We took off 50 minutes late from Zurich, with no apparent reason. Worst in years for me. We sat in the plane for 30 minutes and were not offered even water. Big fail! My criticism was the overoptimism of the captain how quickly things would happen and on arrival in Brussels the total unpreparedness of the ground staff to cope with half a plane load of people with connections having missed those connections."

Instead, an almost empty plane must have taken off on time and we are only able to fly to Munch 5 hours later. Unacceptable from Brussel Airlines / Lufthansa. They should not sell this connection as a flight to Munich or should have held the plane."

Nevýhody: "i went to the (galley?) at the back and politely requested a drink, a member of staff refused me because they were just about to begin serving drinks. that's stupid. i was sat right at the back of the plane and wouldn't get a drink for at least 20 minutes because service starts in the middle and works back. fortunately another member of staff (older, female) just reached over and handed me a drink, because she understood it was easier and quicker and more reasonable to do that than to be a dick about it."

Travelling home, the flight was delayed 1h30m, the gates were shifted 3 times for departure, we had to sprint this time for conmection again B to A terminals. On the flight we were told Edinburgh connection would be rebooked so go to desk, however we made the flight just and so did the luggage, if we had waitied as told to rebook our luggage would have landed in Edinburgh with us stuck in Brussels. Won't be using again."

Výhody: "They changed our flights so that we landed in Brussels but scheduled us to leave out of a different airport in Belgium. We had a flight the next day out of Malaga, so we could not take that flight. Because of this changed we had to buy new tickets and not use these tickets."
Výhody: "My Brussels-Chicago flight had been changed due to Brussels airport being closed. United and Brussels Airlines were outstanding in their allowing me to change to United Amsterdam -Chicago flight with no charges. Overall flight was very comfortable, and food was great in economy."
Nevýhody: "The movie system worked only part of the time, but United will give us some compensation because of it. Boarding in Amsterdam was not systematic, and they didn't call out our group number. We took the bus out to the flight, so eventually it was fine."

Výhody: "The first of a 2-leg trip (Krabi-Oslo) went great. Boarding was orderly and timely, left pretty much on time. Seats were surprisingly comfortable and roomy."
Nevýhody: "The second leg (Oslo-JFK) however was a completely different story. The airline dropped the ball in so many ways here. 45 minutes past departure time and they are still boarding people. This was mostly do to the gate agents arbitrarily forcing people to needlessly check bags that would have been fine on board (while simultaneously forcing them to pay for checking thos bags, unbelievable money-grab on the part of the airline). Flight crew made no announcements whatsoever on the delay until 30 minutes past departure time. As an obvious result, bags then took a tremendous amount of time to arrive at claim."

Nevýhody: "I was in seat 33F. My husband & I were sitting together, boarded together, yet we were sent down different isles of the plane to board even though we asked to go the same direction. This made us arrive at our seats at different times & made stowing our luggage above rushed, awkward and harder to do. Not a good start considering we are both in our mid 60's. This may have been due to the crew being overwhelmed due to circumstances caused by the airport making us all late in boarding the plane all at once. Also, it was a late flight & there was constant noise from the galley making it hard to try to get any sleep. We were very happy that the crew got along so well but some of the conversations could have been at lower decibles."

Výhody: "The flight was on a nice modern 767, clean and I was lucky as a tall person I had no one next to me. So I was relatively comfortable. Tickets for a flight from London to JFK were very cheap. USB port to keep phone charged was nice, but whats the point with no WiFi available?"
Nevýhody: "I felt this was a bait and switch offer. Cheap price offered, but no checked in baggage included nor any food and drinks or snacks. NOTHING. Flight attendants basically ignore you the whole flight unless you purchase on the flight or in advance. Very poor choice of movies, all old movies. And no WiFi whatsoever. All of these are major inclusions on trans-Atlantic flights, and were not visible when purchasing this flight. I thought it sounded too good to be true. To be honest, if this were all included up front, I couldve brought on-board food and drink for the flight. I dont like being nickel and dimed on everything. Charging over $50 for a checked in bag is ridiculous. At least if it were for $25 like every other flight, I wouldnt of minded."

Nevýhody: "It was freezing cold - passengers actually huddling together, wearing all their clothes, sleeping in crouch position. No blankets offered, or available and attendants were quite grumpy when asked. Asked for veggie meal before hand. This was treated as an imposition. When it arrived, it was pretty terrible and I decided not to eat it. Gave it to a fellow passenger who had been overlooked and was hungry. We boarded 7 hours late. We were given notice, but we were also required to come to the gate or miss our flight no later than 11:00 (check in shut at 12:00) this meant all of us spent an overnight at the gate. Plane boarded very early AM. No one apologized or offered any accommodation. Pilot actually told us about how frustrated he was, asked us to go out of our way to accommodate his crew. Some merit in this, except that passengers paid for their seats, and the crew were not particularly nice to us. Long story short: I cannot recommend."
Nevýhody: "I think they make the plane extra cold just to sell you the blanket. That, on top of the worst check in and security lines I've experience in my life plus middle seat plus 1 hour wait on the tarmac at JFK after landing made this a pretty miserable trip."

I called back once stranded at JFK and the next representative says, because i didnt call prior to 30 minutes before my check in time she statez the pre ious representative notated she advised me. I assure you if she did I would have simply rescheduled for the next flight. The rep goes on to tell me, no, they will not put us on stand by and (her monotone and bluntness and lack of empathy for me flooding money and being stranded was appalling. I am on limited funds with a baby, they dont care that i will be out of thousands of non refundable charges. They don't care that my return flight home is booked from Spain. Not JFK. We are completely screwed here."
Nevýhody: "Wait to board and after time passes for departure, notice for delay only after expected departure time. No explanation. 1hr delay then they call to gate and everyone waits and another hour passes and no explanation given. Finally next boarding time passes and then gate change and plane change and we are notified they needed to get new crew. Finally board. Landing was terrible and I dont feel particularly comfortable ever flying with this airline again. Will rather pay more and fly klm"

Nevýhody: "The crew supposed to fly from Paris to New York on our flight was not allowed to fly since they were just coming from New York. We were then 12 hour delayed and had to spend an additional night in Paris. The airline provided accommodation but we still lost 1 day and some of us had to work that day. Boarding was also delayed because there was technical issue on the plane that has been at the airport for more than 20hrs."
Výhody: "Our flight has supposedly been rebooked for the next day free of cost ...but the time keeps switching to one later and later so we'll see if I ever actually get out of of here"
Nevýhody: "It took us over 1.5 hrs to board the plane only to sit on the plane for the next 5 hours and not go anywhere. Finally we were told to disembark from the plane and had to wait another 3 hrs to be situated at a 1 star hotel 15 mins from the hotel where we had to wait another 45 mins just to get inside out of the freezing cold to actually get a room. Meanwhile, neither on the flight, nor anywhere else were we provided or offered any food or water. On top of that, because I was forced to check in luggage that was a carry on, I had no accesss to any of my belongings for the duration of this time. There was also very minimal and poor communication throughout. Very poor experience overall. I don't think I will be flying with Norwegian Airlines again!"

Then after standing there for 30-40 minutes, you go outside again to board the plan. On board, there were no amenities, but that was expected."

I would like to have some reminder or notification that I had selected only one way. I was surprised to have to pay for the bag on the way back. And it was significantly more than on the website."

It's a terrible money making tool especially if you have older children who are nervous flyers it means you have no choice but to pay which is unfair"

We had very poor internetc and could not check in on line. The ticket agent for Ryan Air was rude, and uncooperative. The flight charged for everything including water. The seats could not recline. This was the worst flight wee have ever experienced. If you are going to continue booking flights on the horrible airline you need to warn them they need to check in early or pay a large fee. We will be contacting you for a refund of this fee."
