several members of staff being around no further desks were opened up until the queue became huge."

As I was on the 6th row, for which I payed an overprice when buying tickets, I eventuallypassed frome the first 10 people to be boarded to the last one. 2. As a consequence of point 1. As I arrived in front of the airplane door, the crew said the remaining luggages couldn’t be boarded with us because there wasn’t anymore space in the lockers. 3. The crew was very unprofessional. So, in the end, after paying more for first rows tickets and after being one of the first people in line to be boarded, because of poor organizarion I ended as one of the last to be boarded and without the right to bring with me the personal luggage. A nightmare"

Výhody: "Nothing, I was no allowed to check in online, at kiosk and was told to wait in line while employees did not address my concerns, was stuck in a line behind an irate customer for over 40 minutes and missed check in closing the flight by 3 minutes while I did not have any bags and I was forced to buy a new ticket with cash at office for following day at airport and extend my hotel and miss my group meeting in Croatia."
Nevýhody: "The entire experience, employees did not listen, the counters were not manned, I was blocked by an irate customer who missed his flight the previous day . I was in line over an hour to check and was not allowed to check in before they closed my flight at 5:23 behind a customer who was yelling. I spent the next 3 hours yelling in Spanish trying to get rescheduled o a flight, was forced to pay in cash and file a form . Not great help when there was about 200 people in the customer service line"

Nevýhody: "The Malpensa airport boarding process is a bit of a free-for-all, with people lined up a long time before boarding in a very long line. Your best option is to skip the giant line with Priority Boarding. Even in the short Priority Boarding line, it was pretty messy, and a businessman pretending ignorance tried to cut in line in front of me."
Výhody: "Not really a like or dislike, we did not have food or entertainment on the flight it wasn't long enough."
Nevýhody: "I was ripped off! I booked a flight for 3 passengers and paid. An email came through requiring I add additional information for my two companions within 48 hours or their flight would be cancelled and NO refund. I have the app and requested text notification, whereby nothing came through. The flights were cx and I had to book 2 new ones or fly alone. When calling to dispute, I could only email. The phone number was not international. The email rely denied a refund. I requested to escalate the dispute but Wasnt ever connected to that individual. In Paris, I attempted to reach the claims dept and was told to email them or call customer service but don't speak Spanish so got no where. Out 267$."
